Three bedroom apartment located in the heart of Santa Cruz quarter. All rooms have french windows with julienne balconies facing the courtyard of the house - allowing plenty of light and making it a quiet place to stay.
Living area with a sofa, extendable dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering.
There are 3 bedrooms for six guests. One twin bedroom and two double bedrooms. All rooms have a wardrobe for storing your belongings.
There are two full bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower and other with a small bathtub).
Other features: high speed fiber optic internet connection (100 Mbps) and central air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The apartment enjoys a wonderful central location within Seville's old quarter, close to the main sights and monuments: Cathedral and La Giralda, Alcázar Royal Palace and Archive of the Indies.
Note: Washing machine not available. There is a laundry service at Plaza Santa María de la Blanca, located right next to the apartment building.

Great place in a great location. Right in the action but quiet. Spacious living room and a view of the castle out the window! Beautiful area with history and shopping. Only down side was the massive amount of stairs to climb to get to the apartment (but good exercise). Host was very responsive and friendly.

Great central location and in easy walking distance to most of the main popular sights, shopping hub and plenty of restaurants. Taxi rank a few hundred yards from the apartment as well as a place to store luggage for the day after check out. Host was helpful in pointing out some local attractions and restaurants. Plenty to see and do over the week. Apartment was a great base to comeback to for a cuppa after a morning/early afternoon out and after a little rest and recharge we could go out exploring in the late afternoon/early evening.

I stayed with my family at the apartment and we found it perfect in terms of space, comfort and location. The apartment is as described and was a fantastic find. It provided a comfortable and convienent place to explore Seville. The team at Veoapartment were excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sevilla at Veoapartment's place. The apartment is centrally located, spacious and private. The hosts were great with communication as well as providing us with recommendations on what to see and do, very helpful. I would certainly book this place again if in Sevilla.

L’appartement est situé dans le vieux Séville, à quelques pas de la cathédrale et de l’alcazar. Tout se fait à pied dans les rues typiques, les restaurants sont également juste à côté. L’appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes, 6 couchages disponibles mais la pièce à vivre (salon/salle à manger) est très petite. Bref très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé qui dispose de 2 salles de bain.

We enjoyed our stay in Seville immensely. The apartment was perfect. Very clean, great air conditioning and very well equipped. The location is perfect. It is a 5-10 minute walk to lots of great shopping and tourist sites. Lots of restaurants right outside the apartment. Would highly recommend this apartment would stay here again

We could not have picked a better place! It was close to everything we wanted to see, and even getting lost in the streets was fabulous. We were two couples and had more than enough space and everything we needed to make it home.

The location and building are great! The apartment is small, but has all the right spaces: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kutchen, living room. The bed pillows are hard, so you might want to bring your own if you like soft pillows. The washer is quite small, but services most needs and if you need to do a full load there is a laundromat right next the the restaurant outside the building. When we were in Seville, it was HOT so the air conditioner was a huge life saver. Overall, we enjoyed the place. Wonderful restaurants nearby!

The location was amazing. The flat was great. Only issue was that the middle room smelled like smoke, very heavy smell. I think the previous renters smoked in that room.

Overall the apartment worked well for 6 adults. Easy to get around the city to all the monuments (Cathedral, Alcazar and Triana Market). Lovely greating by Manuel at the door and an easy walk from the train station or quick taxi ride. Only recommendation is to get a better filter for the air flow as any smokers outside, even with the windows closed, it would smell like smoke in the apartment. Would definitely return!

We stayed here for two nights and had the best time in Sevilla! The apartment is right in the heart of the city and everything is walkable. The apartment was clean and spacious. Manuel made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Apartment is well located centrally from where we could easily walk to discover Sevilla, notably the city center, Alcazar, Plaza de Espana. The apartment has all the appliances we needed for our stay and is also quite, being in a residential area. All in all, we recommend the place!

The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a great location and very quiet. The only drawback was that the washing machine didn't work well, and left clothes sopping wet. It took days for them to dry properly, even after wringing them out by hand.

The Santa Cruz apartment was a wonderful rental for our stay in Sevilla. The three bedrooms gave us ample space for our group to spread out, and the livingroom area was great for relaxing in the morning over coffee and later in the afternoon when we needed a short break from hiking around the city. The rooms were spotless, as were the bathrooms, and the kitchen was really well equipped and perfect for preparing meals. And the location can not be beaten; right in the thick of all that is incredible about Sevilla, especially close to the gorgeous parks and the river, and yet quiet and peaceful. Finally, working with Veoapapartment was always easy, and everyone was helpful and responsive. Enjoy Sevilla. It is an AMAZING city!

A well equipped modern apartment in the Santa Cruz area of Seville. Despite being in the old town with easy walking access to the central attractions, it was located in a residential block and was very quiet. We were a group of 4 adults, needing 3 bedrooms and whilst the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were comfortable, the lounge and dining area were rather cramped, if you intend staying in the apartment and cooking meals. The kitchen whilst small was well equipped, as unusually for a city it had an oven/grill, hob and microwave. Being British we also appreciated the large teapot!

We stayed in this quiet apartment for five nights in mid-June. It was a perfect home base and is well situated in the Santa Cruz Barrio of old Seville with lots to do within walking distance. The apartment was clean, well cared for and looked like the pictures. The kitchen had everything we required and all appliances worked well, including wifi. We found it cozy and comfortable for the for the four of us; and we appreciated the firm, comfortable beds. We all slept great and can’t wait to return to Seville one day.

The location, the cleanliness and sizing was perfect for us four senior ladies. We could walk around and not feel intimated. This area is great for eating establishments and local shopping was made so easy. Breakfast was prepared in the kitchen at our leisure which certainly made it easy with groceries around the corner to pick up all that was required. Beds were very comfortable and each room was so nicely decorated and certainly made us feel at home with the well equipped kitchen. Nothing was missing

Everything described in the website was 100% correct. Location was brilliant! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and the owner was their at the appointed time and very helpful with providing information on questions we asked. We felt as though we were living with the locals in a gated apartment block within the fantastic Jewish quarter of Seville. In fact, I wouldn't wouldn't stay in any other area. We were met by the owner at the designated time and place in front of the apartment block. She was incredibly helpful. The apartment had 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was well appointed with everything you need. Perfect for 4 people, cosy for 6 people. The wives loved the washing machine and the rooftop clothes line.

The apartment is very cozy and confortable and stylish at the same time. Just to make you feel like home. It possesses everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms with towels and hairdryer, even an electric iron and well working wifi and air conditioning. The place is just brilliant. It is placed in the center of Santa Cruz. However, the place is very quiet due to all windows show to a small and nice courtyard. The Veoapartment-Team and landowners provide a very good contact and service in very good English.

We stayed one week in this centrally located apartment,and it was great.We were four adults and one baby. Rosa welcomed us and explained everything to us. The apartment is at walking distance of practically all sights,so no need to rent a car.Rosa provided a comfortable baby cot and a high chair. The apartment is well equipped. The courtyard is calm.A small adjustment to be made on hot/cold water otherwise I highly recommend.

Appartement très agréable, bien placé dans le centre historique de Séville. Parking à 2mn à pied. Très propre, calme, climatisé, bien équipé. Literie confortable. Seul inconvénient : l'eau chaude des douches très difficile à régler. Il nous est arrivé de n'avoir que de l'eau froide.
