Au niveau inférieur se trouve le salon très lumineux avec un balconnet. La kitchenette est contiguë au salon. Il y a également des toilettes.
Au niveau supérieur se trouve la chambre avec un lit double (1,35 x 1,90 m) et une salle de bains privée. Depuis la chambre, on accède à la terrasse privée meublée avec table, chaises, chaises longues et store. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter du soleil de Séville.

El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.
À côté de l´Hôtel de Ville se trouve la zone commerciale la plus importante de la ville, qui comprend les rues Sierpes, Tetuán et Velázquez. Vous y trouverez un grand choix de magasins de vêtements, d'articles de sport, de bijoux ou d'articles pour la Feria de Abril: châles, robes de flamenco, castagnettes et éventails. This is an excellent location in a busy area but we were not disturbed at any time, perfect walking distance to so many must go to visits. The accommodation was lovely bright white decor with traditional polished wood furnishings, bed very comfortable. Linen lovely, everywhere clean. Must be aware stairs to the bedroom very steep. Private terrace. Wonderful welcome from hosts, very informative, very helpful. We will definately return Thank you

El apartamento está justo en el corazón del centro. Así que la ubicación es genial. La recepción era muy cálida, buena explicación con el recorrido de un hombre amable. Pudimos llegar horas antes de la hora oficial de llegada. Muy agradable. El propietario había preparado galletas de agua y naranjas. Muy dulce. La desventaja son las escaleras del entresuelo donde se encuentra el dormitorio. Es un reto para los mayores de 60 años. La vela en el colchón tampoco es muy agradable. Por lo demás buena cama. Hermosa terraza grande con vistas a las azoteas. Buen aire acondicionado en funcionamiento. Baño con buena ducha y bidet. 2 inodoros. Para una pareja no muy vieja, este apartamento es muy recomendable.

Bel appartement en plein centre de la ville ce qui permet de tout faire très facilement à pied ! La terrasse est un gros plis pour les belles journées.

Really love this appartment. It was really clean, terras was outstanding. Everything we wanted to go was on walking distance, also all the bars and restaurants. At night didnt hear anything off people going out. This is one of the best appartments I have ever been to. The owner must be really lucky to own this one

Appartement très bien situé et assez calme (mais juste à côté du centre, il peut y avoir quelques personnes qui parlent fort la nuit), très propre et conforme à la description. Terrasse très agréable (mais qui gagnerait à avoir un peu de verdure). Excellent accueil et réponses de la part de Joao.

Tolles Appartement an toller Lage. Wunderbare, sonnige Terrasse. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Einzig die Frotté Tuecher waren klein, koennten groesser sein. Immer heisses Wasser zum Duschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefuehlt.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation géographique du logement. L’emplacement est très pratique pour visiter les points principaux de la ville et ressortir le soir pour dîner. Quartier très agréable. Le logement est adapté pour un couple, avec un lit confortable, une cuisine équipée et une grande terrasses ensoleillée. Seuls points négatifs : la rue piétonne sur laquelle donne l’appartement est très bruyante donc si vous avez le sommeil léger prévoyez le nécessaire. De plus, il n’y a pas de salle à manger pour manger en intérieur s’il fait trop froid pour utiliser la terrasse.

The man who did the check-in was very friendly and gave good tips about Sevilla. The appartment itself is cute and cozy and in a great location. In the kitchen you will find most of what you need for preparing some basic things. As we ate out in de evening this was more than sufficient. The rooftop terrace is fantastic: spacious and sunny. The only thing: noise from outside. There are many trucs cleaning the streets at night, which is very noisy (every night around 1), and in the morning you will hear people opening shops and going to work (from 8 onwards). Therefore, If you want to sleep in, bring earplugs ;)

Positive: The hosts are very kind and you even find food in the kitchen including chips and oranges. The terrace is huge. Not so positive: The apartment lives from the terrace. But if it is raining or cold, you have to stay inside. The living room is cold and dark. It is a random collection of cheap old furniture from the flea market or leftovers. You have to have your breakfast at the table under the mirror. We did not feel comfortable in that room and stayed the whole time in the sleeping room.

Faultless. If you’re looking for a lovely, centrally located apartment where you can enjoy breakfast on your private terrace before going about your day in Sevilla you don’t need to look elsewhere. Close walking distance to the big attractions and plenty of choice for places to eat. Highly recommended.

Two pleasant weeks in the heart of Sevilla - the flat was nice, with a well equiped kitchen, a good Internet connection and a big terrace! The only drawback was the unemptied coffee maker and the overflowing bin (with moldy fruit).

As soon as I entered the hallway of the apartment building and saw a white, marble staircase I knew that I would be pleasantly surprised to see the interior of Cuna Terrace on the second floor. There is only one neighbour next to the apartment and I never saw or heard the occupant. The apartment has wooden floors and is traditionally furnished. The furniture is mostly mahogany and the sofa bed is in good condition. An open, wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine style bedroom with en suite shower room. There is a roof terrace leading from the bedroom complete with comfortable sun loungers, table and chairs. There is also piece of equipment for drying clothes in the sun. The flat feels like a home because it is well equipped and the owner has thoughtfully supplied wall hooks up and downstairs for hanging up clothes. There is even a container in the entrance area with two umbrellas for visitors to borrow. Every detail has been considered by the owner to make this living space comfortable and ideal for any length of stay. If I ever return to Seville I would rent Cuna Terrace again.

Appartement très confortable idéalement situé pour les visites, les bar et les tapas. En plein centre ville il est malgré tout très au calme. Le vrai plus est la grande terrasse qui permet de profiter pleinement du soleil du matin au soir. Un grand merci à l'équipe de Séville qui est très accueillante, aidante et réactive.

The apartment was a mostly positive experience. Well set out and in the heart of Seville. Small quibbles. The bed was too small and the kettle took ages to boil. The bathroom had a tendency to smell just a little if the water ran for a while. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and felt at home very quickly. The terrace was a lovely place to sit while watching the evening sun go down with a glass of wine. It was safe and had almost everything we needed for our stay.

We spent 8 nights at Cuna Apartment and it was definitely the best choice we could have made! VERY central, lovely decoraton, fully equiped, good comfortable bed, good shower, 2 (!) toilets and best of all: big terrace with no neighbours around and sun until late in the evening. We were so happy, we would definitely return to this apartment.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed, in a fantastic central location in the old town. We were lucky to have a parade go by right underneath our balcony! The only drawback was the lack of direct car access (which made for some stressful moments after being dropped off by the taxi and then trying to find the place in the rabbit warren of streets!). Would still definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment is about a 25 minute walk from the railway station and just off a very lively square. Above busy shopping streets but generally very quiet at night (apart from a few late-night revellers). Very easy to get to all the major sights and numerous bars/restaurants. Well-equipped apartment with dishwasher and washing machine. The large terrace off the bedroom was lovely and sunny in February and great for sitting out for breakfast and an aperitif early evening. The steep stairs from the living room up to the bedroom might not suit everyone. We can definitely recommend the flamenco show at Casa de la Memorial and a visit to along the street and a visit to the Lebrija Palace (do pay to visit the upper floor). excellent service as very speedy responses to enquiries, accurate description plus video of apartment, easy payment method.

This apartment was fantastic: It took a while to find it as it is tucked away just off Calle Cuna but once there - fab. We arrived on an early flight and the nice folk at Veo apartments let us leave our cases in their offices while we went off and explored the lay-out of the city. Check-in was easy and the apartment very clean and well equipped. - Didn't appear to have an oven but who wants to cook with all the great tapas bars and restaurants available? Spent 2 weeks here - two great terraces, the one just off the bedroom (pictured on the website) is mostly in shade - we had temperatures of 34 degrees so I didn't bother to retract the awning - and another roof terrace in full sun all day. - Far too hot to sit on but ideal for drying washing and stuff - great views too. The washing machine and dishwasher were both quick and easy to use and unlike some apartments I have rented, were both working. El Centro is definitely the best area of the city in my opinion - really central for all the great stuff there is to do and see in Sevilla. Will definitely be back. Am going to stop saying how great this apartment is now as I want it to be available for our next planed visit to Seville...
