Open-plan apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is on the ground and lower ground floors of a building restored in 2010. Note there is NO door separation between rooms, except for the bathrooms.
On the ground floor is the living area with 4 windows, 2 sofas, central table and TV. Dining table with chairs. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is well equipped for self-catering. Appliances include washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Adjacent to the living area, and separated by a partition, is the master bedroom with a double-bed and a large wardrobe. Beside it is a bathroom with bathtub.
Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor, which is also open-plan. There are two bedrooms, both furnished with 2 single beds. Between them is the second, separate, bathroom with shower.
The apartment is located right next to Santa Catalina church and "El Rinconcillo", famously the oldest tapas bar in Seville with a history dating from 1670. There is public parking just few steps away from the apartment.

El Centro ist das geographische Zentrum der Altstadt von Sevilla. Es erstreckt sich in einer Nord-Süd-Achse von der Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, über die bekannten Einkauftsstrassen calle Sierpes und Velazques/Tetuán, bis zur Kathedrale. In westlicher Richtung endet El Centro am Museo de Bellas Artes, dem schönsten Kunstmuseum der Stadt und das zweitwichtigste in Spanien nach dem Museo del Prado in Madrid.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt um Sevilla zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man hört den Straßenlärm, aber dafür ist man mittendrin. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

La casa parece mucho más grande en las fotos,una de las habitaciones es inexistente es un armario en medio del comedor. La limpieza muy mejorable y los colchones muy muy malos. Quitando eso buen sitio,muy céntrico, muy calentito y unas ventanas que no dejan pasar un ruido de la calle.

l'appartamento si trova in una zona centrale, comoda per raggiungere tutti i posti di interesse. l' host ha risposto in modo sempre veloce. abbiamo però trovato un appartamento molto polveroso e sporco. Due delle stanze sono al piano sotterraneo e quindi poco luminose e soprattutto impossibili da arieggiare. il phon non funzionava e mancavano i tappetini del bagno per fare la doccia.

Bel appartement bien équipé suffisant pour 3 nuits mais bruyant et sombre de par le souplex. Pas de lumière du jour dans le souplex et pas de portes dans les chambres. Mais le rapport qualité-prix etait là et surtout nous le savions dès le départ.

El apartamento está en perfecta ubicación y estado de limpieza. Es cierto que no existen puertas en las habitaciones, pero está pensado para una familia o grupo de amigos, no es nada tan terrible. La ubicación es excepcional: 5 minutos de Las Setas de Sevilla, al lado de una placita con cafés, tabernas y mercados. Tiene todo lo necesario para una gran estadía, incluso lavadora y plancha. Solo sugiero que revisen el estado de los colchones y camas. Por lo demás, es un gran alojamiento.

This was perfect for us. We could get together in the living areas and the bedrooms suited our living. The beds were overall comfortable although the downstairs rooms were a little stuffy and If you opened the windows, street noise was loud. But we loved the location. Thank you so much

Prima locatie, alles binnen loopafstand. Het beste en oudste tapasrestaurant aan de overkant van de straat. In de buurt ruime keuze aan bars en restaurants, ook voor ontbijt. Een beetje rumoerig, maar dat is niet vreemd als je in een levendig centrumgedeelte zit. Al met al een fijn appartement in een prima omgeving en goed contact met verhuurder. Doordat onze vlucht een dag verzet werd moesten we een nacht langer blijven maar dat was geen enkel probleem en bijzonder snel geregeld. Een aanrader voor een bezoek aan het prachtige Sevilla!

I spent a very intensive week in Sevilla with my friends. We enjoyed very much the Los Terceros apartment. It was clean, pleasant and well equiped. We could rest after intensive day in the nice place. There are shops, bars and restaurants nearby, so when we are a little tired, we had everything what we needed near the apartment. I've found only one problem, very unpleasant smell in the staircase. I hope this problem will be solved, because I would like to come back to Sevilla this year:)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé et bien aménagé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. Il faut quand même signaler le manque d'intimité, pas de portes pour les chambres! Et aussi que la rue est très passante, mais l'isolation phonique est bonne.

Acomoda perfeitamente 6 pessoas, mas com pouca privacidade já que os quartos não tem portas. Ar-condicionado central, mas só na parte de cima da casa, os quartos na parte inferior são mais quentes.

Manual was very helpful. The location is great as well as the place. Small issue is that we can hear the street at night, since that the rooms are in the basement. But, I guess that’s common around the area. Overall, we had an amazing time.

The apartment was clean, modern and really beautiful. The owners were friendly and did their best to satisfy us. It's in the city center and we had a great time! The supermarket and the bus stop is just next to the apartment. At 1st, we were 9 but finally we were 8: I think it's the maximum because it would have been difficult to live there with 9 persons (not so so big)

Excellent location - walking distance to all the sights, excellent tapas bars, shops etc and local buses at the door. Wifi was fast and efficient and the space was well designed especially since there were only 2 of us. We had everything we needed for a comfortable one month stay. The apartment was well supplied except there was no tea towel or vegetable peeler.. And if using downstairs you need to know that you cannot use toilet paper in this toilet. Otherwise, this place was terrific. Thank you Chelo and Antonio and Veoteam.

Good appartment with perfect location. Warm welcome with a fruit basket. The sleeping rooms are in the cellar. Tapas bar on the other side of the street (however not noisy at all in the appartment). The showers in the bathrooms were a little old and not very clean.

Si cet appartement date du 19ème siècle, ça n'y parait aucunement. L'espace du rez-de-chaussée est lumineux et très confortable tandis que les chambres du sous-sol sont correctes sans plus. Les équipements de cuisine sont adéquats et tous fonctionnels (ce qui n'est pas si fréquent). Le mobilier est impeccable et il y a de la literie supplémentaire rangée partout. À vouloir absolument tout critiquer, on pourrait en arriver à déplorer un espace comptoir de cuisine aux dimensions limites. De plus, la prétention de pouvoir accueillir 9 personnes est discutable. C'est absolument vrai que l'on peut y dormir à 9, c'est le reste de l'aménagement (douche, salle de bain, cuisine, table pour manger, espace vital et autres) qui aurait de la difficulté à en accueillir autant. Mais nous étions 4 adultes et ce fut un séjour nettement au-dessus de la moyenne. L'un de nos meilleurs. On ne peut non plus passer sous silence l'excellente prestation du locateur: rapide, précis, efficace et attentionné.
