Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fantastic terrace with a private pool. It is centrally located on the pedestrian calle Ciriaco Esteban, near Plaza de la Magdalena, just 5-10 minutes' walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 4+2 guests. Before booking, please note:
1- It is strictly forbidden to celebrate parties, play music, speak loudly or carry out any activity that may interrupt the rest of the other neighbors.
2- Do not use the pool from 22:00 pm to 9:00 am, in order to not disturb the neighbours rest at night.
3- No reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties.
Detailed description:
The apartment is distributed over 2 levels. With 70sqm inside + 64sqm of outdoor space.
The kitchen is immediately to the right of the entrance. It is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances: oven, washing machine and dishwasher included. Kitchen table with 4 bar stools and TV.
A passageway leads to the two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has twin beds placed together (0,80 x 2,00m) and bedroom 2 a double bed (1,50 x 1,90m). There is a bathroom with shower, between both rooms.
On the upper floor is the living room with a sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table with chairs. The sofa can be converted into a double bed, completing the apartment capacity for up to 6.
There is a second bathroom available with shower, inside the living area.
Sliding doors give direct access onto the charming private terrace and pool. Pool measures: length 4,50m, width 3,50m, depth 1,20m. The terrace has been decorated and equipped with canopy, deck chairs, table and chairs.
The apartment is on the second / third floors of a residential building, with elevator. Despite being in the centre of the city, it is quiet and peaceful - perfect for getting away from it all.
Inner stairs:
The spiral stairs to the upper floor are not suitable for elderly or people with reduced mobility.
Parking:
We recommend the public parking Magdalena, located just 100m from the apartment.

El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.

We had wonderful days in the flat, enjoying the roof terasse especially in the evenings. We did not use the pool, as we spent more time outside, walking, visiting buildings or having a drink in a bar. Everything is in walking distance and downstairs just around the corner coffees and restaurants. If you want to cook, everything you need is in the kitchen. Check in and out was perfectly easy and friendly. We would definitely like to come again ????

Brilliant stay at Veoapartment in Seville! The location was amazing, so central to everything (all attractions and recommended restaurants with 15/20 min walk max) but also with great local restaurants on your doorstep. The terrace with the pool was so great and we loved spending time there - so nice to cool off but also great you could put shade up if you wanted. Comfy beds and clean house - everything we wanted. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and were helpful

The host team were outstanding Manuel Damian and Ismael So responsive and helpful as a first time visitor to Spain. A big shout out to Ismael who spent time explaining great places to go and in particular the Flamenco Dancing, the show we went to was amazing. More than this the team went the extra mile to accommodate my needs by a significant extension to my checkout time. The apparent was excellent and loved the layout, weather stoped the use of the pool, so I will defiantly be coming back. Thank you again to the whole team

My stay was great!!! The beds are comfortable with a king (2 twins pushed together) and a double bed on the first floor and a pull out sofa on the 2nd floor. I spent a lot of time working on the terrace. The space is VERY quiet at night, and I was able to sleep with the windows open to enjoy the cool air. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful terrace and pool. Beds were super comfortable and layout worked well once you got used to the spiral stairs. Shops / supermarkets /churro place on your doorstep with everything else 5 to 10 min walk away. Would definitely stay here again. Communication from hosts was helpful and friendly, making it a positive experience.

We absolutely loved our stay! 2 adults and 2 children and it was perfect. Great amenities, location and the comfiest beds. We were also allowed to check in on arrival into Seville which was perfect. Even though it was October the plunge pool was such a lovely extra for the still very hot sun! We had a truly lovely week and would both recommend and definitely stay again. Thanks so much.

Vi besøgte lejligheden for tredje gang, hvilket vel er den bedst tænkelige anbefaling. Ekstremt god beliggenhed og en lejlighed med alt hvad man kan ønske sig samt en venlig og hjælpsom vært. Det eneste minus var, at lejligheden/ejendommen måske fremstod lidt mere slidt og med enkelte defekter set i forhold til tidligere. Nogle af disse skyldes dog ikke værten, men nærmere ejendommens ejer. Enkelte - fx en løs lampe dinglende i en ledning nede i poolen - burde være bedre. Det skal dog ikke forhindre en topkarakterer og tak herfra.

The apartment was wonderful! We found everything we needed to make our stay as easy as possible. The outside space was tremendous! I think it made our stay during a very hot period enjoyable rather than merely survivable. People have commented on the stairs. There is a knack to them and as long as you are able to access such arrangements, do not let it put you off! We particularly appreciated being in very close proximity to many restaurants and bars. I would love to visit again!

Great apartment for out family of four to stay and enjoy beautiful Seville. The location is brilliant, all major areas are within 10-15 minute walking distance. There are also plenty of bars & restaurants within 5 minute radius of apartment. And the kitchen is also well equipped for self-catering. The private rooftop pool was lots of fun and a decent size for a splash around. The management company was very communicative, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Lift made access to apartment easier with our luggage too. A fantastic apartment in a wonderful city. Overall a brilliant place to stay in Seville!

Great apartment for 4 people to stay & enjoy Seville. Pros: The location is the best feature and all major areas are within 10-15 minute walking distance. There’s plenty of bars & restaurants within 5 minute radius of apartment. The private rooftop pool was really nice & great size. The management company was very communicative. Cons: The pool was not ready to use when we checked in and had just had chemicals added immediately before our arrival, so the water was very cloudy until the following day. The remote for the lights in the pool was also missing and we had to reach out to get this dropped off to us. The AC was also not turned on when we checked in, so it took a while for the space to cool down. The 2nd bedroom is a lot smaller than the 1st and you can barely walk on the edges of the bed or open the closet. The building elevator was also broken 3/4 days we stayed there. Overall a great place to stay in Seville!

Logement exceptionnel en plein coeur de Seville! Emplacement parfait tous les monuments historiques accessible a pieds (15min maximum), commerces à proximité… Logement propre, literie top et tres bien équipée avec une magnifique terrasse privée! La piscine est parfaite! Je recommande les yeux fermés!

The apartment is in a great location, easy to walking distance to all areas of Seville. Eateries and Bars nearby and a supermarket to stock up on supplies. Everything we needed as included in the apartment. We chose this property also based on the plunge pool on the roof, it didn't disappoint! There is a small spiral staircase winding to the upstairs level which may not suit everybody but it is clear in the listing that there are two levels to the apartment.

C est un appartement au second étage avec ascenseur, idéalement placé au cœur du Séville historique. A ce niveau une cuisine avec un équipement complet et neuf, avec salle de bain et 2 chambres. La terrasse est absolument parfaite ! Tout ce qu’il faut pour faire de l ombre et une petite piscine très agréable. Transats et serviettes ! Je recommande a 1000 %

The apartment is very central to all the sights of Seville. The apartment is very well equipped and the terrace was lovely with plenty of shade. We didn’t use the pool as it was too cold but I’m sure it is lovely once the temperature rises. The only negative is the staircase from the kitchen to the terrace. It is very windy and narrow. Luckily there is a fridge in the lounge so things could be stored there on a daily basis.

This apartment was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Roof terrace was fantastic and we spent a lot of down time there. Pool was unheated, but very refreshing. Host was very helpful and able to let us in early.

Fantastic stay in Seville, location perfect 5 minutes from cathederal and Al Cazar, walked everywhere, surrounded by shops cafes and restuants but in the appartment very peaceful, terrace and pool a very big bonus, many thanks, hope to be back soon

We had a wonder 5 nights, great recommendations for places to eat. Weather was lovely and the terrace was a great place to catch some February sun.

Amazing, clean apartment with a lovely terrace. The apartment is in a perfect location with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and anything else you can need downstairs and there is a lift. The host allowed us to check in early which is always such a lovely thing - thank you! The pool does not have a cover for night and so is not useable during the winter months - there is a heater as mentioned in previous reviews but the host has said it is not possible during the winter months to achieve a good temperature. Only negative overall is that although there were lots of plates/cups/cooking items there were no bin bags/liners, 1x used washing up sponge, no oil, no pepper, only a few loo rolls, only 3 dishwasher tablets and no spare pillows (pillows were very thin). I think the host should make some improvements on increasing basic amenities to make this place perfect. We were 4 adults who stayed for a 8 days and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Overall had a great stay at Ciriaco, nice bright decoration, The Terrace is brilliant, well kitted out with dining table/chairs, sun loungers and deck chairs. The pool is a nice addition although even in the blazing heat of Seville the water is surprisingly still cold! It isn't the largest pool so don't expect to be swimming much, but still nice. Others mentioned it, but the stairs from the kitchen up to the living area/terrace are indeed steep and not really suited for anyone with mobility issues or large pizza boxes :) . That said with the layout/space available there wouldn't be any other options anyway. The main bedroom is described as having a double bed but actually it's made up of two mattresses (with a single sheet and bed frame) and in combination they are closer to Super King size, so that's a bonus! Could do with better kitchen supplies and towels for drying dishes. Great location in the centre of the city, so the attractions and shops are an easy walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful.

A lovely spacious apartment with a pool just big enough to cool off in. The Veoapartment staff were amazingly quick at responding to and resolving any problems, the location was great for walking to most of the key tourist spots and a good restaurant was never far away.
