Open-space studio apartment combining modern comfort with traditional architectural features. It is located in the Macarena neighbourhood at calle Relator, near the vibrant Alameda and a 15 minute walk from the main centre.
The small kitchen is immediately to the left of the entrance. It is equipped with cooking utensils and basic appliances, including: small fridge, microwave and a portable stove. Extendable dining table (45-150cm) and 2 folder chairs (table and chairs added after pictures were taken).
Beyond is the sleeping area with a double bed (150 x 200cm), bathroom with a walk-in shower and dressing room. Large sliding doors open onto a small private patio with exposed brick walls.
Next to Relator street is the Feria food market. There are shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes walking distance.
Observations
1) The apartment is a room that belongs to the ground floor of a town-house, with its own separate entrance door.
2) The entrance is through the owners' garage who live on the top floors. Tenants can use the garage to park a bicycle only. The parking space is for the owners' vehicles.
3) Air conditioning not available. Considering the architecture of the house and its orientation, the interiors remain cool and comfortable for most of the year-round. There is a wall mounted radiator for heating.
4) Washing machine not available. There is a laundry service at calle Feria, located just few metres away from the apartment.
5) Weekly change of linen and towels included.
6) High speed fibre optic internet connection included.

We recommend the Saba Plaza Concordia public car park, located 900m from the apartment.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

Il soggiorno è stato splendido, l’ appartamento è molto bello, cura dei dettagli e i proprietari sono stati molto carini e gentili offrendo anche un piccolo dolce di benvenuto! La posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi e visitare tutta Siviglia, nei dintorni ci sono tanti locali tutti molto belli!

No geral correu tudo bem, o apartamento estava limpo e arrumado, é pequeno mas dá bem para duas pessoas que queiram passar uns dias en Sevilha. Fica a 25/30 mina pé da zona da catedral e real alcazar mas fica numa bairro agradável, perto da alameda de Hércules e com bastante comércio e restauração por perto. No check in o Maruja foi muito agradável e a estadia correu bem. Pontos menos bons são o facto do apartamento estar no rés do chão de uma moradia, pelo que o acesso é pela garagem e os donos moram em cima (nada contra, foram simpáticos e agradáveis mas parece q se perde alguma privacidade). No geral, saímos satisfeitos embora ache o valor acima da qualidade e localização do apartamento.

Le logement est très bien placé à proximité de bars , restaurants, supermarchés et c’est un quartier vivant. La communication avec l’hôte a été super du départ à l’arrivée et Manuel a été très agréable et nous a proposer de bonnes adresses dans le coin . Le logement est propre, équipé de tout le nécessaire et très bien pour quelques jours. Je recommande!

We had a great stay at the apartment. Manuel checked us in and was very friendly, and gave us plenty of insights into local restaurants, shops, and things to do. The apartment is small but has everything you could need and the bed was comfortable. The location is great, it's walking distance to bars and restaurants and the main tourist areas such as Cathedral etc, and a great food market just around the corner. And the owners were fantastic and super friendly. They left us a small hamper for New Year's Eve and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Highly recommended and we would gladly stay with them again. Thanks very much!

Personalmente, nos hubiera gustado tener unas cortinas o unas persianas para la hora de dormir. Por lo demás todo genial, en muy buen estado todo y tanto los dueños como los trabajadores muy simpáticos. Especial mención a Markus, que nos recibió muy amablemente y se preocupó de que todo saliera bien.

Ich kann einen Aufenthalt im Relator Patio nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und bietet alles was mal während seines Aufenthalts in Sevilla benötigt. Der Check in hat problemlos geklappt und die Vermieterin war sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit!
