Open-space apartment combining modern comfort with traditional architectural features. It is located in the Triana neighbourhood near the vibrant Betis street, and a 15 minute walk from the centre.

The apartment is separated into 2 main zones with the kitchen immediately to the front of the entrance. Adjacent is the dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Opposite to the dining area is the sitting area with a sofa and tv. Beyond is the sleeping area with a double glazed window facing Rodrigo de Triana street. There are two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and a wardrobe.

The apartment is characterised by contemporary and retro furnishings and artwork which blend with the original architectural features to create a stylish and comfortable space. With exposed brick walls, traditional floor tiles and high ceilings up to 3.97 metres - providing a great sense of space.

Other features: air-conditioning, heating, ceiling fans and TV. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a building composed by 3 holiday flats which share 2 terraces. The lower terrace is equipped and decorated with plants, parasol and lounge sofas. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe and enjoy the exceptional rooftop views, including the Cathedral. With deckchairs, parasol, plants and an outdoor shower.

Lage des Apartments Rodrigo Triana 1

Der Stadtteil Triana liegt auf der linken Flusseite und gehört nicht direkt zur Altstadt Sevillas, da er sich ausserhalb der Stadtmauern befindet. Allerdings wird das heute nicht so genau genommen. Denn alle emblematischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt, wie Torre del Oro und Stierkampfarena liegen sehr nahe.

Die einstmals einzige Verbindung zwischen Triana und Sevilla war die Puente Isabel II, auch Trianabrücke genannt. Diese Brücke wurde in ihrer heutigen Form im Jahr 1845 von französischen Ingenieuren unter Einfluss von Gustav Eiffel erstellt.

Im einstigen Viertel der Fischer und Hafenarbeiter, kann man echte andalusische Kultur hautnah erleben. Die berühmten Werkstätten und Töpfereien Sevillas haben hier ihren Sitz, und Triana ist eine der Wiegen des Flamenco.

Entlang dem wundervollen Flussufer verläuft die Betis Straße, von der aus man bei Tag und bei Nacht einen fabelhaften Blick auf die Altstadt hat und die für ihr Nachtleben berühmt ist: Hier sind einige der besten Restaurants, Bars und Diskotheken zu finden.

Direkt an der Triana Brücke befinden sich die 150 Jahre alten Markthallen von Triana - erbaut auf den Ruinen des Sankt Georg Burg, einsitiger Sitz der heiligen Inquisition.

Alojamiento agradable y acogedor, muy bien organizado, muy bien decorado y con electrodomésticos de alto rendimiento: aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. Ropa de cama excelente. Ubicación cerca del centro de la ciudad, barrio animado pero tranquilo. Lo recomiendo y volveré a este alojamiento.

Wonderful place! Perfect location close to everything , yet quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. Super clean, great AC, comfortable and beautiful rooftop. The hosts were very responsive as soon as we booked, and we were actually met by a representative outside the apartment so checking in was as smooth as possible. He gave us clear instructions, showed us the amenities, and even walked us up to the rooftop patio! The patio is absolutely stunning, and there’s actually two levels! First level has a washer dryer and a more homey feel, then up some stairs and you’ve got absolutely incredible views of the city! You can see all the way out to the cathedral, the river and even the plaza de españas! One of the highlights of the apartment by far! The AC worked great and kept everything cool and the shower was strong and hot. The bed though was two smaller beds pushed together so a crack kept forming while we slept. The location is great, lots of easy walkable restaurants and we easily walked to the old city. For reference, the cathedral was less than a 20 min walk but felt even shorter because there’s so many beautiful views! Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The team were very helpful with late check in (Even refusing to take the late check in fee as he was an official team member due to all Spanish workers watching the match while he was not. He could've have still pocketed the 20 euro from two unsuspecting tourists but refused several times) Late check out was also much appreciated. Accommodation was clean and up to date. Highlight was the terrace. In a nice and lively neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend.

Todo esta bien, el baño es comodo y en general cuenta con los espacios para estar comodos.

Located in a peaceful area and easy to walk to most attractions. The apartment is spacious and clean and has a lot of character. The air con was a life-saver in the June heatwave and the roof terrace is large with brilliant views! Only con is the TV was glitching a lot.

El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación, a 10’ a pie de cualquier sitio de interés. Cuenta con una cocina muy bien equipada, y un baño de buen tamaño y excelente presión en la ducha.

Wonderful apartment in Seville! Lots of character, clean, cool and hidden away just outside the hustle and bustle. Walking distance to all the main areas. The large rooftop terrace was lovely! Hosts were very accommodating to allow us early check in after an early flight, and always responsive. Would happily stay here again :)
