Das Apartment is über 2 Ebenen verteilt:
Untere Ebene: Wohnbereich mit Sofa und TV. Ein Fenster geht zur calle Escoberos. Küchenzeile mit Kochutensilien und Elektrogeräten, inklusive Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine. Küchentisch mit 2 Hockern.
Schlafzimmer Nr. 1 mit zwei zusammengestellten Einzelbetten (90 x 200 cm), Wandschrank und Fenster zur calle Escoberos. Kleines Bad mit Dusche.
Obere Ebene: Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 mit Doppelbett (150 x 190 cm) und Wandschrank. Ein zweites Bad mit Dusche befindet sich nebenan.
Die "Escoberos" Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Wohnhauses. Der calle Feria Lebensmittelmarkt, zahlreiche Ladengeschäfte, Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

Das Macarena-Viertel ist ein authentischer Stadtteil voller Lebendigkeit, der im Norden der historischen Altstadt von Sevilla liegt. Ein Teil des Stadtviertels liegt innerhalb der alten Stadtmauer und gehrt damit zu den traditionellen Wohnanlagen der Stadt. Hier ist der Anteil der alteingesessenen Sevillanos im Verhältnis zu den Touristen sehr hoch.
In der Feria Straße können Sie in den Markthallen aus einem reichen Angebot an frischen regionalen Waren wählen, außerdem finden Sie hier auch viele Bäckereien, kleine Lebensmittelläden, Tapas Bars und Restaurants. In westlicher Richtung gelangen Sie zur Alameda de Hércules, einem vor kurzem neu gestalteten Platz, umgeben von Tapas Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und mit einem abwechslungsreichen Nachtleben.
In nördlicher Richtung liegt das Macarena-Tor, mit den einzigen noch gut erhaltenen Resten der mittelalterlichen Befestigungsmauer Sevillas. Hier finden Sie auch die Macarena-Basilika, in der die berühmteste Bruderschaft der Semana Santa Sevillas ihren Sitz hat.

Uno degli appartamenti piu bello in cui siamo stati, realizzato veramente bene. La zona comoda per spostarsi sia coi mezzi che a piedi grazie alle fermate vicine, inoltre si è a pochi passi dai locali per mangiare e fare serate. Appartamento super comodo con due bagni e due camere. Consigliatissimo

Had a fantastic stay. Brilliant location in a charming area with so many lovely places to eat and drink and the shops within a minutes walk and then a 20 minute easy walk to the centre. Loved how unique and spacious this property is. Loved it and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

Manuel and Joao are great hosts, always replying to our questions under 15 minutes. The accommodation is at a great location, 5 minutes walk from the Alameda de Hércules, a square full of restaurants and bars, perfect for breakfast or having a beer. City centre is around 20 minutes by foot, but walking on the streets of Seville is always amazing. Shops are also nearby. Very much recommended to stay here!

Nice apartment, on a good location. Would stay there again when in Seville. The only problem is that since it is on the first floor, it was noisy. But that would be a problem of all 1st floor apartments.

Great apartment to explore Seville! The space very clean, spacious and well equipped. Manuel was a great help with coordinating the check-in and communication was easy. The location is fabulous for exploring the city! Everything is in walkable distance, you’ll stroll through vibrant narrow streets on the way to the city center and supermarkets, bars and restaurants are near by. All in all I can 100% recommend the apartment, would come again :)

The apartment was comfortable, warm and well equipped. And perfect location. The shower worked well with lots of hot water. It was easy to walk to the centro historico and buses and taxis were nearby at the Puerta Macarena. Restaurants and plazas close by and a well stocked Dia just around the corner for shopping. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seville.

Really great place. Slightly out of the main centre, but ideal if you don’t mind the walk. Great local bars and restaurants nearby. Hosts were incredibly helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Sevilla
