The interiors are modern and bright. Marble flooring, contemporary design furniture and original art works create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. There is air-conditioning with cooling / heating and wi-fi internet connection. The apartment is distributed over 2 levels.
The open-spaced living area has a sofa, two armchairs and a desk (without TV). Dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances, including oven and dishwasher.
There is a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine, next to the kitchen.
Spiral stairs lead up to the double bedroom (150 x 200cm), bathroom and private terrace. There is an adjacent space to the bedroom with a sofa-bed, which completes the apartment capacity for up to 3 guests. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
The bedroom gives direct access onto the private terrace. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an outdoor shower. There is a second terrace available that works out as a solarium and viewpoint, with amazing views over Seville's rooftops. The solarium has 2 deck chairs and a pergola to give shade.
The apartment is on the first / second floors of a residential building, without elevator. Despite being in the centre of the city, it is in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood - perfect for getting away from it all.

San Vicente ist das Stadtviertel im Nordwesten der Altstadt, zwischen dem Guadalquivir Fluss und dem Alameda de Hercules Platz. Es gibt dort viele Kirchen und kleine Plätze und manche der besten Tapasbars Sevillas.
Die sehenswertesten Kirchen sind San Vicente - ein schönes Exemplar des Gothisch-Mudejar Stils, im 15. Jhdt. erbaut - und die Basilica del Gran Poder, die Kirche einer der am meisten verehrten Christusfiguren Sevillas. Die Prozession des "Cristo del Gran Poder" ist ein emblematischer Bestandteil der Semana Santa Sevillas.
Das Flussufer des Guadalquivir Flusses im Westen des Stadtteils ist bekannt zum Spazierengehen, Fahradfahren und Joggen. Die "Plaza de Armas", der ehemalige Hauptbahnhof Sevillas, erbaut im Jahr 1901 als eine Eisenkonstruktion mit Neo-Mudejar Elementen, ist heute ein modernes Einkaufszentrum.

The hosts have kept this place extremely well. It was spotless when I arrived and the location is unbeatable - very quiet and near a trees lined with oranges but a short walk to the setas of Seville and the heart of all the action. This is a good place for those who want easy access to everything

Fantastic apartment! Absolutely beautiful and had everything we wanted for a weeks stay. There were so many restaurants round about we didnÂt really use the kitchen for cooking but I think it had everything you would need. The apartment is nice and central but also very quiet and we slept really well. I think the place looks even better than the photos. We were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week in the apartment working by day and exploring Sevilla by night - it was perfectly located for tons of restaurants, shopping, museums, and river runs, and had plenty of space for working (and very good wifi!) It was a pleasure to stay there.
