Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und privater Terrasse. Sehr zentrale Altstadt Lage, nur 10 Gehminuten von der Kathedrale entfernt. Für 4 Gäste.
Duplex-Apartment über zwei Stockwerke, mit interner Treppe. Auf der unteren Ebene befindet sich der Wohnbereich mit 2 Sofas und Essplatz. Die Küche ist zur Selbstversorgung ausgestattet. Dort befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine.
Über einen Korridor gelangt man zum unteren Bad, welches mit Waschbecken, Toilette, Bidet und Badewanne ausgestattet ist. Daran anschliessend das untere Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (90 x 200cm) und grossem Wandschrank.
Im oberen Stock das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (140 x 200cm), Kleiderschrank und privatem Bad. Beide Schlafzimmer sind zur ruhigen Innenseite des Hauses gerichtet.
Über eine Glastür gelangt man zur privaten Terrasse, welche mit 2 Sonnenliegen, Markise, Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet ist.
Das "Celinda" befindet sich im zweiten Stock des Hauses, mit Aufzug.

El Centro ist das geographische Zentrum der Altstadt von Sevilla. Es erstreckt sich in einer Nord-Süd-Achse von der Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, über die bekannten Einkauftsstrassen calle Sierpes und Velazques/Tetuán, bis zur Kathedrale. Szerettük a szállást, mert két generáció együtt, de mégis külön volt elhelyezhető. A főbb látnivalókat egyszerű volt megközelíteni és sok étterem volt a környéken. Kedveltük a házzal szemközti bodegát a hangzavar ellenére is és a Mokambo reggeliző hellyel nem tudtunk betelni. Remélem még máskor is eljutunk ide.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Seville. Pros: - The beds were very comfortable - Bathrooms had good water pressure - It was convenient having a washing machine - The heating system worked well - The bedrooms are quite - Great location, very walkable to all the local shops, restaurants and major attractions Cons - The furniture in the living room was a bit tired and the dining room table seats very uncomfortable with their metal backs - The only drying rack in the apartment is built in to the upstairs balcony area and cannot be brought inside. This left us nowhere to hang up our washing on days where it was too cold/wet to dry outside. - The shower upstairs has a sign saying not to move the glass ‘door’ when getting in/out of the bath/shower. As such one must climb on top of the toilet to access the shower which is very precarious and dangerous when wet. The downstairs shower does not have this issue. Overall for the price I would recommend this apartment in Seville!

Our stay at this apartment was perfect! All was as advertised. The location is a block away from Alfalfa Square, tucked away on a quiet street yet very close to everything you want to see in Seville. The beds were so comfortable. We would most definitely stay here again!!!

Overall a wonderful stay and a space that fits 4 comfortably. Listing was as described, livable space with basic kitchen needs and washing machine. I would stay here again if I am coming back to Seville. Just a few things to note that that may differ from picture/normal expectations. There was only one soap bar provided even though it was 2 full bathroom. And no shampoo provided (though upon re-reading they did say this wasn't included). I mainly took off a star for the couch and the beds. While it is the same couch as pictured, it has been been worn down and not plump at all. I would recommended re-upholstering or getting a new set. I slept in the room with 2 beds, and one bed was much more worn down. My friends stayed in the full size bed and also said it was getting worn down.

Very good location, far enough away from the super tourist areas yet close to everything. Easily accessible, good communication, comfortable beds, kitchen was stocked, and the climate control worked well. Try the bar across the street, good food, and great people watching. A couple of notes, my wife felt the place could have a been a bit cleaner, and they were a bit scarce on the toilet paper and paper towels. Otherwise highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Easy to find, early check in was permitted and excellent communication with host. Great layout for our family of three - didn’t use kitchen at all but seemed well equipped. Beds super comfortable and nice, dark quiet rooms at night. Couches a little worn and table wobbly. The front room was very cold during January stay - however Bedrooms stayed warm.

La communication avec l'équipe qui gère l'appartement a été très fluide en amont et l'accueil sur place facile et efficace. L'appartement est très bien situé, au cœur de la ville tout en étant au calme. Tous les lieux touristiques sont accessibles à pieds en 15 minutes. Il est idéal pour 4 personnes avec ses deux chambres et sa terrasse et les photos proposées sont fidèles. Notre limite vient de l'équipement de la cuisine qui pourrait être amélioré. Il n'y a pas de four, de machine à café ou de lave-vaisselle, le frigo est tout petit, les petites plaques vitro ont une puissance limitée et il y a peu d'accessoires de cuisine. Seville regorge de très bons restaurants mais en hiver il est parfois agréable de pouvoir cuisiner dans de bonnes conditions. Au dela de ce point cela reste un bel appartement, bien situé et donc très pratique.

This was an absolutely fabulous location, right in the heart of it all, close to everything!! The 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms were perfect for 2 couples and the space was beautiful! Don’t worry about the street noise, you definitely can’t hear it from the bedrooms. Highly recommend!!

Fab location with plenty restaurants, bars & shops. Walking distance to las setas, cathedral & virtually all attractions but we always tend to walk anyway. Although many bars close are open late, we didn’t really hear much noise, as bedrooms rear facing. The whole apartment block was very quiet. We didn’t use kitchen much (as ate out) but would be ok for cooking. We sat on top terrace once or twice but it gets pretty hot. I would book again, so central & only 20mins from airport.

The two floor apartment was ideal. There was enough space for 4 people and is located in a great area. Some of the restaurants I found online were just blocks away. But the internet was amazing. It was at 650 Mbps! That's enough for an entire team of remote employees! I would definitely book this Airbnb again.

Really lovely apartment. Only constructive criticism would be the loungers on the terrace could do with a bit of TLC. Also the fridge wasn’t overly cold. Not sure if this is something to do with the bolt on the freezer? Overall though we really enjoyed our stay

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’appartement est,calme (fenêtres donnant sur l’impasse, pas de bruits), suffisamment grand pour 4 personnes. Il est surtout très bien situé à 2 pas de la place de l’Alfalfa qui est très sympa le soir et très proche des lieux touristiques. Nous recommandons chaudement (il y a la clim bien sûr !)

We had a great week in Paula's apartment. It was perfectly located for all of the main attractions and there were loads of bars and restaurants nearby. The space was exactly as described and we really enjoyed the roof terrace in the early morning/late evening. We couldn't use it during the day because of the extreme heat! If we are ever back on Seville then we will definitely return to Paula's place.

Lovely apartment!! I didn't get a chance to meet Paula, but the communication was prompt and clear. Easy check-in without any delays. Our trip started in Barcelona, Granada, Rhonda, then Seville. The location is superb, and many highly recommended restaurants are nearby (search up Seville Food Blog). A great bakery PANYPIU within a block, and few choices of supermarkets so close by. The place is exactly the same as it is shown in the photos. Air conditioning on both floors. Touches of classic pieces of furniture highlight the modern interiors. The kitchen was equipped with all necessities. It's located on the 2nd floor, DON"T WORRY, it has a lift (elevator). The only thing we couldn't experience is the patio because of the hot weather, however, the patio was very clean for immediate use. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Paula for offering a lovely place.

Lovely apartment close to all the amenities, pubs restaurants supermarket, all the cooking implements you would need , very close to nearby bars, but no problem to sleep at night, Paula and Manuel met us at the property and ran us through everything, fabulous terrace with privacy curtains, would recommend 100 per cent.

I stayed at Alfalfa for three weeks, the first week with my family of 4 and thereafter on my own. It is located in the best part of Seville, near Plaza Alfalfa, with several tapas restaurants, 2 bakeries, and basic convenience stores nearby. It is a lovely, bustling, authentic area of town that I grew to love the longer I stayed, as is it is not commercialized or super touristy as many of the other areas closer to the cathedral. That said, it is only about 5 - 20 minute walk in any direction to all of the many beautiful sights of Seville. The beds are comfortable, with nice sheets and the apartment has air conditioning units on each floor. The washing machine was a terrific resource and you dry laundry up on the second floor patio (laundry rack provided). The living room/dining area is a comfortable space for 4, although the furniture is worn as others have suggested (table wobbles so is ok for a bowl of cereal; but not to work; brown couch and writing desk chair seats are sunken). Blue couch is comfortable and where I did all my work. There are lovely tall windows for natural light in the living room and good electrical lighting at night. Bedrooms are private and quiet; bathrooms are nice with tub/shower combo. For people with mobility issues, the stairs to the master bedroom/bath/patio are steep though there is a railing. Also the master bath shower has narrow access/requires some level of agility to safely get in/out. We did not have a problem but just be aware. The patio is lovely and has private curtains you can draw when outside — I loved working there at night. The main street leading to the alley of the apartment has several young bars that are very active at night, but you don't hear them from the bedrooms. I found it safe and secure (there are 3 keys to get in - apartment building front door, elevator, and apartment door). Clean sheets and towels are provided once/week; the apartment manager contacts you in advance to arrange. Our apartment support was wonderful - Damián met us on the street when we arrived (he had to wait a bit as Semana Santa was going on and blocked many streets). Damián is very responsive. We had an issue with the upstairs AC the first night, a couple lightbulbs needed replacement, hairdryer was broken — he replaced everything within 24 hours. The kitchen as well appointed with a half size refrigerator (no freezer). We had a beautiful time and I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We’ve just had two weeks at Paula’s apartment and had a great stay. Clean and comfortable. Very good beds and a wonderful roof terrace. Paula was very good at keeping in touch with us. The apartment is in the Alfalfa area of Seville - a great holiday location. Full of bars and restaurants, very lively and an easy walk to all the main attractions. Despite the vibrancy of the area, the bedrooms were very quiet, as they faced onto an inner courtyard. They also had internal shutters. In addition to Paula’s helpfulness, we also found the managing company, Veoapartments, to be very helpful.

All was good with our stay - the location was a short walk from bars, restaurants, and history. Walking through the narrow winding streets is challenging, but worth it. Sevilla is a great place to visit and this apartment was a great place to come back to rest for the next day.

This is our second stay at Paula’s apartment, it was every bit as good as the previous occasion. The apartment is in a great location a few steps from Plaza Alfa Alfa with its numerous cafes and restaurants. The apartments is great for 2 couples due to the layout of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The terrace is a lovely place for breakfast or evening drinks. Paula is a great host, very friendly and answered our queries. She also left water and snacks which were very welcome!

Paula and her partner were AMAZING with communication and working with our changing reservation. The location of the apartment is wonderful. The bedrooms were very quiet considering there are three bars located very near by and shutters made the room very dark to sleep. The main sitting area is noisy though because Sevilla is a city full of life and cheer. The main bathroom was musty smelling because there is mold around the glass shower door. If you have a mold allergy, beware of this. One person wrote they had to walk up stairs, but there is an elevator so getting luggage up to the apartment was not a problem. The apartment is smaller than the photos show, but definitely enough room for four adults. I can't stress enough how accommodating and friendly the hosts are. It was a pleasure to meet them.

Apartamento en magnifica localizacion, andando a la catedral, Alcázares, c/ tetuan, etc Muy buena comunicación con propietario dispuesto a facilitar todo. El apartamento es como sale en las fotos. Muy cuidado. Luminoso. No hemos tenido ruidos a pesar de que la calle es muy animada porque al estar en un callejón, no se oyen. Lo recomendamos absolutamente. Volveremos. Muchas gracias

Hallo Paula, unseren Aufenthalt in deiner Wohnung haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Lage ist super. Ein paar Dinge fanden wir trotzdem etwas verbesserungsbedürftig: das Geschirr war teilweise unsauber und fettig. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas erweitert werden bspw. mit einer Suppenkelle, einer Salatschüssel, der Korkenzieher war kaputt. Wir haben einen neuen gekauft. Eine elektrische Saftpresse ist nicht unbedingt Standard, hatte uns aber gefreut. Leider funktioniert sie nicht. Etwas mehr als nur ein Geschirrtuch wären schön gewesen. Die Kissen fanden wir zu steif. Wir haben nicht gut darauf geschlafen. Ansonsten war alles gut - auch deine Tipps. Viele Grüße

The flat was very conveniently located and with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ideal for a couple if you want a bit more room. May be a bit small for 4 adults. Plus points-plenty of wardrobe space and hangers, plentiful towel supply, lovely terrace, efficient air con. A few minuses- the over-bath shower in the upstairs bathroom was very difficult to get into due to a rather cramped bathroom, also the flat might not be suitable for people of limited mobility due to the stairs to the flat and the stairs inside the flat to the second bedroom and terrace. As ever Veo Apartments were very helpful.

Lovely apartment. Good kitchen facilities and great terrace for sun bathing or enjoying a n evening drink. Main bedroom was spacious as was the other. 2 bathrooms were very useful for the three of us. The location was perfect near Plaze Alfalfa which was it's one community but not too touristy.. Alos bear some quite trendy boutique shops but a short walk to the main tourist sights and other shops.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de varios bares, restaurantes y de muchas tiendas. Está en un área muy concurrida, por la noche, los bares se llenan hasta muy tarde, pero no me molestó. La cocina está bien equipada y el apartamento está totalmente amueblado, hay una terraza privada. El piso es en la segunda planta y no hay ascensor. Espero volver pronto..

Me and my husband stayed there for four nights in March.The apartment was great, very clean and comfortable. The beds, bed linen and pillows were very comfortable too. Very centrally located apartment once you learned to find your way to the Cathedral (short way to walk). On Friday and Saturday evenings there were lots of people partying in the street below. However, the bedrooms were situated in the inner corner of the apartment. The only minus of the apartment was very steep, marble stairs to the upper bedroom and the terrace. I realize that it may not be a minus to everyone, but since my husband has somewhat reduced mobility we had to take extra care and did not use the terrace as much as we were planning beforehand. All and all, we enjoyed very much our stay in this beautifully decorated and well kept apartment! We would recommend this apartment to our friends, but because of the stairs, we would probably choose another option for our next stay in Seville.
