Sevillian town-house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room and kitchen. It is centrally located at Calle Relator, close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance. Suitable for up to 6 guests.
The house maintains many traditional architectural features, such as exposed brick and plaster walls, floor tiles, high ceilings and wooden beams, and yet offers classic modern comfort. The entrance is through a central patio.
The living room features 2 julienne balconies facing Relator street. It is furnished with sofa, dining table and chairs. Note the dining area is suitable for 4 people only. (If you need ample dining space for 6, do not book this property.) The kitchen forms part of the living area and is equipped with utensils and appliances for cooking. The washing machine is underneath the stairway of the patio.
The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are arranged over the first and second floors of the house and comprise: 2 double bedrooms with a Queen size bed (150x200cm); 1 spacious suite-like bedroom with a Queen size bed (150x200cm), living space and own kitchen. The two bathrooms have both a shower, washbasin and toilet.
On the roof-top there are lines to dry clothes. You may use this space for sitting outside, but we do not consider it a regular terrace because of its size, and the inclination of the floor, which makes it impossible to install a parasol. Many guests do use the terrace, but we want to avoid that your expectations are too high. There is seating for 2 people, but no loungers and no shadow.
Have a close look at the floor-plan, which is the last of the photos. You can see that both floors are very similar, except for the dining table which is missing on the second floor. Note that both floors are completelly separated from the staircase. For this reason, we think, the house is very indicated for two couples, who want to have their separate spaces, including bathroom and kitchenette. The distribution of the house comes very close to having two apartments. The only possible shortcoming is the noise insulation of the woodden ceiling, between second and first floor. In case you are interested in the technical specs: the ceiling is built with beams, planks, a layer of mortar, and tiles. Better than a cottage ceiling, but not to the standard of a modern concrete ceiling ;)

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

The location is fantastic. Easy walking distance to the old town and lots of attractions nearby. Buses are simple to operate and the C1 and C2 services are easy to navigate to get to the train station and from there to the airport. Driving would probably be awkward around the area but we didn't do that so no issue. The area has plentiful bars, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. We rented the full building which is actually two apartments on two floors. We had six people in our group but you could have fitted 4 more with the sofa beds (would have had 4 people in one room). The kitchens are basic but functional with reasonable equipment in good working order. The showers took some getting used to but once we figure out how to run them until the water heater kicked in, were very pleasant. The room overlooking the street is a bit noisy overnight as it isn't very sound proof but the two rooms away from the street were very quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very pleasant stay and our host Marcus was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very nice and central to everything. One small point is that it can get very noisy from street outside and the upper bathroom had a slight smell initially… Would definitely recommend to other guests.

Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. El anfitrión ha sido puntual en la llegada, incluso nos han permitido entrar antes para acomodarse a nuestra hora de llegada al destino. La casa es tal cual se ve en el anuncio. No decepciona. Está limpia y con todos el equipamiento que se anuncia. La zona es perfecta para visitar Sevilla, con un mercado de abastos en las inmediaciones, y bares donde tapear. En un paseo de 20 minutos estás en el centro. Lo hemos pasado genial. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Madrid. The hosts are very responsive and flexible. The apartment is in a great location with tons of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. It was in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed simply getting lost and meandering around. The apartment is stylish and confortable and exactly what we were looking for in a stay for 4 people. Fabulous place and hope to stay again in the future!!!!

Hola. Es hat mir und meinen zwei Freundinnen sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Atmosphäre. Wir hatten das Gefühl, in Sevilla zu wohnen. Die Lage des Hauses war hervorragend, wir haben alles zu Fuß erreicht. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es gab genug Geschirr, etc., um direkt kochen zu können. Auch Öl und Gewürze waren vorhanden und genügend Töpfe. Gefehlt hat und abends Licht auf der Dachterrasse. Es wäre schön gewesen, dort etwas Beleuchtung zu haben. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und dass Sie uns Ihr Haus überlassen haben. Muchas Saludas Maria

Great stay with my husband and my parents in-law. Each couple gets privacy on their own floor. The apartment is comfortable, the area is excellent and walkable everywhere yet relatively quiet and peaceful, especially to sleep (bedrooms are more in the back), kitchens well-stocked. Communication was excellent, professional and kind. Major highlight was the washing machine and roof terrace to dry clothes- so convenient!! Also good surprise was the privacy of the apt- that is the only apt in the building. Only few small suggestions for improvement: the air conditioner in the kitchen/living space upstairs was very loud, so would suggest using the lower kitchen (or fix the AC :), internet doesn’t really reach the bedroom (although we should be on our phones less!), and difficult to control shower temperatures. Otherwise, very comfortable and elegant apt!

The rental space was AMAZING!! It was like 4 separate apartments but together, which was perfect for my husband and I and our two college kids. The terrace was an additional space to hang out and also to quickly air dry our clothes. We LOVED this rental. The location was PERFECT! Close to everything and still will give you the quietness to rest at night. There’s a great grocery store across the street and loads of great restaurants and bars nearby. Seville is a safe place to walk around, even late into the night.

Zwei Appartments ideal für 2 Paare weil es wirklich zwei getrennte Wohnungen und eine zusätzliche Dachterrasse sind. Die Lage ist toll, da man quasi alles zu Fuss erreichen kann. Einkaufen ist kein Problem, da Markt und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen sind. Cafes, Restaurants und Tapas-Bars sind jede Menge im Umkreis von 5 Minuten Gehzeit. Markus und sein Team haben rasch auf Fragen reagiert und ein defekter Duschkopf wurde sogar noch am selben Tag getauscht - wirklich top ! Wir können eine eindeutige Empfehlung aussprechen, vor allem wenn man im authentischen Teil von Sevilla wohnen will wie die Einheimischen auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Second time we stayed in Relator apartments. Because we were two couples we rented both apartments (one above the other) the location is great about 20 mins walk to the cathedral but next door to the almeda de hercules . On Calle Feria there is a weekly flea market and some great tapas bars , especially in the fish,meat and produce market on Feria. The apartments have everything we needed for a great 2 weeks stay.

Very good! Service of the team was 100%! Everything was well explained, also touristic information was provided. Because the office is nearby, it is very convenient in case something would happen or things are needed. Location in Macarena is nice, very relaxed area full of nice shops and (tapas) bars.

The Relator apartment is of a very good standard. The building is well recovered, the high beamed ceilings and the very quiet bedroom are a major plus. Excellent service provided by Markus and Veo apartments as expected. Nice complimentary breakfast at the Tostaita Veloz( when it's opened). Try the ham and tomato toast, it is to die for (a supplement of 2€ for 2 persons aplies)

The apartment was very clean, spacious, very well located in the Feria district for excelent spanish bars and coffee sellers. The bed was very comfortable and being at the back of the apartment a little bit away from the normal noise at night. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our evening meal and user friendly. Apartment was bright and the tv had lots of channels we found the discovery channel in English which added to our enjoyment. Nice touch was the washing machine, The bathroom was good and the shower spacious.All in all an excelent apartment and very nicely decorated with original floor tiles.

My husband and I stayed in four cities during our 2-week trip to Spain, and this apartment in Sevilla was our favorite. There is LOTS of space, with great stone and tile accents, really great closets, and a comfortable bed. Very quiet at night. The shower was good in terms of hot water and water pressure. The location was really convenient for catching the city bus, etc. The office employees are very friendly and helpful. After we checked out, I realized that I had left a couple of jackets in the apartment, and the staff were very helpful in arranging to mail them to me. We ended up not using the breakfast tickets, so I can't comment on that. The only suggestions I would have: maybe add a soap/shampoo holder to the shower (I think there are some that could attach to the pole) and check the lights before new guests come; we noticed a couple of lightbulbs that were out. Also, it might be good to have written check-out information in the apartment; we had to call to ask about that. All in all, this was a really lovely place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

This apartment was perfectly situated for our first discovery of Seville. The neighbourhood is complete with a public market, shops, bars, restaurants, steps from the Alameda De Hercules outdoor plaza, and a ten minute walk to the centre. The apartment is large, beautifully but simply decorated,very clean and comfortable. Marcus, the host, gave us a tour of the area when we arrived. He was very helpful, even posted a parcel for us after we left. We strongly recommend this company and this property.

We loved the apartment and its location. The apartment is well equipped, and has a very nice atmosphere. The only thing I missed was an extra set of pillows on the bed and I couldn't find the scissors. We also really enjoyed the breakfast facility! Great apartment, great location (in the non-touristy heart of Seville city, but a close walk to sights) Really well decorated and full of character. Only drawback is it could use a toaster or an oven for a longer term stay. Can't wait to return!
