A newly built, high-spec house with 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private terrace and a pool. Located on a very quiet, residential street in the Macarena neighbourhood.
Casa Pedro is a short walk from Seville's main attractions and sights. It is very close the Feria food market as well as the Alameda de Hércules - a popular square with many terrace bars, restaurants and cafés.
Suitable for up to 10 guests. The house of 155m² is spread over three levels, without elevator.
The entrance on the ground floor leads to three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The first double bedroom gives onto the quiet residential street. The other two double bedrooms on this floor have large floor-to-ceiling window doors that open onto a skylit interior courtyard. This area has comfortable seating and is very enjoyable in the summertime.
The open-space living area is on the first floor, laid out in an enfilade from the living room through the dining room to the kitchen. The central island in the kitchen enables easy cooking and participating in conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including a Nespresso machine, oven and dishwasher. The washing machine is hidden away below the stairs. The dining room (with an extendable table for 10) and very comfortable living room are decorated in contemporary vintage style (without TV).
The fourth double bedroom and bathroom en suite is on the other side of the open courtyard on this floor. The final and fifth double bedroom and bathroom is on the top floor. Each of the five en suite bathrooms comprise walk-in showers, washbasin, hair dryer and toilet.
Access to the terrace with garden furniture and the pool area is also on the third floor.
The private POOL is available and maintained all year round, but not heated.

Movistar fibre optics INTERNET modem placed in the living room. There is a fast wireless connection in most parts of the house.
TABLES which can be used for working in the house: 2 bedrooms with tables of 130x65 cm, 1 large dining table of 235x100 cm, 1 terrace table of 80x80 cm.

La Macarena est un quartier traditionnel authentique et plein de vie. Il se trouve au nord du centre historique de Séville. Partiellement délimité par les anciennes murailles de la ville, La Macarena est un quartier où a longtemps vécu la classe ouvrière, lui donnant le caractère vibrant dont vous pourrez profiter.
Dans l'emblématique rue Feria, vous pourrez découvrir le marché de produits frais et le marché aux puces 'El Jueves', où vous pourrez acheter toutes sortes d'antiquités et d'objets d'occasion.
Si vous marchez vers l'Ouest, vous arriverez tout de suite á l'Alameda de Hércules, une grande allée bordée d'arbres qui vient juste d'être rénovée et où il y a plein de bars à 'tapas', de restaurants, de cafés et de pubs.
Vers le nord, vous trouverez l'Arc de la Macarena, l'ancienne muraille de défense et la Basilique de la Macarena qui loge une des congrégations les plus réputés de la Semaine Sainte et l'une des images les plus vénérés de la Vierge Marie.

Extremely helpful and friendly during check-in. The location is amazing, we did everything by foot and had plenty of places to shop for food or to stop for an early coffee or an afternoon drink. The house set-up works well for couples as each room has its own private bathroom. Our only concern was that we were traveling with kids and the stairs were a bit steep for them, so we just had to be extra careful. Other than that, the house worked well, but it is in need of a couple of repairs from regular wear and tear - nothing major but you can tell it is not as new or renovated anymore. Overall would recommend and stay here again… but maybe without the kids. Thanks for the wonderful time!

The house was great , it can sleep up to ten with its five bedrooms however there were only four of us so there was more than enough room The kitchen is probably one of the best equipped kitchens I have stayed in an air bnb And the Delphi was lovely - beautiful patterned spainish plates. The company that looked after the property were also really helpful - from when we arrived with their advice on where to go to, to letting us store our luggage in their office (very close by) when we checked out , before we had to leave for the airport All in all a great experience thank you

A very welcoming time in Seville and such pleasant and responsive hosts. Perfectly placed in the center of the city within walking distance from most of the beautiful sights that are on offer. A stunning venue for a large group.

We were a group of 9 girls, the apartment was specious enough and had everything we needed. We only slept there and would leave early in the morning so we weren’t really spending the time there. What we didn’t like is that the apartment is quite moisture and there is only one sleeping room where the window can be open. But again, it didn’t bother us as we would only sleep there.

Wir waren zum arbeiten in Sevilla und waren sehr zufrieden. Besonders toll ist, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann auch die tolle Lage besonders hervorheben. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt

Apartamento bem grande, eramos 10 pessoas. São 3 andares, 3 suites e um jardim de inverno embaixo, no segundo andar tem a cozinha (bem equipada), sala, um banheiro e mais uma suite, e no ultimo andar mais um quarto com banheiro além da piscina. Sobre a localização, da pra ir a pé até os principais pontos da cidade e tem um supermercado super perto, assim como uma pizzaria e outros bares movimentados (na pequena praça que tem la perto). Se precisar pegar uber ou taxi tem que ir até a praça (2 min no máximo andando). O host foi bem solicito e respondia superrapido quando precisávamos.

Casa limpia y agradable, ideal para grupos por su distribución y número de baños. Fácil comunicación con Veoapartment. La recomiendo 100%! El único “pero” es que hay bastante humedad en la casa, aunque parece ser común en Sevilla y en esa zona.

We went to Seville last summer with a group of 10 people (average age 22). We had a fantastic time here. Communicated well in advance so we could easily get the key and tour of the apartment. Very friendly staff. For the rest, the apartment is beautiful. That you can get something like this for a relatively small amount of money we found bizarre. The accommodation was perfect and so was the location (1 min from the supermarket and 5 minutes walk to different nightlife spots). Even when we asked if we could stay a little longer in the apartment due to a late flight, was this no problem at all. We really appreciated this also because it was extremely hot. The only downside was that in one room the air conditioning leaked with water. This was actually supposed to be fixed at the beginning of the vacation but unfortunately this was not the case, sadly this was not fixed until the last day. When this was fixed the mechanic came in with a lot of noise (while we were still asleep) and had not left it very tidy. But this is beyond the control of the owners. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, we had a great time in Seville.

Geweldig verblijf gehad. De locatie was top en had een hele lokale sfeer. Alles was ook erg goed op loopafstand te bereiken. In het huis was alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. En het zwembad is groter dan het op de foto’s lijkt. Het enige wat minpuntje is dat er wat beter schoongemaakt had kunnen worden. Zo waren er nog wat haren aanwezig op bijvoorbeeld de wc brillen. Maar al met al een geweldig verblijf gehad!

Great place, modern, each room was a great size with nice en-suite. Pool upstairs was a great touch and a lot of fun too! Especially cooling off in the heat. Loved the kitchen and relaxing area. Plus location was great for going out to eat or heading to the centre

un appartement fidèle aux photos et agréable à vivre pour un groupe de 8 personnes. L'alcazar, la place d'Espagne, les arènes sont à environs 30 minutes de marche dans les rues piétonnes. La petite piscine est un plus. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité et la gentillesse de l'équipe lorsque nous avons eu des problèmes avec la climatisation ou des évacuations de douches bouchées.

Ons verblijf in "Casa Pedro" in Sevilla was fantastisch! Perfecte ligging, levendige buurt met eetgelegenheden en uitgaanslocaties op loopafstand. Het ruime zwembad bood ontspanning en verfrissing na een dag verkennen. Het comfortabele appartement met vriendelijk personeel maakte ons verblijf nog aangenamer. Aanrader voor iedereen die een geweldige accommodatie in Sevilla zoekt!

Our stay was amazing. The house met exactly our expectations. We were 9 for Christmas and it was a perfect place to have pedestrian access to Sevilla and also to rest and enjoy comfortably at home.

We came for New Year Eve and had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for 10 people and fully equiped so we had meals at home. It is central and in walking distance of everything - city center, a market and restaurants. I highly recommend this house and will be coming back for sure!

Tons of room and each bedroom has a full bath. Markus was very accommodating and allowed us to do an early check-in. Very close to a grocery store and a short walk to several sites. The pool was a great bonus! Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thank you!

En general todo bien, la casa muy moderna y bien dotada, especialmente el que cada cuarto tiene su propio baño. La ubicación es conveniente y se tiene acceso caminando a muchos puntos turísticos importantes. Ideal para desconectarse tener actividades turísticas y a la vez para resolver algunas cosas de trabajo desde la comodidad de la casa.
