We had a great stay! A perfect apartment for a family of four. Right in the centre, everything easily walkable. The apartment was clean, spacious and we really enjoyed the terrace too.

Muy buena ubicación, todo accesible a pie. Apartamento espacioso. Anfitrión acogedor. Sin embargo, hubo problemas con el agua caliente en varias ocasiones al ducharse (no se podían duchar dos personas a la vez en ese momento). Y las 2 camas individuales de la habitación de abajo eran de mala calidad, por lo que resultó muy complicado dormir.

This was a wonerful place to stay in Seville. The location could not have been better. We loved sitting on the terrace and having dinner or drinks. Everything was clean and well kept and the kitchen was well equipped. Though near a busy square, evenings and nights were quiet and peaceful. The elevator was a plus. Alfalfa Plaza was right around the corner for access to good restaurants and shops. We highly recommend Celinda Terrace to anyone who wants a great place to stay in the heart of Seville's historic districy.

El apartamento era acogedor, limpio y práctico, con 1 baño por dormitorio. El anfitrión nos recibió en persona, lo que facilitó llegar a Sevilla por primera vez. Fue maravilloso poder disfrutar de la azotea en las tardes calurosas. Era privado y aislado. Higly recomiendo el lugar.

Nos alojamos allí con tres amigos y, en ese sentido, fue una estancia muy agradable. Por eso era espaciosa y cómoda, con dos baños. Además, no nos molestó en absoluto el ruido de la calle. Uno de los baños se mojaba a menudo por completo en el suelo cuando se usaba, pero en realidad es lo único. Manuel también fue muy flexible. Incluso nos permitieron quedarnos un poco más el día de la salida y dejar allí nuestro equipaje toda la tarde. Eso hizo que fuera realmente una estancia de primera.

El alojamiento se corresponde con las fotos, la parte dúplex con el dormitorio principal y su baño ofrece un espacio más íntimo. Todo se hace a pie, restaurantes, actividades. La comunicación con Veoapartment ha sido muy buena. La terraza es un verdadero valor añadido

Excelente ubicación con un montón de restaurantes y vida nocturna cerca. Gran terraza con sol de mediodía (en febrero para nosotros). Todo fue muy bien, sin problemas. Llegada y salida sencillas. ¡Dos dormitorios y dos baños estuvo bien! ¡Volvería a quedarme!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment in Seville. The apartment was well located making it easy to walk to most attractions. The beds were comfortable and there was good hot water in the shower. Although there was some street noise from the nearby restaurants, it was totally quiet in the bedrooms located away from the street. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. A nice place to stay in Seville.

Apartment is in an excellent location - a lively neighbourhood with lots of options for eating and drinking on your doorstep. Main tourist attractions were within a short walk (e.g. 5-10 minutes to cathedral, 20 mins to Triana) and we had no need to use taxis or public transport. Apartment well laid out over 2 levels. Check-in was very friendly and personal and host communicated very well ahead of and during visit. More than happy to recommend.

The location is excellent!! Close to Alfalfa Plaza with tons of restaurants! Pablo was waiting for us to let us in and with tons suggestions and recommendations! We loved how much space the apartment had and how close we were from all important places!!

The apartment was in a great location in the centre of Sevilla and had everything we needed. The bars nearby were noisy when outside but couldn't be heard inside the apartment. The roof terrace was the highlight, offering a great place to chill outside. Overall, the apartment was great!

El alojamiento coincide perfectamente con las fotos, la ubicación es ideal , al lado de la plaza Alfafa muy céntrica. Las habitaciones situadas en la parte trasera garantizan la tranquilidad. La decoración está cuidada, pero los sofás están desgastados y no son cómodos, será necesario renovarlos y la terraza carece de encanto, una lástima.

En primer lugar: la ubicación es excelente y el registro fue sin problemas. Lamentablemente, el apartamento (que en realidad es muy bonito) está bastante deteriorado y da una impresión de suciedad. Aquí hay algunos ejemplos: el toallero está oxidado y se tambalea tanto que no quieres poner nada encima. La puerta del refrigerador está rota por dentro, así que no se pueden guardar las botellas en posición vertical. La alfombra del salón está pegada de forma extraña. Había seis copas de vino, pero por desgracia solo tres vasos de agua desparejados... Es una verdadera lástima, porque con muy poco esfuerzo e inversión, podrías convertirlo en un apartamento de primera.

The location is fantastic. The check in procedure was very good and efficient. The apartment is basic but has most everything you need for a stay.However, the property fell short in a couple of ways. The description should make it clear that the showers are over the bath and requires guests to climb in and out. There is no bath mat ( for safety reasons there really should be) and room to manoeuvre in and out of bath is limited and almost non existent in upstairs bathroom. We had to use towels to prevent slipping and hold on to window handle or towel rack to be stable enough to get in and out ( neither ideal). For anyone with limited mobility it would be impossible. Cleanliness was superficial. We had to buy cleaning materials. The downstairs toilet needed bleach to be clean and the washing machine rubber was covered in black mould and very smelly and needed cleaning before use. The mugs were tea stained and required a scrub. There was only one old used sponge in the kitchen. Most of these issues are easily addressed and it would make a big difference to our rating.

A romantic holiday cottage suitable for 3-4 people, allowing us to spend a wonderful time traveling in Seville. The location is very convenient, the room is warm and romantic, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the linens are changed every few days. This is a very smooth and warm trip... Thank you very much!

Nice apartment in the city center. Sights, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Nice roof terrace with shade cloths, unfortunately with little view but we knew that in advance. The bedrooms are quiet because they are located on the courtyard so despite the bars in the neighborhood you can sleep peacefully. Good beds/mattresses. The air conditioning downstairs works fine, the air conditioning upstairs has trouble cooling, but the temperatures were very high in the days we were there. The sofas in the living room are a bit worn and saggy, but we spent little time inside because of the many sights and nice terraces in the city. When we were in the apartment, we usually sat on the roof terrace. The host is very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning and could check in early.

The location of the apartment is excellent, close to all attractions and many shops, bars and restaurants. We were just a couple staying in the apartment so we had lots of space.The air conditioning was very effective in the downstairs area and the twin bedroom and didn’t need to be on all the time. The double bedroom had a separate air conditioner which was not great even if it was on for hours before bed time. When we left it on overnight it was so loud that ear plugs would be recommended. We actually decamped to the twin room one night to cool off, but this wouldn’t be an option if there were more than 2 of you staying there. We did have some very warm weather during our stay, but that is not unusual for Seville. The balcony looked into the adjacent nursing home, which was unusual, but quiet.

A great apartment for four adults wanting to explore Seville on foot. City highlights all very accessible. Close to several good tapas bars and restaurants yet quiet to sleep at night as bedrooms are at the back of the apartment and aircon is effective and quiet. Nice to have the outdoor area to sit and chat & eat. Useful little supermarket and other shops nearby. All in all a good place to stay

Starting with the positives, the location is really great, communication with the host is fantastic. The check in process was smooth. The terrace space is a nice touch, lots of bars, restaurants, places of interest nearby. Most within a 10 min walk. There is an elevator in the building to access the second floor apartment. The bedrooms are quiet as well, as they face the inner courtyard. The bathrooms are quite dated and could be cleaned better. The shower can’t be run with hot water simultaneously in both bathrooms (this was communicated) due to the old pipes in the building. Bed linen and towels are average.

El apartamento está ubicado en medio del gran casco antiguo de Sevilla, en las inmediaciones de la plaza Alfalfa, con varios bares de tapas (Donaires, Catalina)., panaderías, farmacia y supermercado. Dado que solo se puede acceder a los autobuses o tranvías después de unos 600-1000 m, lo mejor es ir andando a los destinos del centro de la ciudad. Además, llegas a conocer muchos lugares de interés, restaurantes, bares de tapas y tiendas «automáticamente». Además, participamos en un recorrido guiado en bicicleta de tres horas. En el apartamento en sí, puedes dormir muy tranquilamente a pesar de la proximidad inmediata a una bodega y bar muy visitados, ya que los dormitorios dan a un patio interior. Este ya no es el caso en la terraza, pero ya no nos molestaba cuando comíamos allí ocasionalmente. No es diferente en los restaurantes. La ropa de cama y las toallas se cambian a mitad de semana. Con el aire acondicionado arriba y abajo tienes que organizarte de forma «inteligente», porque de lo contrario podría ser demasiado; pero funciona.

Precioso apartamento espacioso para una familia o dos parejas. Hay todo lo que necesitas, también una lavadora y la posibilidad de secar la ropa en la terraza de la azotea. La cocina no es adecuada para cocinar en exceso y la nevera es pequeña y está mal decorada. Requiere formación para regular el agua caliente y solo se puede usar agua caliente en un baño a la vez. El apartamento está perfectamente situado a poca distancia a pie de todos los lugares de interés y en un barrio animado con muchos bares y restaurantes y buenas tiendas. Los dos dormitorios dan a un patio interior, por lo que son tranquilos también por la noche. Prácticamente no hay vistas desde el apartamento, ya que está ubicado en un pequeño pasillo estrecho, en un gran hogar de ancianos. El anfitrión es muy servicial y responde rápidamente. También disfrutamos mucho de las recomendaciones del anfitrión sobre restaurantes locales. Gracias por unos días estupendos en Sevilla.

Los muebles son anticuados y frágiles. Habían claros signos de moho en la zona sanitaria... Hacía mucho tiempo que no se había renovado. Las camas chirriaban y por la noche era demasiado ruidoso para dormir (mediados de abril), ya que tuvimos que cerrar las ventanas debido al ruido extremo del bar para poder dormir.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado para explorar la ciudad a pie, pero también es muy ruidoso hasta altas horas de la noche. Desafortunadamente, las ventanas tienen fugas, por lo que el agua de la lluvia ha entrado en el apartamento y prácticamente no hay aislamiento acústico desde el exterior. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y flexibles en el momento del registro, con mucha información útil. Desafortunadamente, el apartamento ya está un poco desgastado. Un sofá está desgastado y apenas se puede usar y las sillas son muy incómodas. Para nosotros, la relación calidad-precio no era la adecuada con las deficiencias.

Joli appartement proche du Square Alfalfa. Près de restaurants, d’épiceries, etc. La plupart des attraits touristiques sont accessibles en marchant. Le logement est près de bars hautement fréquentés - on entend les fêtards du salon et de la cuisine. Les chambres donnent sur la cours intérieure du bâtiment et sont donc plus silencieuses. L’hôte répond rapidement aux questions.

We loved this apartment! The downstairs bath/bedroom provided plenty of privacy for our family. Location couldn't have been better: very convenient to everything, including groceries, tourist sites, restaurants. The staff were very helpful, flexible with our schedule, and communicated with us quickly. Sadly, the weather didn't cooperate so we didn't get as much time on the terrace as we'd hoped. As noted, the upstairs shower is a bit tricky to get into. Beautiful apartment and building. Thank you...hope to return!

Great location, there's no where to have a car so this is ideal for walking exploring locally or taking trains to further afield. 10mins walk to all the famous settings. 1hr fast walk to Real Betis FC You can enjoy the outdoor view of Seville from El Cort Ingles, take the smaller door on left of main door, up to the restaurant. Lots of small supermarkets within 5mins walk of the apartment. Middle of February was 18-21c. Beautiful!

Excellent emplacement avec de nombreux bars/ restaurants au pied de l'appartement, des commerces très proches et la plupart des sites touristiques à 10 minutes à pied. Hôte très accueillante qui nous a fait diverses recommandations (restaurants, spectacles de flamenco) qui valaient la peine. L'appartement est très propre et fidèle à la description. Je ne mets que 4 étoiles en raison des difficultés d'accès à la baignoire pour laquelle il faut "escalader" les toilettes et pour les fenêtres côté rue qui semblent récentes mais peut-être mal posées : l'air et le bruit y passent donc beaucoup. Les chambres ne donnent pas côté rue, tant mieux car cela peut être bruyant la nuit le week-end (comme dans tout centre-ville, ce qui est normal). Nous n'avons séjourné que quelques jours dans l'appartement qui nous a bien convenu pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. En revanche, pour un long séjour à 4, le frigo serait un peu petit et le manque de four serait contraignant.

This was a very quiet apartment but right in the centre with cafes and bars all close by. You can walk everywhere! We used recommended restaurants and all were good. The Cat in the Bicycle across the road was brilliant for breakfast. The roof terrace was an added bonus. Would highly recommend!

An absolutely beautiful and charming place right in a hopping neighborhood near everything. Both bedrooms were beautifully decorated and had large adjoining bathrooms. The deck was also big but we didn’t use it much given the colder temperatures.
