Top-floor apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fantastic terrace with private swimming pool. It is centrally located on calle Cervantes, near Plaza de la Encarnación, and 10 minutes' walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 4+1 guests.
The apartment is distributed over 2 levels. With 110sqm inside + 80sqm of outdoor space.
The main floor overlooks the central patio of the house. Large glass walls and windows let light flood in, while roller blinds allow you to have privacy inside.
The modern kitchen is immediately to the right of the entrance. It is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances, washing machine and dishwasher included. Adjacent is the dining area with a table and 4 chairs. There is a seating area with 2 armchairs.
A passageway leads to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150 x 200cm), fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (0,90 x 200cm) and a fitted wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom with shower, next to bedroom 2.
On the upper floor is the living room with a sofa-bed (1,00 x 200cm), completing the apartment capacity to sleep up to 5. There is a home theater projector and free wifi internet access.
Large sliding doors give direct access onto the charming private terrace and swimming-pool, which can be used all year-round (unheated). Pool measures: length 4m, width 3m, depth 1.40m. The terrace has been decorated and equipped with plants, flowers, canopy, parasols, deckchairs, table and chairs.
The apartment is on the second / third floors of a contemporary building built in 2016, with elevator. Despite being in the centre of the city, it is quiet and peaceful - perfect for getting away from it all.

El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.
À côté de l´Hôtel de Ville se trouve la zone commerciale la plus importante de la ville, qui comprend les rues Sierpes, Tetuán et Velázquez. We loved this apartment! The location was realy idea - so close to everything for walking, but not in the mobbed tourist area. The apartment was very cleaned, and we LOVED the roofdeck! It was warm while we were visiting and were able to use the pool, which was lovely. The VeoApartment staff were super helpful and responsive and made a few trips to the apartment to help us with figuring out the coffee maker and bringing extra blankets. They met us at the apartment at check in and explained everything. We were grateful for the elevatory to the third story apartment so that my elderly mom did not need to climb the stairs. Very safe. Overall excellent -we hope to return!

We loved everything about our two week stay: it felt like home, very comfortable! Sevilla is a city that feels like a town, and you are ideally located to walk almost anywhere in the city center easily from the apartment. Walk in any direction and you will find cafes, restaurants and attractions within a block or two!. One of the best parts of our stay was the friendly reception we got from the hosts. Have an issue? Boom! Taken care of. They went above and beyond in communicating with us, meeting us at the apartment when members of our group arrived early, we really felt taken care of. Five stars earned!!!!

The apartment is true to the photos and reviews. It’s quite large so plenty of space for us and we had a bedroom and bathroom each. There’s also a full kitchen, dining table and two lounge chairs downstairs. Upstairs there’s the movie area, using a projector on the wall. And then there’s an awesome rooftop terrace & pool, which is the reason we booked this place. Unfortunately we didn’t get the best weather but we did get one lovely day on the rooftop terrace and that was lovely. This apartment would easily fit 4 people.

A super location and great apartment. The weather wasn’t so good for us but the one great afternoon and evening we really enjoyed the terrace and pool. The location was easy to walk into the main centre but far enough out that locally it felt authentic and not so touristy. Apartment was very clean, well maintained and comfortable and Veoapartment very helpful.

Super fin lejlighed, perfekt beliggenhed og skønt med en pool efter en hel dag vandren rundt i byen. Tagterrassen og lejligheden bærer lidt præg af den trænger til lidt ny kærlighed, men det her ikke nogen brugs betydning. Ubeklagelig værter, super fleksible med indtjening, god service. Beliggenheden for lejligheden er rigtig god. Gå afstand til alt, god indkøbs muligheder i nærheden, og to minutter derfra ligger der et hyggeligt lille torv hvor der ligger to gode spanske restauranter, som helt sikkert er et besøg værd. Alt i alt et dejlig ophold, som vi klart kan anbefale andre!

L’appartement est parfaitement situé en plein centre de la vieille ville, dans une rue très calme et à proximité de tous les spots à visiter. Les lits, le mobilier et les équipements sont de bonne qualité. Le plus étant évidemment la (petite) piscine privative au niveau de la terrasse, très agréable pour se rafraîchir entre deux visites !

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your apartment, it was beautiful spacious and relaxing, having the pool was great to. Great amount of space for 4 of us. The Location was in a quiet street but 2/3 mins walk and you in some busy Plazas with some Great Bars and Restaurants. Great Hosts as well, Ismael welcomed us and gave some great recommendations on things to do and places to eat and drink. And on Departure Manuel looked after us, stored our luggage and organised a taxi to the airport. Thank you. Would definitely stay at the apartment again in the beautiful city of Sevilla.

Wir waren zu viert (zwei Kinder, zwei Erwachsene) für zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Apartment. Alles war wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation klasse und die Lage traumhaft! Der Pool wurde täglich genutzt und hat eine Menge Freude bereitet. Sevilla hat uns schwer begeistert und die Abreise fiel uns schwer ;)

The apartment was just as advertised. Fabulous location within walking distance to everything. A couple blocks from Las Setes, lots of restaurants nearby (our favourite was Le Sede), quiet street, quiet, secure building, perfect for a family of 4. The roof top terrace was a great place to hang out when we weren’t out exploring Seville. Beds were comfy, good showers, AC worked when we needed it. Highly recommend this place - everything went smoothly with no surprises.

Nice appartment close 10 min walk to Cathedral. Sunny balcony in october, 23C. Swimmingpool is then littlebit to cold. There is a beamer to project your netflix film or football match on the wall, very nice!

Myself and my friends stayed here for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. the place was really clean in a quiet neighbourhood and everything was a walking distance from the apartment. the hosts communicated with us well and gave us clear instructions upon meeting us on arrival and also gave us recommendations on the best local restaurants and cafés. the pool in the rooftop was a great amenity to cool down in during the day!

A beautiful apartment centrally located but down a quiet street. The swimming pool and private terrace was a lovely extra after a long day of exploring the city. Would definitely visit again.

We had a great stay here. The apartment is in an amazing location. It is comfortable and well equipped for four people to enjoy the space. The hosts were really responsive and friendly. We thought it could have been a bit cleaner - a couple of very scuffed walls, tissue left under one of the beds and grubby sun loungers. It would also have been nice to have a small supply of extra toilet roll, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. We ended up buying some but that wasn’t economical as we only used a very small amount. Hopefully the next guests will benefit!

Nous avons globalement passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Il est conforme à l'annonce, très agréable à vivre et excellemment placé. L'hôte nous a très bien accueilli et on a pu facilement communiquer avec lui. Petits bémols : la propreté des douches à l'arrivée, le manque de couverts et le fait qu'il n'y avait pas au moins une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo en arrivant (surtout quand on parle d'une ville comme Séville en plein été). Ceci dit, cela reste un bel appartement avec notamment la terrasse et la piscine qui sont en très bon état contrairement à certains commentaires plus anciens que nous avions vu.

L'appartement est idéalement situé,a deux pas des commerces ,nous avons tout fait a pied. La personne qui nous a accueilli fut très agréable. L'appartement paraît plus grand sur les photos,mais l'espace est suffisant pour 4 personnes. Toutefois je trouve le prix un peu trop élevé par rapport aux prestations.Les meubles de la terrasse nécessiteraient d'être changé,de même que le canapé ,qui n'apporte pas grand chose a l'étage.Nous n'avons pas utilisés les coussins pour les bains de soleil car trop sale. Notre séjour fut quand même agréable.

my husband and i had a wonderful time in sevilla - this apartment made the experience all that much better - we set out to explore early in the morning, back in the afternoon for siesta, a dip in the pool, and out again late night for dinner - the location was ideal for our vacation - markus was most helpful with getting us acquainted with the apartment and parking recommendations - we would happily stay in this location and use the rental company again

Brilliant location and lots of restaurants, bars etc and close to supermarkets. Veoapartment team was fantastic both in the run up to our stay and during our stay. We would not hesitate to book through them again. The roof terrace was great and a real bonus with fantastic views across to Las Setas. We didn't use the pool as it was very cold (unheated) at the time when we visited (January/February). Compact kitchen with new and modern appliances and even a small dishwasher. The only feedback would be the apartment needs a little TLC and would definitely benefit from a television for those who are having longer stays (like us) especially at the price listed.
