Suitable for 6+2 guests. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties (see conditions).
Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features. With wooden flooring, original art works and contemporary furniture. There is air-conditioning with cooling / heating and ceiling fans. Free WIFI internet is included.
The house is distributed over three floors, with private elevator. With 155 sqm interior + 57 sqm outdoor space.
The living area has 2 large sofas, armchair, coffee table and TV. Two windows face Zaragoza street. Dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances for self-catering, including oven, washing-machine and dishwasher.
3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 x 200 cm). Bedroom 2 twin beds (90 x 190 cm). Bedroom 3 with twin beds (90 x 200 cm). There are 2 supplementary beds available in bedroom 3, completing the house capacity for up to 8 people.
3 bathrooms: Bathroom 1 with bathtub (inside bedroom 1). Bathroom 2 with shower (by the living area). Bathroom 3 with shower (next to bedroom 3).
The house has a private terrace on two levels. The lower terrace, which is on the third floor of the house, is equipped and decorated with a dining table, a canopy and plants. The upper terrace offers exceptional views towards the Cathedral. Outdoor furniture includes 4 deck chairs - ideal to sunbathe or enjoy the balmy Seville nights in good weather.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

1- No reservations are accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties.

3- It is strictly forbidden to celebrate parties, play music, speak loudly or carry out any activity that may interrupt the rest of the other neighbors.
In case of not respecting the present rules, we'll apply the normative for holiday apartments.
Chapter I, article 2, section 5 of Decree 28/2016, February 2: When tenants fail to comply with any of the obligations established by Law 13/2011, December 23, especially those related to the rules of coexistence, tenants may be required to abandon the apartment within 24 hours (with loss of the agreed amount of rent, and without being able to claim anything in return).

Appartement très bien situé. 3 chambres avec 3 salles de bain donc parfait pour l'organisation. Vue imprenable sur la cathédrale depuis le toit terrasse. Ménage un peu limite à certain endroit, vaisselle pas suffisante pour 8 personnes et frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour.

Sentiment mitigé sur ce séjour. Dans les aspects positifs, l'hôte est disponible, réactif et l'appartement est spacieux et très bien placé. En revanche, l'appartement a besoin d'un rafraîchissement: présence de coulures de rouille sur les murs, mobilier de terrasse cassé, pas assez de couverts pour le nombre de personnes... Les prestations supérieures mentionnées dans l'annonce ont bien vieilli! Ayant séjourné plusieurs fois à Séville à la même période de l'année (Feria) nous avons le recul pour trouver le rapport qualité-prix décevant cette fois-ci. Dommage.

This was our family vacation. The 6 of us had plenty of room and loved the top outdoor patio. Very much central location to all the sites. Lovely place. Elevator was a plus. First time to Spain. Enjoyed every minute Host was very responsive to our questions.

Fantastic apartment, superb location, the terrace was really great to relax on after a long day, but even more amazed at how everything was on your doorstep. Seville is a beautiful city and this apartment was a great find. I'd recommend. Nice little bar/coffee shop opposite and supermarket within 30M. Ideal.

La maison est idéalement située proche de quasi tout les monuments, des magasins et des restaurants. On avait pas besoin de voiture sur place. Mais, il est décevant qu'en dépit de l'apparence attrayante du logement, l'entretien général laisse beaucoup à désirer. We really loved our stay here! I wasn’t really sure what I had booked until we got there. It is a three story house with a small elevator and stairs connecting the different floors. The entryway is on the first floor. You have to unlock the front door, and then unlock a separate metal door once inside. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the third floor you will find the kitchen, the main living area and a bathroom with a shower. On the third floor you will find the third bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Also on the third floor there is access to a private patio with a table and chairs. From the patio, you can go up another set of stairs to reach the rooftop deck. This is by far the best part of the place. You have an incredible view of the cathedral and the rest of the city. It is especially amazing at night. Highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for the three couples. The stairs are steep, but there is an elevator if people have ambulatory issues. The terrace is a beautiful space to enjoy wine and cheese or takeaway meals. The apartment was well furnished. The kitchen had many amenities.

Wonderful property! From the convenience of the elevator to the incredible rooftop view, this place is top notch. We stayed during Semana Santa and we were able to see several processions right from the balcony, it was amazing! Location is within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and shops, including a small grocery store just down the road, very convenient. 10/10 would recommend this property, you won't be disappointed!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) and both sets of grandparents. There was plenty of space to spread out between the living room and two terraces. The multiple bathrooms with showers were great too. The locations is really great. Walking distance to everything and there’s a square a 5 second walk which is beautiful all day and evening. Children playing after school right into the night. Restaurants in the area but not right outside the door. The view of the cathedral is brilliant. We had some queries which were resolved very quickly. We were greeted by the host who showed us around and was really useful. The express supermarket is near enough outside the door, very convenient. There is a coffee shop which acts as a tiny bar in the evenings so there was some noise of people on Friday / Saturday night. It didn’t keep us up but if you are a light sleeper then you may want ear plugs. AC was good. water pressure great. Would stay again!

We spent 9 nights visiting our study abroad student; it worked out very well having enough space to be together without being on top of each other. The two bedrooms on Floor 1 were well protected from the noise of the nighttime (weekend) revelry; the one on Floor 3 was a little louder. It was easy to feel at home and, as the other reviewers have stated, I can't imagine a better location. It was easy to "run back home" during the days of sightseeing. Other than day trips outside the city, we were easily able to get around the city by walking. While it is not a cheap stay, we would have needed two hotel rooms and having the kitchen meant fewer meals out. So, in the end, I think the price was quite good. Mornings on the terrace were lovely. All in all, we felt like we were treating ourselves to a luxury stay even though we saved money by choosing Zaragoza terrace. We would highly recommend.

Great spot in Seville. Right in the center of town with lots of bars, restaurants and shopping right outside your door. Groceries, cafes and everything you could need. Cute home with a few quirks but the management team does a lot to help. Amazing outdoor spaces with beautiful views.

You cannot go wrong with this property! It's only 2 blocks from the Historic City Center and a block from the Plaza Nueva (main square) where you can catch a taxi or the street car. It is also a block away from the main shopping district and a short 5 min walk to the Cathedral. The property itself is very comfortable if you respect your privacy or travel with children and want to get away from them for a while. It has several levels with the main level kitchen, living and dining room on one and the bedrooms on another. There is also an elevator if you don't care to climb up the stairs. There is a supermarket half a block away and a larger one within a 5 min walk distance. Plenty of local restaurants and well known American fast food chains are also within a 5 min walk. I would definitely stay at this property again if I returned to Seville. I traveled in July with my 7 year old twins and their nanny.

This apartment is so central to Seville's main attractions, it was a perfect location for our visit there. We loved the way that we had so many fine places to eat and all of them pretty much on our doorstep. The apartment is very well equipped....a teapot would have been nice!! We loved the quirky layout and there was great privacy for our adult family. The terrace at night time gave us lots of opportunity to photograph the floodlit cathedral.

Das Appartement "Zaragoza Terrasse" entsprach in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen. Seit weit über zwanzig Jahren verbringen wir unsere Ferien ausschließlich in Ferienwohnungen oder Ferienhäusern, haben uns jedoch nur selten spontan so wohl gefühlt wie dort. Die Größe der einzelnen Räume läßt sich schon im Voraus anhand des Grundrisses gut feststellen. Altes wurde in dem vollständig sanierten Haus aus dem Jahr 1905 erhalten und mit Neuem behutsam kombiniert. Von Kleinigkeiten abgesehen ist die Ausstattung sehr geschmackvoll, praktisch, vollständig und in gutem Zustand. Auch in der Küche findet sich alles Wichtige - es macht Spaß, dort zu kochen. Wenn sich noch das kleine Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit einer Klimaanlage ausstatten ließe, wäre alles perfekt. Ergebnis: Eine ideale Unterkunft für Freunde von Kultur, Kunst, Begegnungen und Kulinarik!

Une belle maison sévillane, très bien situé, dans une rue passante mais pas trop grande. Beaucoup de restaurant et de commerce à proximité, Plaza Nueva a 2 pas, arrivée du tram dans la rue à côté. Bon équipemenent et terasse pour manger très agréable. Terrasse sur le toit inutilisable en journée, beaucoup trop chaud !

My husband and our three daughters, all in their early 20's, spent eight nights at this apartment. It worked real well for us. The location is wonderful, so close to the cathedral, the Alcazar, many restaurants and tapas bars. We walked everyplace. There is a taxi stand right around the corner, and that came in handy for going to the airport. Our only complaint is the lack of privacy in the master bedroom. The room has glass French doors with two little curtains on them. The fan blows the curtains around, so the room was a bit of a fishbowl. Proper curtains or shutters would be a big improvement. There is a small supermarket across the street about 1/2 block away. This was very handy.

The Zaragoza Terrace is optimal for a vaccation in Seville: The location just couldn't be better! All the places of interest in walking distance, a neighborhood with a friendly and lively atmosphere, lots of restaurants and bars, but not a lot of noise. The townhouse is of high standard with the terrace(s) as icing on the cake! The three floors were perfect for a family with two teenage daugthers. All contact and communication with Veoapartment was professional and efficient.
