Un pasillo conduce a la cocina equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales. Hay una mesa comedor y sillas.
El dormitorio tiene cama de matrimonio (150x200 cm), armario y cuarto de baño con ducha. Las 2 ventanas del dormitorio dan a la calle Archeros - zona peatonal, sin tráfico de coches.
Desde el salón se sube a la terraza soleada. Con muebles de jardín, tumbonas, sombrilla, mesa y sillas.
En un nivel superior de la terraza está la piscina (3x2 metros), ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del sol de Sevilla. La piscina está disponible todo el año (sin calefacción).
El apartamento está en la segunda planta de un edificio residencial, con ascensor.

Cet appartement est situé dans une rue calme et est idéalement situé pour visiter toute la ville (centre historique, place d'espagne, quartier Triana, quartier Alrena, ....) . Markus nous a très bien accueilli. L'appartement était très propre et la cuisine est très bien équipée même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisé car les restaurants au alentour sont très bons et à des prix corrects. On recommande mille fois cet appartement.

Very comfortable apartment, terraces and small pool are a great asset. Everything in good working order : airco (very silent), shower, washing machine, good WIFI, reasonably well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with the host and flexible check-out time. Would certainly book again.

L’appartement, très confortable, est situé dans l’un des emplacements les plus sympathiques de Séville. Tout le centre ville historique peut être facilement atteint à pied. La petite terrasse sur le toit et la petite piscine sont vraiment un grand grand plus, surtout dès les premières grandes chaleurs….. Top!

I was received very nicely even if I arrived late. The flat is located close the the historical center with walking distance to many nice places and restaurants, but also with access to grocery stores and necessities. The terrace area is very cozy and great spot to relax when you want to get away from the city life you have just outside.

the apartment itself was clean and very nice , but inside the building there was a really bad smell for the entire time. the host was responsive and helpful. unfortunately there was some work being done right outside the building and one morning left us unable to leave the building due to the path being removed. obviously not a fault of the host or apartment. no complaints otherwise really. the area was in a perfect location close to many restaurants and shops. the pool was too cold to use at the time we went unfortunately but everything else was amazing. would stay here again

Our stay was fine. The place did not have much character - very bare bones. Felt a little like a cave. Not a "bell" or a "whistle" to speak of. The pool was a glorified bathtub, and not particularly well cared for. We had to pay extra to have our 4-year-old stay there, which wasn't a big deal but a little annoying given the place. I will say it is in a great location, it is functional, so it has all the basics. It is essentially a crash pad. If that is all you need or want, really it would be a good spot for you. If you'd like a more "homey" feel, or want a little more comfort and warmth when you are taking a break from visiting the city, I'd look elsewhere.

We were delighted to be met by Manuel when we arrived. He talked us through how everything worked and gave us some recommendations for restaurants. The flat is even better than the pictures. Spotless and well stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Lovely pool to cool us down on the hot summers day. Somebody came and serviced our pool about half way through our stay too. Finally, it’s a great location. Very central and about 5-10 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

Très bon accueil dans ce logement, instruction clair. Départ flexible niveau horaire. Recommandation de restaurant à proximité. Nous sommes déçu que pour ce prix, le nettoyage laisse à désirer, présence de cafard dans l’immeuble. De plus le filtre de la piscine ne fonctionne pas ou mal (piscine qui est vite sale). La clim de la chambre est également défaillante, heureusement qu’un ventilateur était disponible pour compenser. En revanche nous avons apprécier la localisation de l’appartement, qui est appréciable pour tout visiter à pied. Appartement fonctionnel, la piscine est vraiment top pour les chaleurs en été.

Great location and looked like the photos! We had a very good stay and I’d say it’s worth the price, although there are some minor things that let the apartment down: there’s a relatively see-through curtain in the bathroom and the fan above the stove didn’t have any obvious buttons we could find to turn it on. We had an issue with the air-con during our stay but it was fixed promptly the day after we contacted our host. Overall it was a great stay and we’d recommend it!

Great location!! We loved the rooftop plunge pool on the hot afternoons. The place had everything we needed to cook a few meals too. Seville is such a wonderful place and we cannot wait to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Hosts were exceptionally useful and very friendly. Locational is ideal for the city and within walking distance of pretty much anything one would like to do. The only thing to consider is sound echo’s from the street and the church bells are rather loud - only really an issue during the day. Pool was really great and kitchen was very good.

Had a really nice stay for three nights, great location and close to many restaurants and attractions - 7 min walk to the cathedral. The apartment was clean, had aircon and the hosts let us check out late which was really helpful. We didn’t end up using the pool but it looked nice with sun chairs. Overall had a great stay and would recommend this apartment to other travellers!

Our stay at the Archeros Terrace was excellent. It was very convenient for sightseeing, restaurants, groceries, and also coming back to relax in between or at the end of the day. Angeles was very helpful, especially in making a separate visit to get the WiFi working correctly.

Point d'attention sur le bruit de la rue qui peut être important du fait d'un problème d'isolation des fenetres de la chambre. Toutefois, le dérangement était limité à cette période de l'année.

Overall the apartment is not very large, but for 2 people it's perfect. It has a lot of great features including well equipped kitchen, sitting room with natural light and bedroom with comfortable bed & very good shower. Whole interior is well decorated and the upstairs terrace has a nice sitting area for the breakfast and decent size swimming/dipping pool with views over old town. Location-wise you couldn't get better, close to supermarket and the main tourist attractions. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area with choice of food and rates (beer ranging between 1-3 euro, jar of sangria 7-10). Staff were very friendly and responsive with any queries, it was pleasure meeting them. We had fantastic time and hope to stay there again in future! I would highly recommend the apartment!

tout est parfait mais nous recommandons de se procurer des boules QUIES pour les nuits parfois très bruyantes où les passants se permettent d'hurler dans les rues. Super appart avec petite piscine sur le toit que nous n'avons pas utilisée car temps trop frisquet mais on a hâte de revenir lorsqu'il fera chaud ! Salon tout petit mais l'ensemble est très bien équipé, très cosy, idéal pour un couple. Très bien situé, sauf si vous avez une voiture, le parking à proximité est hors de prix ! Préférez vous garer ailleurs et marcher un peu.

l'appartement est situé dans santa cruz le meilleur quartier de seville a coté de tous ce qu'il y a a voir a pied, des super restaurant a coté. L'appartement est confortable le lit est super la cuisine fonctionnelle tous est conforme au photo. le bémol un peu de bruit dans la rue la nuit le soir le matin mais rien de mechant. La piscine sur le rooftop est génial!! plus grande que ce que j'imaginais trés agréable toujours au soleil... je recommande vraiment cette appartement.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele sehr gute Cafes & Restaurants in unmittelbare Nähe. Man kann die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wir kommen sicher wieder und können es nur empfehlen.

Appartement design avec une très agréable terrasse et piscine avec vue sur la Giralda. Dommage que le bruit de la rue s'entende autant a cause des fenêtres insuffisamment phoniques. Réponse de la propriétaire : Merci pour vos commentaires. Archeros es une rue piétonne généralement tranquille, sans circulation. Excellent accueil de la propriétaire. Parfaite disponibilité des correspondants de VEOAPARTMENT. Seul bémol pour la qualité de l'appartement : pas d'isolation phonique sur la rue. L'absence de double vitrage efficace et sans doute une mauvaise étanchéité des joints nous ont fait subir le bruit de la rue en direct. Rapport qualité/prix un peu élevé donc mais n'oublions pas que notre séjour s'est déroulé pendant la Semaine Sainte avec un maximum de nuisances sonores ... De plus, le séjour dans cet appartement rend totalement inutile l'usage d'une voiture que nous avons laissée 6 jours au parking cher ... mais tout proche. Nous restons donc sur un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description faite sur l'annonce. La petite piscine est sympa après une journée passée dans la chaleur sévillane et la climatisation marche très bien (agréable pour la même raison). Le jour de notre arrivée le fils de la propriétaire nous attendait dans l'appartement et nous avait mis des bouteilles d'eau fraiche dans le frigo (sympa). Je vous conseille cet appartement pour découvrir cette superbe ville Séville.

This appartment has a perfect situation in the Jewish Quarter, the heart of Seville. You are in the fresh narrow streets, the best to appreciate Seville. The appartment is in a modern furnished style with a good taste. The swimming pool is wide enought to refresh after visiting, and absolutly necessary during hot days. Perfect location in Seville to visit tourist attractions and restaurants, bars and shops. We had good communication with the apartment owner and were met at the apartment as arranged. The apartment has a good layout and well equipped with sufficient space on the rooftop for some sunbathing. The rooftop also has an area with table, chairs and parasol so (as we did) offers an opportunity to eat outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would recommend it to others wishing to visit Seville.
