El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.
À côté de l´Hôtel de Ville se trouve la zone commerciale la plus importante de la ville, qui comprend les rues Sierpes, Tetuán et Velázquez. Vous y trouverez un grand choix de magasins de vêtements, d'articles de sport, de bijoux ou d'articles pour la Feria de Abril: châles, robes de flamenco, castagnettes et éventails. Vous pourrez aussi y découvrir le Palais de la comtesse de Lébrija, réputé pour sa collection de mosaïques romaines.
Dans la partie nord-ouest vous trouverez le Musée des Beaux Arts, la seconde collection la plus importante d'Espagne après le Musée du Prado à Madrid.

Je recommande cette appartement pour visiter Séville, il est très bien placé et il ne manque de rien en équipement. Le petit point négatif est l’isolation de l’appartement, un peu bruyant le soir.

Ou savons passé 4 jours à Séville et l’appartement était super bien situé pour nos promenades quotidienne. Je recommande.

In general, fine for a couple for a few nights in the center of Seville. Key features: - good downtown location - Early check-in possible - good communication - good size - Heating - dishwasher available Less good: - on the lower floor, right on the street. No privacy without closing/keeping curtains closed. - next to noisy bar - occasionally sewer air in the bathroom - few use materials such as pans etc, but also shower soap, towels etc.

Regarding the privacy , as the apartment is on the groundfloor , there is a shutter very useful apart from the curtains. Cleaner brought on the following day some missing items, apologies for the inconveniences. Again thank you for your visit!

Me ha encantado hospedarme en este piso! Es ideal para disfrutar de una estancia corta o larga. Tienes todo lo necesario y si necesitas algo están muy atentos . Además está decorado con muy buen gusto y te sientes muy comodo. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, estás cerca de los lugares de interés turístico y a la vez en una calle muy tranquila. Recomiendo sin dudarlo y volvería a hospedarme. Estoy muy agradecida por la atención que ofrecen y las comodidades del piso. Me olvidaba comentar que estás a dos minutos de El Rinconcillo y de barrios emblemáticos Sevillanos

Great location - in walking distance to all famous spots in Seville. We didn't need to use public transport at all. You can hear some noise from the street but that is the price for staying in central area. The neighborhood felt safe and clean. During our stay the street was beautifully decorated.

I loved staying at Marcus’s place! He was very quick to respond and easy to contact. I really appreciated him meeting me at the Airbnb to give me a rundown of the place and great recommendations for things to do. I had a small issue with the window, and was very quick to send someone over to quickly fix it. Plus kindly left a few laundry detergent pods when I asked for them for my short stay. The place is beautiful and, you quickly feel at home. Plus the location is perfect! You’re close to a lot of main sites without being too close to the busy centre but it’s only a 15 min walk to get to the center. You feel like you’re staying amongst the locals in a more peaceful but definitely not isolated location. Always felt the location is super safe too. Overall an amazing experience would love to stay there again

I had a great stay at this property in Seville. It was easily walkable to all of the things I wanted to see, it was clean and quiet. There were a few minor things that could be improved - lack of a few things in the kitchen (coffee/coffee maker, paper towel, salt & pepper, sugar) and I could have used a drying rack for my clothes. Otherwise everything was great and just as described.

Dear Joanne, thank you for your kind feedback. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. It is true that some sugar, salt or pepper is based on previous usage of former guests. On the contrary, we do have a coffee maker (It is a Moka Italian machine) . There is also a portable rack in one of the wardobes. We hope to welcome you back any other time in the future.

Un alojamiento que no le falta detalle. Llevamos dos años iendo una semana entera a este apartamento y Markus como anfitrión y todo excelente. Ubicación, limpieza, honestidad en las fotos, amabilidad...todo de 10. Sin duda siempre que volvamos a Sevilla tenemos claro dónde alojarnos
