Apartment with 1-bedroom at the back of Plaza Nueva, just moments away from the Cathedral. It has a great central location next to all main monuments and sights. Suitable for up to 4 guests.
There is a living area with a sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. French windows give on to a julienne balcony facing Zaragoza street.
The kitchen, with a separate entrance, is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances: oven, dishwasher and washing machine included.
There is a full bathroom with washbasin, wc, bidet and bathtub with a showerhead.
The bedroom is just off the living-area and also has french windows with a julienne balcomy. It features twin beds (90x190cm) and a wardrobe. The sofa in the living room can be used as a double bed, completing the apartment capacity for up to 4.

El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.
À côté de l´Hôtel de Ville se trouve la zone commerciale la plus importante de la ville, qui comprend les rues Sierpes, Tetuán et Velázquez. Vous y trouverez un grand choix de magasins de vêtements, d'articles de sport, de bijoux ou d'articles pour la Feria de Abril: châles, robes de flamenco, castagnettes et éventails. Vous pourrez aussi y découvrir le Palais de la comtesse de Lébrija, réputé pour sa collection de mosaïques romaines.
Dans la partie nord-ouest vous trouverez le Musée des Beaux Arts, la seconde collection la plus importante d'Espagne après le Musée du Prado à Madrid.

Would happily stay here again. Excellent location at the Plaza Nueva end of Calle Zaragoza. The small functional things that can niggle when you’re in a holiday apartment were all good. Very good natural light levels in the bedroom and sitting room. Good hot water, decent water pressure in the shower. Central air con/heating system - I used it a little bit for heating as I stayed in an unusually mild November and it was very effective. It was also great to have a kitchen with plenty of worktop space for cooking.

Le séjour aurait été parfait avec des fenêtres double vitrage…nous avons dû dormir dans la cuisine car le bruit de minuit a 05h était intenable. Dommage car l’emplacement, l’accueil et l’appartement en lui-même sont très bien.

Fantastic apartment to stay for 1 month. We never had any issues that required contact with the host. The location in Sevilla could not be better and the place itself is spacious, bright, and comfortable. The kitchen is a highlight as well. A huge plus was not seeing even one cockroach in an entire month which is RARE for a city in Spain, so that was amazing. There is construction on the government building across the street and some partiera in the weekend but we didn’t find it to be the biggest deal at all. Was sad to leave.

Communication was perfect, the apartment was perfect and the location could not have been better! Manuel met us on arrival and made sure we were settled in. It apartment was spacious and comfortable and easy access to everything around.

Great position close to the tram T1 and in the city center, with everything useful very close including the supermarket. Apartment with nice furniture with space and clean. The team managing the apartment was great! Only negative point was some noise coming from the street in the night or early morning. This may be eliminated easily with earplugs. Overall a good accommodation.

I enjoyed my 4 week stay very much. Only advisory to future guests is that there is a lot of street noise in the evenings, particularly on weekends. All else perfect and I would stay there again.

Very nice apartment in old town Seville. We enjoyed our stay there. Comfortable beds. The only problem was the construction opposite the apartment. They started work around 8:30 am.
