Alles, was man brauchte. wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und zuverlässig! Die Lage ist hervorragend: Direkt am Rand zu den Gassen der Altstadt, aber ruhig gelegen an einem kleinen Platz. Auf der einen Seite ging es direkt in die Gassen und zur Kathedrale, auf der anderen Seite in einen wunderschönen Park, der sich entlang der alten Stadtmauer hinzog.

Een prachtig stijlvol appartement op een rustige locatie, maar toch centraal. Uitstekende douche en heerlijk bed. Een goed uitgeruste moderne keuken. Heerlijk met openslaande deuren luisteren naar de vogels, met sinaasappelbomen voor de deur. Echt een top accommodatie!

The apartment is in a beautiful little square with orange trees in the centre and it is 8 minutes walk from the whole of the major elements of the town including the Cathedral and Alcazar. It was idea for a couple and we thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights there. Paula and colleagues were very good at communicating throughout the process and we very highly recommend this apartment.

We loved our stay in Sevilla. The location couldn’t be better: tranquil, pretty, safe, and central. Everything was new and clean in the apartment and the heating kept us warm when it got down to 2C. We would stay there again. We didn’t have to go see the historic sites, we were living in them! The Veo people were great. On a Saturday night, our first night, when a neighbor broke their key in the outside door, Veo was there in timely fashion and got a locksmith. You rock, Marcus. My only cautions are for long stays: there is no oven for cooking and the mattress could stand an upgrade. Thanks so much.

Apartment is very basic with small kitchenette so not great for cooking full meals. However it is situated in a great location for easy walking distance to all major attractions and bed was comfortable.

L'appartement est très propre de partout. Nous n'avons pas fait la cuisine mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Il y avait du bruit pendant mon séjour en raison de travaux à proximité . Il est très bien situé à 20 mètres des jardins de Murillo. Le quartier est plutôt calme et est très plaisant . La salle de bain est petite mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

Excellent for 2, might have felt crowded for 4. Well appointed with almost everything we needed (a teapot for English tourists would be good). Quiet corner of this busy city, in a lovely square with an excellent restaurant in the opposite corner: La Albahaca.

Situado en una zona centrica pero tranquila, a pocos minutos de los edificios más emblemáticos de Sevilla. Ideal para una pareja. Sorprende que, a pesar de los 38 grados que se alcanzaron, el apartamento se conservó fresco. Aún así dispone de aire acondicionado. Es una pena que la cama del dormitorio no fuera más grande o que fuesen dos camas juntas.

This apartment is very comfortable for 2 people and in an excellent location in Barrio Santa Cruz. Near the main tourist attractions and close to beautiful gardens. The owner has gone to some effort to improve some features, however the apartment could not be described as "newly renovated". Being tiny, you just need to take it in turns to use the bathroom. No condiments, tea/coffee, washing detergent etc are provided so you need to supply absolutely everything for yourself. The walk from the carpark with luggage is 30-40 minutes and a taxi is a better option. When departing, it is possible to drive and park your car temporarily in the Santa Cruz plaza whilst loading your luggage. Veoapartment's reply: Thank you for your recomendations. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We usually recommend the public parking El Arenal as our guests have reduced rates there (10 EUR/day). It is located in Genil street, at 15 min. walking from Plaza Santa Cruz (according to Google maps). There is another parking at 3 minutes walking distance, Parking Cano y Cueto, in Avenida Menendez Pelayo, but rates are higher (22 EUR/day). To visit the city you don't need the car, and it is quite difficult to drive and park in the historical center. Therefore we recommend to park the car first and then go until the apartment by foot or by taxi. (Nov 2014)

Apartment was spacious and comfy, with a great bed and a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The position was wonderful, sharing a wall with the beautiful Murillo gardens and three minutes stroll from the Alcazar and the cathedral. It is on the edge of the old Jewish barrio, so easy to explore the winding, cobbled alleys. The local agent was extremely helpful and considerate.

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment. We found that the location was great: very central and everything we wanted to see in walking distance. Santa Cruz is a lovely part of the city. There were good restaurants and shops nearby. It was quite an experience to be in Seville for Semana Santa. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. Some small criticisms: the bathroom could do with modernisation. The shower sprayed out and it was hard to avoid getting water on the floor with the result that the mat was permanently soaked. Also we had an anxious moment when the bathroom door got locked and we had to use a pointed object to get it open. We found the kitchen presses hard to open and slightly ill fitting. But these are minor criticisms. Overall, we were very satisfied. We would stay there again and would recommend the apartment. Owner's reply: The improvements you suggested have been done: we installed a new curtain in the bathroom to avoid getting water on the floor, and we changed the lock of the bathroom door. el apartamento esta muy bien distribuido y moderno solo una cuestion en el baño el agua se sale de la ducha por fuera con la mampara cerrada por debajo por que siempre habia agua en el suelo cuando nos duchabamos hasta que vi que era la mampara que le falta algo compruebenlo por favor de resto un 10 .Ha perdon se me olvidava mas mantas de abrigo no estaria mal solo habia dos edredones

apartamento bonito y muy bien situado, a 2 minutos de la catedral. A pesar de estar céntrico está en una placita tranquila sin el follón de la zona de bares. 2 detalles: la cama no era excesivamente cómoda y, a pesar de los 32 grados en Sevilla, dentro de la casa hacía fresco. Por el día se agradecía pero por la noche tuvimos que echar mano de una manta.

My wife and I chose this for our 4 night first time visit to Seville. The location is ideal being adjacent to the unique and quaint Santa Cruz district and peaceful Murillo Gardens. Cathedral and Alcazar 10 mins stroll away. Huge choice of restaurants locally. Apartment had everything we needed. We tended to have a light breakfast with a few things purchased from a local shop, then be out for most of the day, come back late afternoon for a couple of hours rest. Shower, then out for the evening. We always felt very safe after dark in the narrow Santa Cruz lanes. No problems with late night noise such as mentioned with some apartments. It was October half term, could get a bit chilly in the evening but the heaters were more than sufficient. Would recommend it to anyone. Video excellent. Booking process simple with prompt, friendly, professional response.
