Fantastic centrally located apartment. Walking distance to Plaza de España, Real Alcazar, the cathedral, old town etc. Comfortable, quite, clean, great water pressure. We were able to check in early as well.

Coup de cœur pour Séville ! Le logement était très bien situé nous pouvions absolument tout faire à pied ou en vélo! Le logement était impeccable et la piscine très agréable ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

This is a nice small mordern two bedroom in an excellent location, about 5-7 min walk to old city and just around the corner from one of the best pizzas in Sevilla, Italian restaurant Alimentari, which is always convenient. Good parking and a nice pool and area to dry clothes. There are basic cleaning and kitchen supplies, like salt, oil, sugar. There was no dishwasher liquid or powder supplied which was frustrating as in the summer heat one needs to wash a lot. Finally, the apartment does not have black out curtains which was a big sleep issue for us. The windows of bedroom face inside of the building that has motion triggered lights. Either the lights are malfunctioning or something triggers them through the nigh and then the light comes straight into bedroom disturbing sleep. This should be dealt with one way or the other.

We are a family of 4 (kids 11 and 14) and just visited Seville for 4 days. Apartment is exactly as described. It is centrally located and very close to Plaza De España and the cathedral yet it is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Manuel was very responsive and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Had a great stay in this apartment. I was over on Buisness, and this place was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. Nice smart tv. approx 55 inch. Parking was great also, saved me looking for parking everyday. I hope to use it again. Many thanks for the use of this apartment. James.

Un appartement très bien situé à proximité du centre historique. Des restaurants proches sont de très bonne qualité. L'appartement est luxueux tout y est sauf une passoire pour les pâtes :) Les lits de très bonnes qualités, et le reste est dans le style de l'appartement, du haut standing. Le garage en sous-sol est comme dirait Joao, un :"TRESOR", mais ne pas venir avec gros Range Rover ou une Testarossa...L'ascenseur un plus pour les non sportifs et pour accéder au garage securisé.

We stayed three weeks in this small apartment. It was spotless when we arrived and is possibly the quietest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Despite being an apartment complex, we rarely heard or saw any tenants. The location is great and the beds are comfortable. The windows are narrow and look into other apartments in the building so if you want natural light you give up privacy. The hosts are attentive and available if needed. The kitchen could be better equiped for a long term stay but adequate for a weekend in Sevilla. And, of course, the parking place is a huge plus and our reason for renting this apartment. A word of advice: it's much easier if you pull into that spot rather than back in. Take my word for it

Appartement dans un immeuble sécurisé et au calme. Vous serez a 10-15 à pied des lieux d’intérêts principaux, c’est vraiment super ! La place de parking privée est un réel plus également si vous avez un véhicule. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille.

Everything is new, it is in a quiet location and the place is very well equipped.
15mins walk maximum to any attraction in Seville, underground parking & plenty of bars and restaurants very close by.
Mariano & Damian made the check in very easy & couldn’t recommend this apartment more for anyone looking to stay in central Seville!
