It is located on calle Asunción (Los Remedios), just next to the Triana neighbourhood and very close to Calle Betis - a popular street with beautiful views over the Guadalquivir river. The main centre is a 20 minute walk from the apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
A balcony facing south runs across a pleasant living-dining area, where you can breathe tranquility, freshness and quietness. There is a corner sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 6 chairs.
The kitchen, with separate entrance, is equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances. Oven, washing-machine with dryer and dishwasher included. Breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. Inside the kitchen there is a laundry room with a toilet.
The master bedroom has a double bed (150x200cm) and a fitted wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
The second bedroom has twin beds (90x200cm), wardrobe and a balcony facing the pedestrian Asunción street. The third bedroom also has twin beds (90x200cm), wardrobe and a balcony.
The second bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead, and is next to bedrooms 2 and 3.

This property has 160sqm distributed on one level (without stairs). It is on the fourth floor of a quiet residential building, with elevator. The location of the apartment is just 2 minutes away from the fairground (Feria de Abril).

Location
Los Remedios is a residential neighbourhood just outside the touristy centre, about 20-30 minutes' walk from the main monuments around the Cathedral. It is well connected, whether by bus, metro or hiring a bicycle.
Calle Asunción is a pedestrian shopping area, where you can find all type of international clothes stores, as well as pharmacies, banks, cafés, small supermarkets, and a multitude of restaurants and bars where you can taste traditional tapas. If you walk 5 minutes down Calle Asunción toward the city centre you'll reach Plaza de Cuba, which branches off into streets like Calle Betis, bordering the Guadalquivir river.

Der Stadtteil Triana liegt auf der linken Flusseite und gehört nicht direkt zur Altstadt Sevillas, da er sich ausserhalb der Stadtmauern befindet. Allerdings wird das heute nicht so genau genommen. Denn alle emblematischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt, wie Torre del Oro und Stierkampfarena liegen sehr nahe.
Die einstmals einzige Verbindung zwischen Triana und Sevilla war die Puente Isabel II, auch Trianabrücke genannt. Diese Brücke wurde in ihrer heutigen Form im Jahr 1845 von französischen Ingenieuren unter Einfluss von Gustav Eiffel erstellt.
Im einstigen Viertel der Fischer und Hafenarbeiter, kann man echte andalusische Kultur hautnah erleben. Die berühmten Werkstätten und Töpfereien Sevillas haben hier ihren Sitz, und Triana ist eine der Wiegen des Flamenco.
Entlang dem wundervollen Flussufer verläuft die Betis Straße, von der aus man bei Tag und bei Nacht einen fabelhaften Blick auf die Altstadt hat und die für ihr Nachtleben berühmt ist: Hier sind einige der besten Restaurants, Bars und Diskotheken zu finden.
Direkt an der Triana Brücke befinden sich die 150 Jahre alten Markthallen von Triana - erbaut auf den Ruinen des Sankt Georg Burg, einsitiger Sitz der heiligen Inquisition.

L'appartamento è esattamente come in foto e come viene descritto. Si trova in una zona molto comoda per raggiungere il centro della città e a pochi passi si trova tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno per dei brevi soggiorni (supermercato, bar, fast-food, ecc). Siamo molto soddisfatti.

El piso es muy bueno pero no lo están cuidando. Es la tercera vez que venimos y va a peor. Esta vez la casa estaba muy sucia, avisé a los propietarios al poco de llegar enviando fotos del estado (suelo con pelusas en todas las habitaciones, camas con fundas sucias, toalla del baño sucia, cápsulas de la cafetera sin vaciar, bandeja del horno sucia, etc) y me dijeron que enviarían a alguien el lunes (llegamos el sábado) y al final no ha venido nadie.También faltaban toallas, eramos 5 y nos dejaron 2 de ducha y 4 de tamaño lavabo, y encima una con agujeros. Les pedimos más y tras insistir nos trajeron una única toalla el martes por la tarde.Tampoco hay mantel. El tema del olor a humedad en la casa sigue y ya se lo avisamos la última vez que vinimos.Hay una humedad en el suelo del baño que no se pueden ni abrir los cajones del mueble. La ducha no traga bien y se crea balsa y el lavabo tiene moho. En cuanto a ruidos hay bastante al ser una calle peatonal y a las 7am basurero y barredora.

Excelente departamento para 5 personas, bien ubicado en barrio los Remedios. El anfitrión muy amable. Una excelente estadía. Lo recomiendo para quienes quieran visitar Sevilla. También tiene estacionamiento incluído.

Es un piso muy cómodo y amplío. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario. Hay un poco de ruido ap ser una calle peatonal pero la ubicación es fantástica. Repetiremos seguro.

En buen estado. Algunos desgastes por el uso pero para piso turístico está perfecto. Cocina muy bien equipada, comedor acogedor y muy cómodo y las habitaciones agradables y comodas tambien.

Valoración general muy buena. Un punto muy importante a su favor el disponer de una plaza de garaje junto al portal de la casa. El apartamento es muy luminoso y confortable. Su situación es muy buena: a 15 minutos de agradable paseo hasta el centro por la peatonal y comercial calle Asunción. El apartamento dispone muy cerca de cuantos servicios comerciales puedan necesitarse: farmacias, supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías, bares, librerías, etc., etc. Recomendaría al 100% este apartamento.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, zu Fuß ist alles sehr gut erreichbar, Geschäfte sind in nächster Nähe, Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist großzügig und Kommunikation war sehr sehr gut!!. Parkplatz liegt in nächster Nähe im übernächsten Haus. Die Wohnung können wir wirklich empfehlen, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichbar sind. Taxis von der Stadt retour sind wirklich günstig!

O apartamento está muito bem localizado, num bairro simpático e tranquilo, com cafés, restaurantes e excelentes gelados! É possível ir a pé para o centro. É muito confortável, espaçoso, limpo e tem ar condicionado, o que é fundamental no Verão. Fomos em família, cinco pessoas, e ficámos bem instalados. A Esther foi sempre rápida a responder às nossas perguntas, o check-in correu bem e no check-out prolongou, a nosso pedido, a hora de saída do carro do parque de estacionamento. Lugar para o carro era muito importante para nós e foi óptimo não estarmos preocupados com essa questão nos dias que passámos em Sevilha. Recomendamos!
