Brand-new and welcoming open-spaced studio apartment features a double-bed, table and a small kitchen equipped with new appliances to prepare your meals. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower.
A large double window provides an abundance of light and air throughout the apartment. There is a flat-screen TV and free wireless access to the internet.
This apartment belongs to a set of 5 holiday flats in a recently built house. All are decorated simply in a classic contemporary style. The central location of Feria Street, next to the Alameda de Hércules and only 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral, makes this apartment a great starting point to explore the city of Seville.
FAQ
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes. A shower towel and a hand towel are provided per guest. Change of towels and linen for stays from 1 week.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, there is a washing machine in a common area shared between guests. There is also washing detergent, drying racks, iron and ironing board.
Is there a hair dryer?
Yes. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom.
Is there coffee / tea and other consumables in the apartment?
No. However, there is a coffee maker and a kettle in the apartment.
Do you replenish consumables such as toilet paper etc?
No. We provide 2 toilet paper rolls and hand soap. Shower gel and shampoo are not provided, you will find a supermarket close by.

Kunne gjerne vært litt mer kopper og fat. 2 kaffekopp(ene var litt ødelagt) 2 vinglass. Kunne vært litt flere selv om leiligheten er beregnet for 2. Ellers en grei leilighet, hyggelig vert og god beliggenhet . Et greit opphold i nydelige Sevilla.

Markus was a very helpful host, very responsive, flexible and friendly. The apartment was in a perfect location and had the right furniture, comfy bed, and good bathroom. Maybe a bit noisy, but that is normal given that it’s in one of the main streets.

El departamento está exacto aparece en las fotos Es muy céntrico y con muchas cosas cerca cómo restaurantes , tapas supermercado etc… Los accesorios para la cocina muy completos no los usamos pero si los vimos El ruido de la calle si se escucha fuerte pero soportable Nos volveríamos a hospedar sin dudarlo El autobús en Sevilla para los lugares turísticos está un poco complicado porque caminas mucho para llegar a el autobús Te recomiendo leas la guía muy útil que te dan llegando a la casa

Chambre propre et fonctionnelle dans un quartier vivant, proche d’une très belle place. Un bac de recyclage du verre en face est assez bruyant, mais une fois les fenêtres et le volet fermé, c’est calme. J’ai apprécié la disponibilité de l’hôte, qui est facile à joindre. Alojamiento recomendable. Los servicios son tal y como se describen en la publicación, nos recibieron muy bien y nos recomendaron sitios qué visitar. Cualquier duda o problema te responden en seguida, incluso trabajan en la planta baja, por lo que es fácil contactar con ellos. La ubicación es buena, 10-15 minutos al centro andando. Cerca del apartamento hay varias cafeterías, bares y pizzerías muy ricas.

Estudio prácticamente nuevo y dotado con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia lo más cómoda posible: aire acondicionado, baño completo, cocina... Se localiza en el centro histórico de la ciudad, a menos de 20 minutos de la catedral y cerca del resto del conjunto monumental de la ciudad. En la misma puerta existe una parada de autobús para moverse fácilmente.

Wir haben uns in diesem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt! Es hat ein schönes großes Fenster, dass viel Licht hereinlässt. Besonders gefallen hat uns das moderne Badezimmer, was allerdings einen etwas lauten Duschabzug hat, der aber nicht sonderlich stört. Die kleine Kochnische ist sehr praktisch, bis auf einen Toaster ließ sie keine Wünsche offen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sind durch einen ca. 15-20 minütigen Spaziergang oder eine kurze Busfahrt gut zu erreichen. Die Straße vor der Tür ist tagsüber sehr lebendig, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht störend. Eine Klimaanlage sorgt an heißen Tagen für angenehme kühle Luft!

El apartamento me parece que está muy bien equipado, situado en el centro de Sevilla y limpísimo! Sólo pondría una pega: el ventilador que se activa al encender la luz del baño hace un ruido horrible, muy desagradable y sólo para cuando apagas la luz. Lo demás, perfecto!

This well-appointed, modernised, appartment is conveniently situated in the city to experience the traditional and within a comfortable walk from the cathedral. The first floor single or two-person flat is light and airy. It's on Ferier, a fairly busy street leading out to the northern ringroad. You may need earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise, the flat is very pleasant and good value for money.

Genial en relación calidad-precio. Lo que se ve, es con lo que te encuentras. La localización inmejorable en pleno centro de Sevilla. Ell único punto negativo (y no es achacable a los aptos.) es aparcar en las inmediaciones. La calle Feria llena de zona carga y descarga y pocos sitios en alrededores. Una hora de reloj costó aparcar. Si tienes q mover el coche mucho... un horror.

Seamless arrival/key collection and our contact Markus was quite informative of the location and events around the area the weekend we were there. The location is about 20 mins from the cathedral etc but its in a lively but relaxed area which we were very happy with. Not overflowing with tourists and there are plenty of nice local eateries/bars etc in the neighborhood. The apartment is extremely clean and fully functional. When we return to Seville we will definitely look to stay here again. Zero complaints, good times. Cheers.
