3-bedroom apartment centrally located on calle Mateos Gago, just 50 meters from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 6 guests.
The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. Wooden flooring, solid dark wooden furniture, rugs and original art works. Central air-conditioning (cooling / heating) and high speed fiber optic internet connection (300 Mb).
Two windows facing south run across a pleasant living-dining area, which includes a small balcony from where one can enjoy side views of the Cathedral. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs, 2 sofas, coffee table and TV.
The modern kitchen, with separate entrance, is equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Inside the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing-machine and dryer.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom and 1 en-suite toilet (inside the master bedroom). Each bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and its own built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is in the corridor between the rooms. It features a bathtub with shower, washbasin, bidet and wc.
Two out of three bedrooms are located at the back of the building, making it a quiet and peaceful place to sleep. The third room faces Mateos Gago street and, likewise the rest of the apartment, it is equipped with double glazing to reduce the noise from outside.
The apartment is on the second floor of a residential building, with elevator. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, squares, churches - all literally at your doorstep.

Mateos Gago is a popular street bordering the old Santa Cruz quarter, one of the most charming and colourful neighbourhoods in Seville, surrounded by the Cathedral and the Alcázar Royal Palace.

The apartment is in an excellent location, just minutes from the Alcazar and other major sites. The hosts are very responsive. The apartment is well equipped and we appreciated having dishwasher tablets and other household products. We stayed for two weeks. The apartment felt like a home from home. Everything we needed was provided.

The apartment is in a great location, very central and lively. Check-in was extremely easy and Jaon, who met us to let us in and show us the apartment gave us some great tips and information. A minor maintenance issue got dealt with very promptly within hours of us notifying the hosts. We had an excellent time in Seville, and our apartment was a big part of it.

Großer Apartment in zentraler Lage mit drei seperaten Schlafzimmer in einer Straße ohne Autoverkehr! Wir waren 5 Personen! Alles vorhanden mit großer Küche zur Selbstversorgung und viel Patz für den Aufenthalt. Sehr zu empfehlen! Busstation (Torre del Oro) für die Anfahrt/Abfahrt zum Flughafen in 10-15 Min (750m) mit Rollkoffern gut zu erreichen. Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße ist für "lärmempfindliche" Personen bedingt geeignet (Ohropax mitnehmen). Geräuschkulisse bei Müllabfuhr/Anlieferung am späten Abend und in den Morgenstunden.

El apartamento es tal y como aparece publicado, está ubicado muy cerca de la catedral, estaba todo excelente. Lo único a considerar es que gracias a su ubicación inmejorable se hace difícil llegar en coche para dejar las maletas

We had an amazing stay in Seville! The location was perfect, surrounded by vibrant bars and restaurants. The host was incredibly accommodating, offering great local suggestions and allowing us to check in early/check out late. The immaculate apartment comfortably accommodated our group of 6, and the multiple balconies provided a charming view of the lively street. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Seville!

El apartamento está súper bien ubicado. Reformado, limpio y totalmente equipado. Las estancias son amplias y funcionales. Nosotras éramos 6 personas y estuvimos muy a gusto. El chico que nos recibió nos llamó ya estando en el aeropuerto y nos espero en el apartamento. Todo fue ágil y fácil. Súper recomendable

L'accueil de Markus était parfait. l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Séville. Malgré un emplacement très touristique, l'appartement est très bien insonorisé. Nous avons eu un problème de fuite dans la salle de bain difficile à résoudre, mais Markus a fait un geste commercial très appréciable. Nous tenons à remercier également Graci, la femme de ménage qui a été d'une extrême gentillesse.

Appartement en plein cœur du centre historique, de nombreux monuments à moins de 5 minutes, restaurants et services en pied d’immeuble en pleine zone piétonne… donc évidemment rue animée jusqu’à minuit mais calme jusqu’à 9:00… on se met a l’heure espagnole et on profite. Idéal avec des ados: on visite, on mange en extérieur, on rentre faire une pause entre 2 activités si envie, on prend un verre le soir au coucher du soleil en fond la Giralda… Une belle définition du bonheur! Quant aux hôtes, dispo et réactif… merci à eux pour leur professionnalisme . Sitôt partis, sitôt envie de revenir. Petit bémol: s’organiser quand on vient avec son propre véhicule, ce que j’ai mal anticipé… mais entièrement de ma faute.

The apartment was in a great location - so close to the Cathedral, the Alcazar and many restaurants and bars. Our host was friendly, punctual and gave us a great recommendation for dinner, which we really enjoyed. The apartment was furnished very nicely and met our needs for our family. 아주 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 침구와 주방이 완벽했으며, 매우 빠른 wifi와 따뜻한 난방/온수로 쾌적하게 보냈습니다. host도 매우 빠른 답장과 환영으로 체크인에 문제 없었습니다. 덕분에 세비야에 대한 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다.
It was very clean and spacious. The bedding and kitchen were perfect, and I had a pleasant stay with very fast wifi and warm heating/hot water. The host also responded very quickly and welcomed us, so check-in was no problem. Thanks to you, I made good memories of Seville.

Our stay at was great! You are in a perfect location in the city, right next to the cathedral, the royal palace, and too many great restaurants to visit all in one trip. Right from the balcony, you have a beautiful view of a beautiful pedestrian street in the city. Our host was extremely responsive and very kind. The only thing to note for this apartment is that the cathedral's bells can be a bit much in the morning. Obviously, this is not the fault of our fantastic hosts and this slight annoyance is far outweighed by the amazing location and beautiful amenities.
