Duplex-Penthouse, mit 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und privater Terrasse. Sehr zentrale Lage an der Plaza Alfalfa, ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Kathedrale entfernt. Für 6 Gäste.
Das Apartment ist auf zwei Ebenen verteilt. Auf der unteren Ebene (zweiter Stock) befindet sich das Schlafzimmer Nr. 1, mit einem Doppelbett (160x190cm) und privatem Bad. Über einen Korridor gelangt man zum zweiten Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer Nr. 2, ebenfalls mit Doppelbett (140x190cm).
Eine interne Treppe führt zur oberen Ebene (dritter Stock). Dort befindet sich das Schlafzimmer Nr. 3, mit zwei Einzelbetten (90x190cm). Alle drei Schlafzimmer haben große Wandschränke und Fenster zum ruhigen Innenhof des Hauses.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt ein Sofa, zwei Sessel, einen Couchtisch und Fernseher. Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen. Die Küche, in separatem Raum, ist mit den wesentlichen Elektrogeräten und Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Inklusive Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Die Waschmaschine in einem Schrank im Flur.
Das Wohnzimmer hat zwei verglaste Terrassentüren zur sehr großen privaten Terrasse. Diese geht U-förmig um den Innenhof des Hauses.
Auf der Terrasse gibt es Pflanzen, Gartenmöbeln und eine Pergola mit Esstisch. Über eine Treppe hat man Zugang zur einer weiteren Terrassenebene, welche sich über dem Wohnzimmer befindet. Von dort hat man eine herrliche Aussicht über die Dächer der Altstadt, inklusive dem Glockenturm der Kathedrale.
Die Ferienwohnung "Alfalfa Terrasse" befindet sich im zweiten und dritten Stock eines Mietshauses, ohne Aufzug.

El Centro ist das geographische Zentrum der Altstadt von Sevilla. Es erstreckt sich in einer Nord-Süd-Achse von der Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, über die bekannten Einkauftsstrassen calle Sierpes und Velazques/Tetuán, bis zur Kathedrale. Das markanteste Gebäude dieses Stadtviertel ist das formvollendete Rathaus, eines der sehenswertesten Beispiele für platereske Architektur in Sevilla, eingebettet zwischen der Plaza San Francisco und der Plaza Nueva.
In der schon genannten Fußgängerzone mit den Haupt-Einkaufsstraßen befinden sich einige der besten Adressen für Kleidung, Sportartikel, Schmuck und Accesoires für die Feria de Sevilla: Flamencokleider, bestickte Tücher, Kastagnetten, Fächer...
In westlicher Richtung endet El Centro am Museo de Bellas Artes, dem schönsten Kunstmuseum der Stadt und das zweitwichtigste in Spanien nach dem Museo del Prado in Madrid.

highly recommend! The photos don't do it justice, particularly the outside space. Lots of greenery and space to eat and relax and sunbathe. couldn't ask for a better location. right in the middle of everything but felt quiet and peaceful once inside. thanks again, we had a wonderful stay.

Our group of 5 including 2 children really enjoyed our stay and were very sad to leave. One of the main reasons for booking this apartment was the outside terraces, and they are excellent, but unfortunately we had rain for 8 days out of 11 so couldn't enjoy the space fully. The apartment is comfortable and enough space for 5 or 6 people. Location fantastic, just a few steps away from Plaza Alfalfa which has lots of facilities, and close to Las Setas, and 10 min walk to the historic center. We will come back

The location of this apartment is fantastic. However, we stayed for Christmas and had to pay a surcharge. The terrace was partly blocked off and crumbling and we weren't warned. The terrace was also dirty. The apartment needs general updating and some decent pillows - we felt we had paid far too much for what we got. The management company disagreed and argued back on every point.

We loved Alfalfa Terrace. It's in a great neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and bars, yet was very peaceful once inside the apartment. The lower terrace is beautiful, and we also loved sitting on the upper terrace, overlooking the roofs and church spires, watching the sun rise/set. Some of the kitchen/bathroom fittings are a bit tired around the edges, but that certainly wouldn't stop us recommending the apartment, and we would very happily stay there again. The guys at Veoapartment are very friendly and helpful and were quick to rectify some minor issues. For vegetarians/vegans, there's a great restaurant just around the corner called Habanita.

Apartment worked really well - great location to everything. It was well equipped in the kitchen and air conditioning was a bonus as so hot. The terrace is lovely and we sat and had breakfast there every day. Great local bars, restaurants and shops that were not too touristy. Company are great to work with and very helpful.

This apartment was an amazing experience. With the 2 story terrace, it was a great place for us to hang out and enjoy the beautiful weather. The location was ideal with all areas of town within walking distance. It is near the Alfalfa square which offers many cafes and bodegas. Would highly recommend. Even though we got in rather late, we were met in a very timely timeframe.

L'appartement est idéalement situé et très agréable, et pour le moindre souci (en l'occurence du sel et du liquide de rinçage pour le lave-vaisselle) le responsable de la location est très réactif, très vite. Nous avons été très contents. Pour info, à savoir : Pour la première douche du matin ou la première du soir, on a le temps d'aller se faire un café avant que l'eau chaude arrive dans les tuyaux. Rien de grave, une fois qu'on a compris !

Place Alfalfa, ce n'est pas vraiment un quartier tranquille, mais c'est tellement vivant... De plus quand vous êtes dans l'appartement ou sur sa terrasse, vous êtes tellement bien, au calme. Idéalement situé pour visiter la ville.

Appartement très bien situé, tout confort. Manque clim dans la chambre du haut où il faut laisser la porte ouverte pour bénéficier de la clim du séjour, pas très pratique.
