Das erste der beiden Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,35x1,90m), großem Wandschrank und zwei Fenstern zur calle Rioja. Privates Bad mit Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (0,90x1,90m) und Fenster zu einem ruhigen Innenhof. Es gibt ein zweites Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Weitere Ausstattungsmerkmale: Marmorfußboden, Klimaanlage warm/kalt und kostenloses WLAN-Internet.
Das Apartment befindet sich im dritten Stock eines Wohnhauses mit Aufzug. Es gibt 2 weitere Ferienwohnungen im Gebäude.

Es gibt einen "Corte Inglés" am Magdalena Platz (Plaza de Magdalena), der weniger als 1 Minute Fußweg vom Apartment liegt. Dieses Einkaufszentrum hat einen Supermarkt in einer der Etagen mit großer Auswahl.

Unser Tipp: Das Apartment bietet eine außergewöhnlich gute Trennung der beiden Schlafzimmer: Das Schlafzimmer mit dem privaten Bad hat einen zweiten, separaten Eingang vom Treppenaufgang des Hauses (s. Grundriß). Mit dem Rest der Wohnung ist es durch die Wohnzimmertür verbunden.

El Centro ist das geographische Zentrum der Altstadt von Sevilla. Es erstreckt sich in einer Nord-Süd-Achse von der Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, über die bekannten Einkauftsstrassen calle Sierpes und Velazques/Tetuán, bis zur Kathedrale. Das markanteste Gebäude dieses Stadtviertel ist das formvollendete Rathaus, eines der sehenswertesten Beispiele für platereske Architektur in Sevilla, eingebettet zwischen der Plaza San Francisco und der Plaza Nueva.
In der schon genannten Fußgängerzone mit den Haupt-Einkaufsstraßen befinden sich einige der besten Adressen für Kleidung, Sportartikel, Schmuck und Accesoires für die Feria de Sevilla: Flamencokleider, bestickte Tücher, Kastagnetten, Fächer...

It was well équiped but used it only for breakfast…we never found the dishwasher but it was ok.Cleanliness, location were great….the apt is on a pedestrian street with no restaurants or bars only stores which ensure quietness. We were at less than 10-15 minutes walk to the Cathédral, the Alacaraz and other sites. I highly recommend this apartment

The apartment is very central- about 15 minute walk to main locations, lovely area. Great to be close to Triana too for meals etc. Apartment was very clean, comfy beds and great to be greeted by Manuel to show us everything, answer questions etc. Great to have the little balcony to sit and have a coffee on and watch the world go by.

Large and comfortable apartment that suited our needs (2 couples) perfectly. Would definitely book again. Check-in was easy and friendly, check-out uncomplicated. Perfect location in the middle of the Old Town and access to a variety of public transport within a few minutes walk. Lots of facilities close by. A point to know: taxi pick-up/set-down right at the door is not possible as the flat is in a pedestrian zone but is possible at the square about 1 minute away.

This apartment is in a prime location! Restaurants, grocery store and shops are just a few steps away. After a few initial hiccups (wrong key given at check-in and linens that had to be exchanged), the hosts were able to come thru the next morning with replacements.

A spacious, airy apartment in an excellent area of Sevilla - close to all the main attractions and with many cafes and restaurants. The apartment was clean and as described. We had excellent communication with our hosts both before and during our stay, and they responded quickly to any requests. The apartment did not have some of the amenities of a 5 star apartment but this did not decrease our enjoyment. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, within walking distance to best attractions, restaurants , and shopping. Check-in was very easy with agent greeting us at property.Very nice apartment, nicely furnished. Only negative was the comfort of the pillows provided (single long pillow on double bed). Overall would come back to this property.

We really enjoyed our stay in Seville and having this comfortable apartment in a perfect location was a big help. Easy walk to everywhere. Apartment was as described and had everything we needed. Only negative I can think of was that the master bedroom had this weird single pillow to be shared by both sleepers. We made do but it would have been more comfortable to have 2 pillows rather than 1 big one. I always travel with a pillowcase and there were plenty of throw pillows so we used one of them, but it was a bit weird. Otherwise, the apartment was perfect and the location was fantastic. Checkin and checkout were simple and the communications were great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

The apartment was comfortable, spacious and remarkably quiet in on a busy street (probably due to new windows). It was in a perfect location in the middle of town to serve as a launching point to explore the various neighborhoods and sights in Seville. Great communication with the hosts and easy check-in/check-out.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was the perfect spot to experience Sevilla. Conveniently located in the chic and historic Santa Cruz neighborhood, everything you need is within easy walking distance (there is no need for a car). The apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator and the building is extremely safe and well appointed. The host met us on time and gave us many suggestions for food, drink, nightlife and shopping. The large french doors open up to a small balcony overlooking the street and keep the apartment very quiet when closed. The kitchen is small but with all the amazing cafes and restaurants nearby, there is very little reason to cook. We would stay here without hesitation should we return. Sevilla is an absolutely fabulous city and well worth the visit.

The apartment is on a pedestrian-only street, with lots of restaurants nearby. We found two grocery stores very close by, so we could eat in if we wanted. The apartment is spacious with beautiful big windows, looking out to the street, and also into an interior courtyard. Someone from the management company responded within the hour when I had a request. I have stayed in quite a few vacation apartments. This was one of the best.

Overall stay was great. Loved the spacious apt and location. Communication with host was prompt from booking to any questions or needs. A few recommendations: 1) add more shelving space in the bathrooms 2) ensure space is thoroughly dusted especially things like the blow dryer. 3) update worn table in ensuite bathroom For US folks, microwave and toaster are very different appliances????. Loved the food in Sevilla! Close to lots of shopping and restaurants and key sites.

Spacious apartment with lots of sunlight. Great location. Fifteen minute walk to Alcazar and Cathedral and many great plazas. Property manager covered all we needed to know and was enthusiastic about helping us. Public parking lot was very close.

Amazing place! Great location for being in the heart of Seville. Also the unit is perfect for 2 couples and really nicely spaced out. In fact one of the bedrooms (with an en suite) has a private entrance. Highly recommend.

This property is in an excellent location. All the shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores within 1-5 minutes walking distance. All the popular tourist attractions like Seville Cathedral and Real Alcazar (which are right next to each other) were within 5 minutes walk. Plaza de Espana was about 12-15 minutes walk. I recommend renting bikes to explore the city. The host and his partner were very responsive and super helpful. Seville is a beautiful city with some of the best restaurants, walking and biking spaces. The local people of Seville are very warm and welcoming to the foreign tourists. While the street on which this apartment is located can be noisy in the weekend nights , it is nevertheless an excellent location. If we get a chance to visit Seville again, I would rent this apartment again.

Appartement fantastique ! Spacieux, lumineux, aéré, avec un grand balcon, très agréable à vivre. L’emplacement est parfait : on peut aller partout en 10 - 15 minutes à pied, vraiment très pratique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Séville dans cet appartement et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

The apartment is located right in the middle of all “must see” attractions in Seville. We even made time for a Day-Trip to Córdoba. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and had most amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. The apartment is also nicely decorated. Be aware that the property is located in a pedestrian only street and you may have to walk some distance from the main road to obtain transportation. We were warned in advance by the host that the city would be mostly close on the day of our departure due to The Marathon. We walked from the apartment to the train station in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend the apartment and the Host to any travelers.
