Penthouse-duplex with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely plant-filled terrace. It is well located in the historic centre, about a 15-20 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville.
The main floor features a living room with sofa, dining table, chairs and TV. There is central air-conditioning (hot/cold) and free wi-fi internet access.
The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven included. Kitchen table with 2 chairs.
On this level is bedroom 1 with a double bed and a wardrobe. Just off the bedroom, there is a separate bathroom complete with a bathtub and shower attachment.
On the upper floor is bedroom 2 with twin beds, a desk and an en-suite bathroom with shower. High ceilings with exposed wooden beams enhance the sense of space and comfort. Large sliding doors give direct access onto the charming private terrace.
The terrace has been equipped and decorated with trees, plants, flowers and a hot/cold water outdoor shower. Table, chairs and deckchairs.
The apartment is set on the 4th and 5th floor of a traditional building dated from 1923, with elevator. It is located at Calle Cruz Verde (corner with calle Feria), close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.

La Macarena est un quartier traditionnel authentique et plein de vie. Il se trouve au nord du centre historique de Séville. Partiellement délimité par les anciennes murailles de la ville, La Macarena est un quartier où a longtemps vécu la classe ouvrière, lui donnant le caractère vibrant dont vous pourrez profiter.

Appartement bien situé, très lumineux, confortable, avec une belle terrasse et belle vue sur Séville. L'environnement peut être un peu bruyant. L'équipement de la cuisine (assiettes, couverts) mériterait d'être complété. Le chauffe eau est défaillant et les douches sont soit trop chaudes ou trop froides. La propreté pourrait être améliorée (notamment en ce qui concerne la literie). Au total nous avons passé un bon séjour, qui aurait pu être exceptionnel si les points mentionnés avaient été réglés auparavant.

This is a comfortable apartment with a lovely deck and great city views. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was welcoming and helpful. A great base for exploring Seville.

Ideale Wohnung um die Stadt zu erkunden. Am Nachmittag kann man auf der Dachterrasse die Sonne genießen, bevor es am Abend wieder in die Stadt geht um das tolle Abendleben zu genießen. Sehr kurze Wege und überall was los.

Very comfortable apartment in an area I like - very good local nightlife with lots of bars and restaurants. It can occasionally be quite noisy with lots of people having fun! Stylishly decorated with good quality furnishings. Kitchen quite small but very well fitted. Good food shops and large covered market nearby. I enjoyed my stay very much

Great location for us specifically because it was close to Alameda Hercules and Pumarejo Square. plus easy access to Sierpas and Tetuan and Plaza del Duque. Downside was the outside noise at night. Calle Feria and Cruz Verde is a noisy corner. Late night noise from patrons of bar/cafe at corner plus plus lots of street sweepers and delivery truck noise early in the morning ( 4 a.m.)

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Apartment und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist Mega zentral. Bars, Restaurants und Mercados sind alle fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der Weg zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist in 20 - 25 Minuten auch für uns schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren diesmal nicht mit dem Auto unterwegs, sondern haben alles mit Bus, Bahn und Taxi unternommen. Selbst die Reisen nach Cordoba und Granada. Perfekt, günstig und entspannt. Es ist natürlich nicht ganz ruhig bei dieser Lage, aber es war für uns kein Problem. Wir hatten in der 2. Woche noch 2 Freunde zu besuch, sodass auch eine Belegung für 4 Personen perfekt ist. Wir kommen gern wieder.

We stayed here for a month and the location is very nice in the heart of Barrio Feria close to Alameda and on Thursdays the flea market is on your doorstep. The apartment was clean and tidy. The terrace upstairs is fantastic and a nice place to retreat for a while. As indicated in an earlier email, the elevator regularly malfunctions and then it is quite a climb with groceries to the 4th floor. But we had a fantastic stay, partly thanks to this great apartment.

I had a wonderful time in the apartment. It's as pretty as on the pictures and the view over the city is amazing at night. The bed downstairs is really good as well (been sleeping on it for 3 weeks). Fully recommended! :-)

Great location, beautiful apartment- met our needs! Many restaurants within a 5 min walk and big sights within 5-20 mins! Well equipped kitchen, outstanding terrace. Fair warnings: we managed to park in a garage and left the car there for the first few days and street parked the last two a couple blocks from it. Not easy- but also wasn’t a problem for us. A couple of bars across the intersection get pretty noisy up until 4-5 am on the nights they are open. But it’s part of the atmosphere of the lovely city. Overall: the four of us were very happy and loved the apartment! Very clean, accurate pictures, and the location was exactly what we wanted as far as exploring the city!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Kurztripp nach Sevilla. Man ist umgeben von netten Tappa- oder sonstigen Bars. Es kann Abends etwas laut werden, aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind konnten wir alle gut schlafen. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Badezimmern war es für uns zu dritt sehr entspannt..... Highlight der Wohnung ist aber die Terrasse. Groß, schön und fantastische Aussicht über die Altstadt. Wir haben die ersten zwei Tage im Parkhaus El Corte Ingles geparkt. Sauteuer.. über 30 € am Tag. Mit etwas Glück findet man auch einen kostenfreien Parkplatz in den Nebenstraßen. aber Vorsicht beim Einparken, die Bürgersteige sind mit niedrigen Pöllern geschützt, die man gerne übersieht. Toll war vor allem die unkomplizierte Kommunikation und die enstpannte Schlüsselübergabe . Allen in allem sehr empfehlenswert - wenn nochmal Sevilla, dann sehr gern wieder in dieser Wohnung!

Bel appartement avec terrasse très agréable. Situé dans un quartier très sympa et très proche de l'hyper centre (10 min à pieds de la cathédrale). Accueil super. Je recommande vivement.

Séjour très agréable chez Manuel dans un appartement conforme à la description et très bien situé pour découvrir toute la ville. La terrasse avec ce beau temps même en période de Noël a été un vrai plus.

L’animation de l’almeda de Hercules et le calme de la macarena en font un lieu idéal pour visiter Séville. L’appartement est conforme aux attentes avec une terrasse extraordinaire sur les clochers de Séville. Seul bémol : les bruits de la rue le samedi soir et la circulation. Mais les boules quies règlent totalement le problème.

We loved the apartment! The pictures were very accurate and we were very comfortable. We love the location and the terrace. This neighborhood is a great base for exploring Sevilla outside of the the main tourist attractions. The coffee at the corner cafe across the street was great and there are so many restaurants with great food so close. This is our second visit and we will return.

A perfect apartment for two couples in the Macarena section of Sevilla. Easy walking distance to everything. Pizza place and bakery across the street, and a great grocery store a block away. We didn't cook, but kitchen looked well equipped. Staff were great on check in and check out. The main attraction is the terrace...gorgeous! Unfortunately is rained all 3 days we were in Sevilla, but we escaped to the terrace every time we had a break in the rain. (We are told this much rain is very unusual for Sevilla) If we are lucky enough to get back to Sevila, would definitely stay at the Macarena Terrace.

Plenty of room for three ladies to spread out -- three wardrobes to unpack into and two bathrooms to accommodate all our toiletries. The fabulous terrace was the highlight of our trip -- we ate in every night, overlooking the city as the sun went down.

Nicely located apartment near the centre (10-15 mins by foot). Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Lively atmosphere on Plaza Hercules. Very nice apartment with one large bedroom up spiral staircase with shower room and smaller one with bathroom off main living area. Nicely furnished and in good condition. Terrace is well maintained with plants - and a great view over the city. If you are four in your party this is excellent value compared to quality hotels which can be very expensive at certain times of the year.

We couldn't have been happier with the apartment and the service provided by Veoapartments. It would be helpful for future visitors to know that, should they arrive in the evening as we did, there is a small supermarket just around the corner in Feria (to the right) and, in the morning till 2.00 pm a beautiful food market just a bit further along Feria. Also, an excellent patisserie on the corner.

Overall we found the apartment very pleasant but on reflection not so suitable for us with the spiral staircase. The amenities were fine but it would be great if there was a small welcome pack of milk, tea bags and a little coffe so the weary traveller doesn't have to go out straight away to shop.

Wonderful location. Away from tourists, and in the midst of a hubbub of activity which made us feel like we were living amongst the locals of Seville. Beautiful terrace with 270 degree views of this beautiful, historic city. Walking distance from just about every landmark Seville has to offer. Very comfortable apartment with excellent air conditioning to take to edge off at the end of the day.
