Open-plan studio apartment combining modern comfort with traditional architectural features. Located in the heart of the historic centre on Pajaritos street, 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for 2 guests.
The apartment forms part of a "Casa Palacio" dating from the 19th century, with a majestic patio decorated with a colonnade of arches and a central fountain.
The interiors are characterised by contemporary and retro furnishings and artwork which blend with the original architectural features - exposed brick walls, traditional floor tiles, marble columns and high ceilings - creating a stylish and comfortable space.
The apartment is separated into 2 different zones. The kitchen is equipped with the main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including an oven. There is a kitchen table with two chairs.
Beyond is the sleeping area with a double bed and fitted wardrobe. Two large windows face a quiet courtyard with plants (without access to guests).
Other features include: sofa, TV and free wi-fi internet access. There is air-conditioning for cooling (without heat). Heat is provided by electric space heaters.
The bathroom is immediately to the right of the entrance. With a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and washing-machine.
Ground floor apartment fully refurbished in 2015, with a surface area of 50sqm.

El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.
À côté de l´Hôtel de Ville se trouve la zone commerciale la plus importante de la ville, qui comprend les rues Sierpes, Tetuán et Velázquez. ¡Ideal para nuestras necesidades! Unas instalaciones maravillosas y un edificio muy bonito. Podrías poner un poco más de énfasis en el diseño de interiores y el orden en el patio, entonces sería perfecto. Pero está situado en el centro para actividades turísticas. La comunicación y el servicio fueron muy amables y serviciales. ¡Gracias! En general, quedé muy satisfecho.

Un apartamento estupendo en pleno centro de Sevilla. Cerca de las tiendas y del casco antiguo. Fuimos bien recibidos. Es agradable que haya aire acondicionado, especialmente cuando hace 38 grados fuera, aún así puedes dormir maravillosamente. Todo estaba limpio y la ubicación del apartamento era perfecta para visitar todos los lugares de interés. Vale la pena y lo recomiendo! Sin duda, para pasar unos días en Sevilla.

El apartamento es amplio, espacioso y hermoso. Se encuentra en pleno centro histórico en una calle muy tranquila. Las comodidad tal y como se describe. El acceso al piso regular (las llaves tienen su truco para abrir correctamente tanto en la verja general como la de la misma puerta y es tedioso, hay inquilinos que tienen llave electrónica) en la cocina nos hemos encontrado hormigas, una faena para poner cualquier cosa. Lo comuniqué hace 3 días sin obtener respuesta, espero que pongan medios ya que es un apartamento espectacular. La televisión no funcionaba, nos dijo el personal que al día siguiente me avisarían para cambiarla y no lo han hecho ni avisado para que no tuviera que estar pendiente de ello.

Todo estuvo bién salvo que el televisor no funcionaba y Dimitri dijo que lo arreglaría y no lo hizo, el wifi al principio no funcionaba porque el router estaba medio desmontado pero lo pude arreglar y algunas toallas estaban manchadas. Por lo demás el apartamento nos pareció muy recomendable.

Muchas gracias Alberto por su comentario. Lamentablemente tenemos que comprar una TV nueva, puesto que no podía repararse durante su estancia. Le hemos comentado a la empresa de limpieza sobre las toallas para que las reemplacen. Sentimos las molestias ocasionadas. Pero en general nos alegra saber que disfrutó de su estancia. Muchas gracias de nuevo por su visita.

Bonito apartamento en el centro del centro. Todo a poca distancia a pie. Hermoso edificio auténtico y, a pesar de estar situado en el centro, muy tranquilo. Muy recomendable para una visita a Sevilla.

Maravilloso apartamento situado en medio de las estrechas calles del casco antiguo, todo en el centro a poca distancia a pie. Hay más que suficientes restaurantes en la zona. La comunicación con los anfitriones funcionó de maravilla. Se pusieron en contacto con nosotros directamente cuando llegamos al aeropuerto para preguntar por nuestra hora estimada de llegada. Cuando llegamos, nos permitieron entrar directamente en el apartamento. ¡Recomendación clara! Si volvemos a viajar a Sevilla, con mucho gusto volveremos a este apartamento. Gracias.

Joao couldn’t have been more helpful when we arrived. The apartment was very spacious, quiet and had everything we needed. Being right in the heart of the old town meant it was the perfect place from which to discover the city. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is perfectly located and everything you want to see in Seville is of walking distance. The apartment is a beautiful mix of old and new with apparent columns/bricks and distinguished art work. However, some work could be done to keep up on the « maintenance » of the place. Some lamps did not work, the toilet door does not close well, the curtains have stains and the wardrobe doors have difficulty sliding. Overall, it is a great place but would be even better with a bit of TLC.

Apartamento céntrico y buena ubicación en edificio histórico. La limpieza podría mejorar, sofá algo destartalado y sucio, tv con problemas de sintonización de canales, la escobilla del wc pide cambio a gritos, en fin cosas mínimas que se pueden tener en cuenta. En general bien.

The apartment is very central, yet quiet wirh lovely view into a green patio. The high ceilings and column, the beautiful iron main entrance door, and inner patio with colonade make this a very palatial and priviledged stay. Communication with the hosts is easy and quick. Some parts of the flat should be fixed, though (bathroom door, closet door), the locks of the entrance doors require some finesse to open or close, and internet is slow. If these aspects are fixed, the place will be awesome.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé. L'hote etait tres sympathique à notre arrivee. Le seul bémol serait l'insonorisation qui n'est pas très bonne malheureusement. Autrement c'était très agréable.

I stayed at this apartment for just under 3 weeks, and would do it again in a heartbeat. The location is incredible - anywhere you want to go, you can easily walk. The host was very helpful with directing me where to have my cab drop me off, and both check in and check out were simple. I picked this apartment because it has everything you need for a short OR long stay - full kitchen with dishes/pots/oil/spices, washer and drying rack, etc. It was exactly what I had hoped for (and it helps that the building itself is incredible on the inside). Cannot recommend enough!

Appartement parfaitement situé au centre historique, à deux pas de toutes les facilités, et bien équipé. Calme par rapport à la rue, mais un voisin parfois assez bruyant (voix forte, cloison de separation fine) Le séjour aurait été parfait s'il n'avait pas été impossible d'accéder au réseau Internet pendant 5 jours sur 8 de location, surprenant pour un immeuble bien équipé situé en plein centre d'une grande capitale régionale touristique. Contacté, l'hôte n'a pu que préciser que la panne n'était pas de son fait. Panne d'Internet préjudiciable dans une Semaine Sainte excessivement pluvieuse, où il fallait coller rapidement à l'actualité pour adapter séjour et déplacements aux conditions athmosphériques. Fourniture très réduite du linge de bain (1 grande serviette de bain, 1 moyenne et deux toajitas pour deux personnes et 8 jours), corrigée par l'hôte après appel. Manque de "petites attentions" à l'arrivée : pas même une bouteille d'eau ou de jus de fruit, récipient de café moulu vide !

A brilliant location within walking distance of all the sights yet quiet and peaceful as well. The apartment had all the facilities we needed, was easy to find and was set within a beautiful old building. The inner courtyard was spectacular and the apartment itself was a good mix of new services fitted into an historic building. All very tasteful and highly recommended.

We loved staying in the heart of the city. Close to everything and a gorgeous building. It was a little dated and sound throughout the building carried loudly. The linens could be refreshed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Excellent quiet location, yet close and walkable to everything and all key attractions. Clean, great communication from host, and well-equipped apartment. It was fabulous to be met late at night when flight delay incurred - made this check in very easy. Highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Appartement bien situé , dans un ancien bâtiment Sévillan . Toutefois la literie devrait être revue : le sommier est en 160 cm , mais le matelas est en 140 cm . Le linge de lit est totalement dépareillé : drap housse , drap , taies d’oreiller de couleurs différentes et vieillissants . Manque une cafetière électrique. L’accueil est très efficace et sympathique. L’appartement est bien situé.

The apartment is beautiful, exactly as pictured. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom spacious and clean, and the washing machine was a bonus. We stayed 5 nights so having a full kitchen was useful, although there are tapas bars everywhere in the area. Our host was responsive and very helpful, recommended several places nearby including Plaza Alfalfa. Because it has an open courtyard you can hear a bit of the comings and goings, but we found that it was quiet by 10:30 or 11 pm and virtually silent at night. 100% would recommend it, and 100% would stay here again.
