Apartamento de 100m² con 3 dormitorios, 3 baños completos, salón-comedor y cocina. Situado en el centro histórico de Sevilla, en la calle Mateos Gago, a tan solo 50 metros de la Catedral. Capacidad para alojar hasta 6 personas.
Los interiores de estilo neoclásico están decorados de forma elegante. Solería de mármol blanco contrasta con muebles sólidos de madera oscura, alfombras coloridas y obras de arte originales. El apartamento está equipado con aire acondicionado centralizado (con sistema mixto de refrigeración y calefacción) e internet de alta velocidad por fibra óptica.
Dos ventanales al sur recorren una agradable zona de estar y comedor. Hay un sofá, banco, mesa de centro y TV. Mesa comedor con 6 sillas. A través de las amplias ventanas, uno puede contemplar vistas laterales a la Catedral de Sevilla.
Contiguo al salón, separado por puertas correderas, está la cocina equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos modernos. Incluye horno, lavavajillas, frigorífico y congelador. Fuera de la cocina hay un lavadero abierto con lavadora-secadora.
Un pasillo conduce a los 3 dormitorios y 3 baños. Cada habitación tiene 2 camas individuales (90 x 200 cm) y su propio cuarto de baño con ducha. Los dormitorios son muy tranquilos para dormir, dado que están en el extremo interior del edificio.
El apartamento está en la tercera planta de un edificio residencial, con ascensor. Hay restaurantes, cafeterías, plazas e iglesias - todo a pocos minutos a pie.

Mateos Gago es una conocida calle de Santa Cruz, uno de los barrios con más encanto y colorido de Sevilla, rodeado por la Catedral y los Reales Alcázares.

Fantastic place for a stay in Sevilla. The team was very responsive and let us check in a few hours earlier than planned. Damian was there to meet us, showed us around and gave us very helpful recommendations for our stay. The place was huge (each bedroom has an en suite bathroom) and arguably in the best location in Sevilla (a 30 second walk from the Cathedral and a couple of minutes to everything else). Would highly recommend.

Ragazzi simpatici e sempre disponibili, sia prima del soggiorno che durante... appartamento top per rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione perfetta per girare per Sevilla e soprattutto il fatto di avere per ogni camera il suo bagno interno c'ha dato molta privacy.... c'era anche asciugatrice e lavabiancheria anche se non l'abbiamo mai usata

What an amazing and energetic location! Only steps from the Cathedral, Real Alcazar and a ton of great tapas bars with vibrant nightlife on the streets. This is a perfect base for 3 couples travelling together, well laid out, en-suites for all, plus a good size modern kitchen. The communication with the owners was superb too, very quick responses, in real time. Thank you and see you again soon!

The apartment was spacious and so clean. It was wonderful having a bathroom with each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. The street can be loud in the living room area but the bedrooms are in the back and very quiet. We enjoyed the large and well equipped kitchen. There is plenty of space to relax and to have a meal together. We would recommend this place! The location is amazing.

It would be hard to find a better location in Seville. Just steps to cathedral, Alcázar, archives. Short distance to other main sites. The apartment is spacious and easily accommodates 6 adults (just 5 of us). Plenty of hot water for all! Scarcity of storage space, especially in two of bathrooms, but manageable. We would gladly stay again.

Location, location, location. A wonderful apartment exactly where you’d want it. Close to all the attractions and restaurants Seville has to offer. It was above a bustling street of restaurants, but the bedrooms were quiet. Wonderful to hear the Cathedral bells. We enjoyed staying here. Lovely welcome and we’re able to check in early.

Very clean and spacious apartment, perfect location on a pedestrianised street very close to the Cathedral and Alcazar Palace Carrefour Express at Plaza Alfalma is well stocked and an easy walk, taxis available at Alfalma and the Cathedral A good choice for our first visit to Seville

Very good location with lots of good restaurants around and easy to get around by walking. Large and comfortable apartment, the staff is friendly and meet us in accurate time as agreed. Good experience to stay in this apartment!

The apartment was right next to the Cathedral and Giralda. Alcazar was just a couple of minutes away. Restaurants were right below the apartment. Grocery stores was a few minutes walk. The apartment was extremely clean, well furnished and as in the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked not just with pots and pans but also basic items like sugar, tea and coffee. The host Manuel was very responsive and addressed any questions we had. Definitely recommend the place.

Overall this is an amazing apartment. The location is great - super close to everything and restaurants just outside the door. Quiet at night even though on a busy, happening street. Roomy and organized. Host was friendly and responsive — addressed any questions we had quickly. The AC worked great - important because it was very hot during our stay!! I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely spacious apartment with 3 en-suite bedrooms. Lift up to the apartment. Air con and lovely bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect location right in the centre of Seville 2 minute walk from the cathedral & no more than 10 minutes to most attractions. Located on a lovely Main Street full of restaurants and cafes with views of the cathedral. Yet it was quiet in the bedrooms as they are located at the back of the apartment. Great check in and very friendly and responsive communication with Manuel all the way through. He came to meet us at check in & showed us around the apartment and told us about the local amenities nearby. Fantastic place for 4 adults with a 1 year old and for exploring the city. We loved our stay

The location and the apartment itself are great. The apartment is clean. Only improvements are related to minor repairs such as bathroom doors and balcony doors don't close or lock. Shower drains are very slow. Aside from that, it was all perfect.

5 star apartment. We’ve been traveling Spain and Italy staying in high rating super host listings. This one has been the best, completely updated, central location yet quiet with good sound dampening from outside noise. Only issue was a sliding bathroom door that is off its track and tricky to open.

Amazing location - easy to walk everywhere, loved the extra space for our kids having their own room and bathroom, washer/dryer in unit was very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment was beautifully furnished, clean, functional and full of local charm. The location was perfectly situated near the Catedral, restaurants and essential shops. Our host reacted quickly to all our concerns. I especially enjoyed hearing the church bell and local activities from my window. On the last morning of our stay, we were awakened by the sound of horse hooves and cows as the locals gathered for a parade! Great place!

We had a great stay, the apartment is extremely central and was super clean. All rooms have a bathroom and the kitchen is big and equipped. Recommended!

세비야 대성당 ㅂ로 옆에 있어 머무는동안 집안에서도 대성당을 볼수 있다는 점이 매우 좋았다. 스페인광장, 메트로폴 파라솔 등 주요 관광지도 도보 10분이내..카페, 식당도 쉬는시간없이 운영하여 언제든 이용 가능해서 좋았고 체크인 전에 미리 와서 기다려 주었으며 친절하게 잘 설명해 주었음. 숙소는 방마다 욕실이 있어 편리했으며 방에서는 밖의 소음이 전혀 들리지 않아 푹 쉴수 있었다. 주방도 넓고 기구..양념등 잘 갖춰져 있었음. 세빌을 방문할 기회가 있으면 반드시 또 이용할 것임.
Fue muy agradable que pudieras ver la catedral desde dentro de la casa durante tu estancia ya que estaba al lado de la Catedral de Sevilla. Las principales atracciones turísticas como la Plaza de España y Metropol Parasol también se encuentran a 10 minutos a pie. El alojamiento fue conveniente porque cada habitación tenía un baño y pude descansar bien porque no escuché ningún ruido exterior en la habitación. La cocina también era espaciosa y estaba bien equipada con utensilios y condimentos. Si tengo la oportunidad de visitar Sevilla, definitivamente lo usaré nuevamente.

tout était parfait. une bouteille d'eau aurait été appréciée à notre arrivée par plus de 30 degrés. Pouvoir laisser nos bagages avant le check in et après le check out aurait été également apprécié.

Amazing stay during Semana Santa. We stayed 4 nights and were able to see the processions exiting the cathedral from the apartment windows. Amazing location that you can walk to everything from.

Excellent location in central Seville. This third floor apartment is light and airy with side views of the cathedral. The road below is closed to vehicles during the busiest parts of the day. Lots of cafes and tapas bars at street level. Orange trees line the street. Very smart part of town. The flat is well appointed and the hosts very responsive. All towels, t-towels, dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc provided. There is an Aldi supermarket a short distance away if you are eating in on some nights. We hired bikes on one day which was a great way to explore further afield. We went to the Roman ruins at Italica. Cycle paths most of the way. Several cycle hire places a short walk from the apartment. Beautiful parks nearby. Feels relaxed and pleasant, obviously this is a busy part of town so there is a background noise from the cafes below but it isn't intrusive and you are away from traffic.

Great apartment with three private bedrooms with individual bathrooms. Functional kitchen. You can not find a more central location in Seville. The apartment is literally few steps from the Cathedral.

A fantastic location, above loads of restaurants and about 100m from the Cathedral. Kitchen is well equipped but it would help if the owners had a more detailed knowledge of it. Dishwasher with the tablets, washing up liquid and sponge, the spices, oils, vinegar were all there for us to use.

Apartamento estupendo para seis personas. Bien ubicado, céntrico, cerca de todo en una calle con ambiente y sin embargo tranquila para dormir. El salón y la cocina dan a la calle principal y las habitaciones a patios interiores lo que hace que sean más tranquilas para dormir. Es tal cual se ve en las Fotos. Cada habitación tiene su baño. Todo muy bien. El anfitrión amable educado. Todo correcto.

Very nice stay and highly recommended. Fantastic location, the Cathedral is literally just less than 100m away. Very nice apartment in a classic European apartment building, lots of dining options just downstairs. Roomy, clean, responsive host.

My family and I had a great stay at Mateos Gago in February this year. Excellent 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom apartment in a superb location. Nicely furnished and very clean. Would definitely recommend this although it should be noted that whilst the apartment is on one level there are 5/6 steps on the ground floor to reach the lift.

As a group of four this was a nice roomy apartment that made a great base for exploring Seville. The apartment is as shown in the photos except that it now has two sofas. The strange table with cushions has gone. The air conditioning worked well. Big kitchen, decent dining table, dining chairs comfortable. The bathrooms are quite small but big enough and we had no trouble using all three bathrooms at the same time without stealing each others hot / cold water. Could not hear street noise from bedrooms. Could hear building / refurbishment work on floor above in mornings (mid August 2019) but this will presumably stop in a few weeks. There are four or five steps up to the lift from the street. We chose this apartment for an 80 year old with reduced mobility, so this wasn't ideal, but he could cope ok. If stairs are more of a problem this may be worth considering even though there are none in the apartment.
