Grand, classical Sevillan town-house of exceptional quality and size (600sqm), comprising of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living spaces, terraces and a summer patio. Located in the historic centre of Seville, next to the Museum of Fine Arts, and just 5 minutes walk from the main shopping area. Suitable for up to 12 guests.
The house has been lovingly restored to a superior standard using traditional materials and techniques such as hand-crafted doors in wood, artisan ceramic tiles, and wrought-ironwork. Other notable features include exposed beams, flooring sourced from an old convent and the 18th century solid mahogany front door. Antique furniture and decoration sit side by side with modern touches.
The house is of traditional Sevillian architecture and has a zaguan - tiled entrance with a wrought-iron gate - and a central patio that keeps the ground floor cool during peak summer heat. The patio has a confortable seating area and a fountain with plants.
On the first floor there is a large living room, with an additional sitting area on the adjacent room. Smart TV and high speed fibre optic internet connection are included.
The kitchen is well-equipped and in the same style as the rest of the house - the traditional punctuated by the modern - exposed beams and wood cabinets sit side-by-side with the modern dining table and chairs.
The six bedrooms are arranged over the three floors of the house and comprise four double-bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.

Likewise there are bathrooms on all the floors, with 3 en-suites and 2 family bathrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor also includes a seating area and a kitchenette.
The house has three outdoor areas - a patio on the ground floor, a second-floor terrace, and a roof terrace with a table and chairs.
Observations: the use of the fireplace and gas stove is not allowed for safety reasons. The kitchen has a separate ceramic hob for cooking.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

1- This house is COMPLETELY UNSUITABLE for groups who wish to hold fiestas/parties.
2- When completing your reservation, in "comments", please state the group's composition and relationship between people: number of adults, number of children and ages.
3- The owner reserves the right to refuse a reservation.

16:00 to 02:00h. Late check-in from 21:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).

We very much enjoyed our stay, but I would be unlikely to rent the house again. It was dirty and we had trouble with electric breakers a number of times. The kitchen, for instance, has lights, outlets the fridge and heater all on the same breaker as the induction stove. It trips a lot. The master bedroom has an outlet that when you plug in it turns the overhead light on, so it is cross-wired. Veo-apartments was terrific about resolving issues such as missing kitchen items and being available to resolve electric issues at odd hours. I would rent from Veo again but probably not this house.

This apartment is in a fantastic location - plenty to do, right on a very active plaza, and close to some great local tapas restaurants. We were in Granada when it was 100+ outside all weekend and once the AC had some time to get going, the apartment had a nice temp.

Top Position in der Altstadt Wirklich sehr große und großzügige Unterkunft, diverse Dachterassen Es handelt sich um ein antikes Haus, weshalb auch die Ausstattung (z.B. Badezimmer) nicht sehr modern sind Alles in allem für eine Gruppe von 8-10 Leuten sehr empfehlenswert !

Came as a group of 4 couples to celebrate a significant birthday. Lovely large spacious and cool (both in temperature and style) terrace house across 4 floors and a roof terrace. Lovely spacious airy bedrooms, clean bathrooms and kitchen with all facilities you could need. Great communal downstairs semi-open patio (ideal for meeting up before heading out). Everything on your doorstep for central Seville, great bars/restaurants on both sides of river within 15-30mins walk. 25 mins stroll to the Cathedral/Palace. Check in was easy and happy to let us leave bags on last day until we had to head to the airport.

The location was great, and the house was ideal for our group of 8. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the place itself was so big that everyone had their own space and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were even a nespresso machine. There are lots of amazing restaurants nearby. This is probably one of the best apartments I have stayed at.

It is in a fantastic location in central Seville and in a quiet street. Bathrooms and kitchen were modern and well provided with everything we needed. All contact with Sarah and her team were efficient . When the electricity went off on one occasion our contact was only a few minutes coming to our aid despite it being late at night. Very spacious house where an extended family can easily find their own space. Welcomed and given the necessary information on arrival including 4 sets of keys so we could easily split up. Well equipped . The roof terrace could be made a little more attractive which was a little disappointing, however I would still recommend this as a really great place to stay.

The apartment on Monsalves was perfect for our family (6 adults and 2 young children). Great location, perfect layout, with all necessities we needed to enjoy our 4 days in Seville. Gorgeously handcrafted home and brought to life by the current owner. This is in the heart of Sevilla and everything is so close by. With a family of 9 traveling, this house was PERFECTION! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and had about anything anyone would need. Definitely felt like home. Each room had its own air-conditioning unit, which nice! We stayed nice and cool during this HOT summer visit ( A must if you’re visiting in the summer). Absolutely loved the patio located on the roof top. The breeze at night was quite nice that we spent most of our nights up there, relaxing while drinking a nice glass of wine. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great restaurants located around the corner (local place to eat and drink) called Rincon Maracay. They treated us so well that we stopped by overnight after venturing out into the city to hang out with the owners. One of the best stays throughout Spain for Sure!

The large house is a great place to relax and sleep when enjoying the beautiful town of Sevilla. There were 8 of us staying here and felt like we had plenty of room to relax. The outdoor spaces provide areas to enjoy the weather and the sun. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and extra duvets. Marcos was very informative and helpful upon our arrival and provided his cell phone number in the event we needed to reach him which gave us peace of mind.

The spaciousness and multiple high-quality bathrooms allowed our group of 11 adults to co-exist peacefully and happily for 10 days. We often convened in the large eat-in kitchen and even had a full sit-down dinner one night cooked entirely in the well-appointed kitchen. Loved, loved, loved the extras like good hair dryers, a full first-aid kit, lots of kitchen gadgets and many large closets. Our group was in for La Bienal and contained 3 guitarists, 5 dancers and 3 spouses. The guitarists had space to practice their music without disturbing the others, personal phone calls could be taken on the terraces and no one felt crowded. The neighborhood is also very quiet. Cabs easy to get. Groceries small and large very close by.
