The living room has 2 sofas and a smart TV. Dining table with chairs. The kitchen is small but well equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances: washing machine included.
The bedroom has twin beds and a large fitted wardrobe. A window overlooks a quiet patio. The bathroom is inside the bedroom. With a washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower.
There is central air-conditioning (with cooling and heating) and high speed internet connection.
The apartment is on the first floor of a residential building, without elevator. Note Ximenez Enciso is a very narrow pedestrian street and therefore the living area is more shady and without sun light.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it was in a fantastic location for sight seeing, very accessible and although on a busy pedestrian street we weren’t disturbed by noise at night at all. The apartment was perfect, really clean and comfortable and it had all we needed for our 5 day stay. The hosts were also great, very proactive with messaging us and really helpful with our queries. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope we can stay here again on our next trip to Seville.

The best location for exploring Seville! Close enough for an early start at Real Alcazar and the centre but the restaurants in this area are high quality and not your usual tourist trap. I think for the price it is excellent, although the flat could do with some aesthetic updates and the building has some drain smell some of the time but we could open the big windows and balcony doors. We used the washing machine which was excellent, I bought my own tablets from home but Manuel who met us early and allowed us to leave our bags even though check in was a bit later he offered to provide laundry tablets. Good advice on parking too via Parclick in insura Santa Justa. Excellent hosting thank you for a great stay!

Apartamento en el casco histórico de Sevilla, lugares de interés turístico accesibles a pie. Buena frescura en el interior con un tiempo de 27-28 grados en el exterior. Ha sido agradable.

Wonderful place to stay in Sevilla. The host was very helpful and gracious. And the apartment was in a great location, in the best part of Sevilla. We highly recommend it.

Our stay had some challenges. After check-in, we noticed a very strong smell coming from the sewage. We contacted the host, and he responded quickly and suggested opening the windows. The smell improved after leaving the windows open overnight, but unfortunately this led to another issue, as we had to deal with mosquitoes throughout the night, and there was also noise from the street, which made it difficult to sleep. We contacted the host again to find a solution, and he responded promptly and brought us a mosquito device, which helped improve the situation. We appreciate the host’s responsiveness and willingness to assist, but the initial issue did affect our overall comfort during the stay.

The apartment is situated in the middle of the historic centre so perfect for walking to all the main sites. There are many nearby restaurants. The space was comfortable. There were some minor issues mainly due to poor instructions but the proprietor quickly responded to sort them out.

There was only one downside to the apartment. Overall it’s in a great location, true to the pictures, loved the two sofas. Great shower and lots of hot water. The only downside is a forced air heating system that flows through very old vents. There was a good amount of dust and an unpleasant odor. We left windows open the whole time. If they could put in a split system the apartment would be perfect. If you don’t need heat the apartment is fine.

perfect location for me. 20 mins walk from Nervión Plaza, 20 mins the other way to Plaza de Armas. The cathedral, alcazar and Avenida de la Constitucion within 5 mins. Plaza de España 10 mins. basic kitchen more than suitable for preparing meals..comfortable bedroom and decent bathroom. veoapartment always very helpful. very many thanks to them.

Good flat, in an excellent part of town, right near everything but the bedroom is at the back meaning you dont get disturbed at night when you finally come home. Walkable to everything, right near transport. Comfy sofa and bed, had a really good sleep here, good shower hot and powerful. I thought some of the crockery/cutlery was left a bit grubby by the previous occupant so it needs to be checked a bit better by the cleaner and more towels and tea towels would be helpful. Ive left some other feedback to the provider about other tweaks that could be made. The providers were really helpful when we managed to get muddled with our leaving day, thinking it was the day before it was, locked ourselves out of the flat and they came to let us back in, totally our mistake and would have put them out but they came to our rescue, very good service. Brilliant recommendations and information given.

El apartamento que se ofrece a un precio muy razonable, está idealmente situado en el corazón del barrio más bonito de Sevilla y muy cerca de los lugares más imprescindibles. Las prestaciones son bastante correctas, la ropa de cama cómoda y es muy adecuado para una pareja. El ruido de la calle que se mencionaba en los comentarios era razonable y realmente no nos molestó. El único punto que podría mejorarse es un ligero olor a paredes húmedas que se nota especialmente al entrar en el apartamento, pero al que ya no se presta atención una vez dentro. ¡Muy buena experiencia que estamos deseando repetir!

The location is good, but it's busy with tourist shops right outside. You know, it's in the city center. No noise! The air conditioning works, but it needed cleaning. The air conditioner grille is hanging in the ceiling. The entire apartment needs cleaning (lots of dust) and renovation, including the cups in the cupboards, which I didn't dare use. The blankets didn't look fresh. The furnishings are dated and in need of replacement. The sewer smell was present almost all day and night. The locks gave a sense of security, and a chair was placed in front of the door.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive hosts. Always there and always prompt to respond. Great location in the old town, so close to absolutely everything. As it is the old town, and therefore narrow walkways, don't expect it to be quiet. That's the pay off. Great city, great hosts.

A well-appointed apartment, furnished in the local style and ideal for two, in a busy, but central part of the city. The street outside the apartment is a pedestrian precinct, and although lively during the day, tends to be more calm later in the evening. The bedroom faces a quiet patio (not accessible from the rental). With tightly-spaced hot plates on the stove, cooking tends to be a bit tight for anything other than basic dishes, but the area abounds in inexpensive bars and restaurants.
