Lovely 1-bedroom apartment for 2 guests. It is centrally located right at the back of Seville's second largest church, Iglesia del Salvador, and 5 minutes walking from the Cathedral.
Thanks to the owner's business for decoration, the elegant interiors combine white marble flooring with colorful painted walls, wallpapered rooms, original artwork and classic style furniture.
The living room is airy and bright. Three large windows overlook the Salvador church. There is a dining table in the living space with chairs (the table was added after the pictures were taken).
The kitchen is completely independent and is fully equipped for self-catering. With washing-machine and dishwasher.
The bedroom is at the back of the house. With a double bed (1,35 x 1,80m) and a wardrobe.
Other features: free high speed internet access & central air-conditioning (cold / hot).
Herbolario forms part of a historical building fully refurbished. Second floor, with elevator.

I stayed at this Airbnb, and while the location was convenient and easy to get around, I wasn’t very satisfied with my stay. There was a lot of noise in the mornings, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The provided sheets and blankets were dirty and worn out. Even after we requested new ones, the replacements were still in poor condition, with holes and tears. Overall, it really affected the quality of the experience.

The location of the apartment is the selling point 1) you can walk to all the main attractions 2) it's in a lively and buzzing part of town 3) many good restaurants, bars and cafes nearby and a fabulous bakery around the adjacent corner 4) from the balcony you always have something to see but not so loud as to detract from listening/watching TV. The lounge is smaller than it appears in the photos, however it is very comfortable, cosy and stylish. The kitchen is perfectly good enough - we didn't cook because eating out is not too expensive and a nice thing to do. I felt the bed was not wide enough to sleep two people comfortably but my husband thought the opposite and slept well. The issue with the apartment is the smell in the kitchen and bathroom to do with the drains. It's worse in the mornings but can be remedied (in the kitchen) by opening the balcony doors. To be fair, we were not in the apartment for it to be a major problem - impact: 2/10, whereas location: 10/10.

The location of this apartment was perfect - close to everything with Sevilla being so walkable. On the few times we communicated with the host, they were quick to respond. The apartment is decorated eclectically and the windows are old and super interesting. The unit looks out over an active central square that is lively until late evening. I agree with a prior review on the need for a little extra care- it wouldn’t take much to improve the things that are making the apartment look and feel run down (stains on couch, wallpaper detaching, dull knives, clothes drying rack missing some rods). I also would have preferred to have an automatic coffee maker as the moka pot provided is a large size and we wasted coffee in addition to it taking a long time to brew. But these are superficial and minor compared to the comfort and location of the apartment itself.

The location was ideal for seeing the best of Seville. There is a bustling little square below, but very little noise disturbance. There were a couple of issues early on, but they were remedied promptly without fuss. The apartment could use a bit of tlc. It wouldn’t take much: edges of wallpaper pasted back in place, spot clean the soft furnishings, a more thorough check of equipment and contents between lettings. Having said that, we were very comfortable there and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

La estancia ha sido maravillosa. El piso no podía estar mejor equipado: no faltaba absolutamente nada. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro y con todos los puntos de interés turístico a poca distancia a pie. El apartamento es muy amplio, luminoso y con unas vistas preciosas. The apartment was spacious and centrally located, within walking distance of major sights. It overlooked a charming little square with street performers and travelers. While there was some noise until around 11:30 PM, it didn’t bother us at all. We had a few issues and mentioned that to host he could fixed one and the rest was supposed to work on it when we departed.

L'appartement est fidèle à la description et aux photos. L'hôte était reactif par message avant notre arrivée. Le logement etait propre meme si la salle de bain mériterait d'être un peu renovée. Il est très bien situé dans le centre de Séville, les monuments sont à quelques minutes de marche. Il donne sur une place où il y a beaucoup de passage et un chanteur ambulant s'est installé pour la soirée, ce qui peut déranger certains pour dormir.

Very nice well appointed sophisticated second floor apartment with bright spacious sitting room elegantly furnished in " Shabby Chic " style - tastefully decorated with luxury curtains & ceramics etc.. V comfy huge sofa and chairs and decent TV etc. Excellent location in heart of historic quarter with great vibe and excellent panoramic views over the beautiful square - where there were regular live music and flamenco performances. Plenty of local typical tapas bars and restaurants with reasonable prices. Great to have a lift. Also a good selection of useful local guide books in mini library.

The apartment is in a fantastic, lively, and central area so you can walk to everything or watch the colorful scene below in Plaza Jesús de la Pasión from the two living room balconies. Fortunately the bedroom is at the rear facing a narrow callejón. We stayed for one month, so we did cook some of our meals. The kitchen worked well for us, though we did miss having an oven. It was also so convenient to have a dishwasher and a wash machine. Just around the corner is a Mas supermarket for your groceries. The property managers Joao and Manuel are responsive and professional.

We enjoyed our stay here! The decor is very fun and the location is privileged; overlooking a charming plaza. The view from the balcony is amazing. Looks just like the pictures. We enjoyed people watching and listening to street performers right from the apartment. The central location makes everything walkable. The host was very responsive when we had minor issue. I would say that you should definitely bring earplugs, due to the normal city noise at night. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we will definitely be back!

Absolute little gem in the centre of Seville walkable to all attractions very lively area accessible property if you have mobility issues like myself the host was extremely helpful the apartment was spotless and suited me and my son . Only thing I would like to point out is maybe some tea towels for kitchen area as I could not find any but apartment from that extremely happy with property ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sehr gute Lage, problemloses Check in und Check out: Für die zentrale Lage akzeptable Geräuschkulisse, nur die Nachbarn in der Wohnung nebenan waren zu laut. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine wilde Mischung aus nicht zusammenpassenden Möblen . Die Fotos lassen auch eine wesentlich größere Wohnung erwarten. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten u.a. Probleme mit der Waschmaschine, was aber sofort repariert wurde. Die Wohnung bräuchte mal eine Renovierung wie Steckdosen und Lampen defekt, Wasserkocher alt und eklig, Spülmaschine müffelt modrig, etc. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

The apartment is very centrally located within easy walking distance of all major sites and attractions. The apartment overlooks a bustling, vibrant pedestrian-only plaza with dozens of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes at its doorstep. The central air made it easy to regulate the climate to our preferences. Everything was clean, tidy and reflected the listing photos. Bed was good balance of comfortable yet supportive. Do not be surprised by lively street noises at all hours of the evening and early morning. People enjoying themselves on their way home after socializing for the evening is common but intermittent as well as service workers tidying up to get ready for the next day’s activities. It’s truly a small price to pay for staying in a beautiful historic building that’s so conveniently situated.

Is echt een fijn appartement. Foto's komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Vragen via de mail aan Veo (ivm vroege check-in en late check-out) werden snel beantwoord. We hebben genoten van 5 heerlijke dagen in het prachtige Sevilla. Alles (voor ons) prima op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden, winkeltjes, pleintjes, bars, restaurants etc.. Tip restaurant: El Pan Nuestro op pleintje bij appartement. Als je Real Alcazar en de Kathedraal wilt bezoeken: reserveer tijdig (thuis!) je tickets. Bij ons was het weekend al vol en konden we nog op de laatste dag 's middags boeken. Ze zijn zeer streng qua tijdsslot, dus eerder in de rij staan (ook al heb je al je ticket) heeft weinig zin.

Está súper bé ubicado. Fabulosos restaurantes en la puerta y a poca distancia a pie de las principales atracciones. Los visitantes anteriores habían mencionado el «ruido de la calle», pero nuestra experiencia fue que esto se sumó al ambiente del apartamento con un agradable entretenimiento nocturno de guitarristas/cantantes callejeros la mayoría de las noches hasta alrededor de las 22:00. El apartamento está limpio y es cómodo y tiene todos los servicios necesarios, pero parece un poco cansado en comparación con las fotos del sitio web.

It’s right in the heart of all the action and within walking distance to anywhere else that you’d want to go. It is a bit noisy at night because of this so if you’re a light sleeper or you like going to bed early, just keep that in mind. It has incredible views and all the amenities - even a washing machine which was so handy. It was also super clean. Check-in was easy and there’s a guide in the place with instructions for things in the apartment and tips/recommendations within the city. I would definitely book it again!

It requires some upgrades for sure and lacked basic amenities such as toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel / shampoo etc. A bottle of mineral water in the fridge on arrival would have been nice given the price paid for a short stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment to others.

We stayed at this apartment for around five weeks in late winter/early spring. The apartment is dated but quirky, in that, there is a retro vibe to it that we loved. The apartment is as described and accurately portrayed in the photographs. The apartment does need a bit of care to avoid deteriorating and a bit of maintenance such as repairs to ceramics and some other small points. Don’t be put off as the positives outweigh any negatives. The area is buzzing, it is really central, the view from the balcony is beautiful and it feels very safe and secure. It can be a bit noisy unusually as you are on the second floor but we always take earplugs with us which fixes that problem. Sundays in Seville are very quiet and peaceful in contrast to the rest of the week. The bed was very comfortable but queen sized so if you are tall be warned. There are loads of amenities very close to hand on the doorstep. You will want for nothing. We would definitely go back for a long or short stay.

We had a great stay in Sevilla in this funky, comfortable, perfectly located apartment. Just quiet enough while still hearing the aliveness of the square below. Just a heads up we stayed for 2.5 weeks and we were only given 1 trash bag (no extras) and limited toilet paper and paper towels. Overall would highly recommend.
