Sevillan town-house of exceptional quality and size. With 300sqm comprising 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living-dining room, sitting area with 2 sofa, 2 kitchens and private terrace with shower. Located in the historic centre of Seville, near the Museo de Bellas Artes, and just 5 minutes' walk from the main shopping streets Sierpes and Tetuán.
Completely restored in 2017, the house was refurbished to a superior standard while remaining respectful of the original architecture: vaulted ceilings, wrought ironwork, painted ceramic tile, exposed brick interior walls and cement tiles flooring. The interiors are designed with special attention to detail, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The entrance of the house is through an old hardware store, which has been conserved and transformed into an ideal place to have breakfast or to eat some tapas. At the back of the old hardware store, we come to a pleasant living-dining area, where you can breathe tranquility, freshness and quietness. The kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils and high-quality appliances, oven and dishwasher included. The washing machine is in the second kitchen, next to the terrace.
The house is equipped with satellite TV with international channels, free WIFI internet connection and air conditioning (hot / cold) in each room.
5 Bedrooms: Three of the bedrooms have two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and the other two have two double beds (135 x 190 cm).
3 Bathrooms: There are three full bathrooms with shower, distributed between the 3 floors of the house (without elevator).
Private terrace: The house offers a terrace of 65sqm with garden furniture and shower. It is well furnished and decorated with potted plants, an outdoor table, chairs, and a chill-out area with sofas. Next to the terrace, there is a second kitchen - very useful for preparing a meal or breakfast outside.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

So well thought-out! Outlets next to beds, the map in the kitchen was so helpful! Details painted on wall helped us plan every excursion. Wifi and TV worked perfectly. Hot showers, comfortable beds. Hosts were amazingly responsive and helpful. Located near Corte Ingles (supermarket), great bars for coffee and dinner within steps and 3 churches for Mass close by. This is a four-story home, so being able to climb stairs is a must. When you check in make sure there are towels for the whole family. Highly recommended! Rooftop deck is wonderful for sunset. Loved it!

We had a big family gathering at the home. We were able to catch a Semana Santas procession from the rooftop, which was a treat. Hosts were very helpful. Everything looked like the pictures.

The Four Cousins es un alojamiento increíble! Es un apartamento como se ve en las fotos, espectacular, es bonito, esta cuidado, muy fácil de encontrar y muy cómodo. Le logement a beaucoup de charme, avec une belle déco. Le plan de la ville est peint sur le mur avec les indications de temps. Amusant, joli et pratique. Il est bien adapté pour un séjour à plusieurs familles. Une salle de bain présente à chaque étage, de nombreux couchages disponibles et de qualité, un bon équipement en cuisine. La terrasse est agréable. Le logement est très bien situé ! De ce fait, il est un peu bruyant, mais ca reste très raisonnable.

Great host, very speedy communication and provided child steps as requested. Location is superb, we could walk to most attractions in less than half an hour. We received a friendly welcome and no issues. The roof terrace was a highlight for sunset drinks.

We had a brilliant long weekend visit to Seville. The home is huge, beautifully decorated and well-equipped, and the roof terrace was just lovely. The host was very helpful and welcoming and gave us some great local recommendations too. Would definitely stay here again.

Appartement atypique sur 3 niveaux où nous avons séjourné à 5 couples. Avons apprécié d’avoir chacun notre chambre et un espace de vie à la décoration plaisante. La literie est bonne mais les chambres donnant sur rue sont assez bruyantes. La terrasse en rooftop est très appréciable pour profiter du soleil avec une petite cuisine supplémentaire sur le même niveau. L’emplacement est vraiment génial pour visiter les incontournables de Séville à pied ou bus. Nous recommandons à l’unanimité ????

Muy buen alquiler atípico Hemos pasado una estancia agradable que es muy grande con un hermoso roof top que permite comer allí. Decoración tipo mercadillo y disposición que se asemeja a un ryad. Beautiful spacious house. Very central. No complaints at all. Our flight was delayed and there was no problem with the host. One thong to consider if you ate lacking mobility is the stairs. There are a lot of steps. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful house in a great location. It’s colourful and comfortable. Comfy beds and spacious rooms with everything we needed. The roof terrace is superb for catching some sun, relaxing , watching sunset. A supermarket is a few minutes walk. Main shops close by. All main sights are within walking distance. Very helpful host. Hope to be back one day.

I cannot say enough about the charm, the layout, the location of this house. The pictures do not do it justice. The location to see all kinds of Sevilles history, shopping is all within a 20 min walk. Perfect. We were a party of nine and we did not trip over each other in the four days of our stay. The house itself is well laid out with bedrooms and bathrooms on every floor allowing a lot of choice. The kitchen is well equipped and I think you will be able to cook any meal you need to. The front door opens into a meeting room where we held our own wine tasting party accompanied by Flamenco music. The gem however is the roof patio with the kitchenette. Once the heat of the day diminishes sitting on the patio enjoying the sunset with a beer or glass of wine or whatever from the kitchenette simply puts the amazing final touch on your day. I can’t say enough about this place and the excellent service provided by our host. Thank you 4 Cousins!

This place was very cool and eclectic. it had ample space for everyone and was clean. A couple things that I wish was noted was the fact that there are a TON of stairs. We had two little ones and it made it unsafe. all in all it's a great place to stay with great communication from the hosts I just wish the mention of floors and floors of stairs was more clearly stated.

The home was AMAZING - an old pharmacy with original touches left in place. Absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable for 7 people. Plenty of space for everyone enjoy and the roof top patio was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

In a word “Fabulous!” Ticked every box. The location is just perfect for all that Seville has to offer. Everything within walking distance and could truly soak up the true atmosphere of Seville. The house has true style and charm and plenty of space. Plus the roof terrace and small kitchen upstairs a real bonus to keep the drinks chilled. Check in with Manuel was smooth and easy and he gave us some top tips to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The true bonus being there over the amazing Seville Feria (annual festival), a true sight to beholden. Manuel also allowed us a late check out, enabling us to make the most of our final day. Without a doubt we will be back and I cannot recommend the property highly enough. Thank you.

We stayed with a group of 8 and were very comfortable. There was plenty of space; we loved the rooftop area! Very well located to walk to most things. Check-in was really smooth and excellent communication throughout. Would definitely recommend! One small note - there are a lot of stairs in the property (4 floors in total) so I probably wouldn’t recommend for those less mobile.

A lovely house with fantastic facilities at a great location in Sevilla. We stayed here with 4 adults an 4 small children and everything was taken care of perfectly. The owners came to bring an extra baby cot straight away and when we told them about the lack of safety-measures for children at the staircases they sent somebody to put in some gates the next day. Top top service! The house itself is great. Lovely decorated, lots of space and an amazing roof terrace. Definitely and highly recommended!!!
