The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances, including: small fridge with a freezer partition, dishwasher, vitroceramic stove, microwave and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150x190cm) and a large fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (140x200cm) and a large fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90x200cm). The bathroom features a washbasin, toilet and a walk-in shower.
There is central air-conditioning (cooling / heating) and free wifi fiber optic internet connection.
The apartment belongs to a "casa palacio" built around a majestic central patio with a fountain, plants and a colonnade of arches. By facing internally the patio of the house (without windows to the street), the apartment is very quiet to rest and the temperature inside remains cooler in summer. Around the patio there are other neighboring apartments and it is necessary to avoid loud noises. The living space is ideal for 4 people (and very tight for six).

El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.

Great place in the centre of the city. The host was very responsive and gave us clear instructions about the apartment when we checked in. The place was very comfortable for our short stay in Seville as a group of 6. Had everything we needed.

Le logement est extrêment bien situé, juste à coté de la Giralda et de l'Alcazar. Situé en plein coeur du centre avec de nombreux restaurants. Le logement est propre. Notre hôte à l'arrivée était très accueillant avec une très bonne communication. Notre séjour a été magnifique.

Soggiorno ottimale! Abbiamo trascorso qui 6 giorni con le nostre bambine e la posizione è veramente comodissima e centrale rispetto ai maggiori luoghi da visitare e con una buona offerta di locali. La casa è accogliente, pulita e ordinata ed anche l’host molto disponibile! Consigliatissimo!

The apartment itself is great just as listed with three bedrooms and a good kitchen and bathroom. They were a bit light on the amenities as we couldn't find detergent for the washing machine and ran out of toilet paper. Communication with Damián was great and he showed us how to get in when we arrived. It's a traditional Spanish style which was lovely and a great atmosphere with a beautiful central patio. However, that patio door on the first floor (one floor up) is poorly locked and someone broke into the apartment (breaking the patio door lock) while we were out and stole all our cash, but no electronics. While we enjoyed the stay and apartment, we won't be staying here again until the obvious security issue is fixed.

Excellent Airbnb host. Very responsive and flexible with our check in. Great location. Very private but because it is an old building you can hear when other using their bathroom especially early morning and late at night. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much for hosting us.

Muy bien ubicado, poco ruido (da a un patio interior tipico Sevillano, con plantas y amplio) Casa cómoda y bien distribuida. Solo echamos en falta jabón de manos y cocina, algo de azucar y cafe. Por lo demás, limpieza OK y recomendable, sobre todo por ubicación, a 30 metros de la Catedrál.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We were more than happy with the apartment, it is right in the middle of the old city and exactly where one wants to be. It is also quiet because it is on a side street. The apt seems bigger than the photos reflect, it was extremely clean! Contact with Veoapartment was smooth & friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Très beau séjour dans cette magnifique ville. L' appartement situé en coeur de ville permet une grande amplitude d'utilisation dans la journée. Very cute apartment - sleek, modern and comfortable. All the furnishings were great (including the Dolce Gusto espresso maker and pods). The host met us at the unit and quickly got us settled in and had great follow up as needed. Location was very convenient for us - about a 10 minute walk from the train station, which was great, as we had a 6:30am train to Seville when we checked out. I would happily stay here again on our next visit.

The location is perfect I wish I could rate 6 stars. 2 mins walk to the cathedral and 5 mins walk to alcazar. Everything you need to see in Seville is within walk distance and the street view is absolutely stunning. We love the apartment‘s decoration and layout especially its beautiful central courtyard. Host is very nice. We lost our way on checkin. He found us and picked us up. Would definitely stay again.

L'appartement est vraiment bien placé, dans une petite rue au calme et proche des majeurs lieux de visite et des restaurants. It’s a lovely flat and brilliantly situated. There was a small problem with the plumbing which meant there was a nasty smell when we turned the air con on- the host was helpful in dealing with this issue.

The hosts and the apartment were amazing! Both Damian and Joao were very attentive and helpful throughout the process. The apartment in itself was in prime location we were in the middle of everything!

The host was very helpful he met us at the check in and gave us fantastic advices on where to eat and where to park the car. We enjoyed our stay and we had no problem at all. Just make sure to park your car in the nearest parking garage which costs around 20 Euro per day. There is no street parking near the flat.
