Duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, parking, and a fantastic terrace with a private pool. The use of the terrace and pool is prohibited from 00:00 to 8:00AM, in order to not disturb the neighbours rest at night. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties.

The living room features a sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Smart TV and high speed fiber optic internet connection (100 Mbps). The modern kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances: microwave, oven and dishwasher included. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a drying area, on the terrace.

A short corridor leads to the first two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, and bedroom 2 a double bed. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, between both rooms.

From the living room, spiral stairs lead up to the top floor, which comprises bedroom 3 with a double bed, and the second bathroom (en-suite) with a walk-in shower.

The upper bedroom gives access to the spacious and sunny private terrace of 80 square meters. Terrace with a chill out area furnished and decorated with a wooden pergola, sofas, table, outdoor shower, sun loungers, plants, and a private pool with 6 square meters (available all year-round / unheated). Enjoy a quiet and cozy atmosphere, ideal for sunbathing, resting, and relaxing.

In addition to the private pool, there is a second larger community pool of 45 square meters (9 x 5m, and a depth of 1.50m), located in the courtyard of the building. This second pool is only available from June 1st to September 30th. Community pool open hours: 9:30AM to 3PM and 5:30PM to 10PM.

The apartment has central air conditioning in all rooms (with cooling and heating). It is located on the second and top floors of a quiet residential building, with elevator.

San Lorenzo is one of the most authentic and popular areas of the historic centre, just a short walk from the main monuments and sights. There are shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.

San Vicente ist das Stadtviertel im Nordwesten der Altstadt, zwischen dem Guadalquivir Fluss und dem Alameda de Hercules Platz. Es gibt dort viele Kirchen und kleine Plätze und manche der besten Tapasbars Sevillas.

Die sehenswertesten Kirchen sind San Vicente - ein schönes Exemplar des Gothisch-Mudejar Stils, im 15. Jhdt. erbaut - und die Basilica del Gran Poder, die Kirche einer der am meisten verehrten Christusfiguren Sevillas. Die Prozession des "Cristo del Gran Poder" ist ein emblematischer Bestandteil der Semana Santa Sevillas.

Das Flussufer des Guadalquivir Flusses im Westen des Stadtteils ist bekannt zum Spazierengehen, Fahradfahren und Joggen. Die "Plaza de Armas", der ehemalige Hauptbahnhof Sevillas, erbaut im Jahr 1901 als eine Eisenkonstruktion mit Neo-Mudejar Elementen, ist heute ein modernes Einkaufszentrum.
