One bedroom loft apartment centrally located on Santa Clara street, near Alameda de Hércules, and 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral.
The interiors have been cleverly designed to create a stylish and comfortable space for living. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including a washing machine-dryer and dishwasher. There is a dining table with four chairs. Adjacent to the dining area is the sitting area, which features a sofa, coffee table and a smart TV.
At the back of the apartment is the bedroom with a double bed and a large fitted wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet with double access from the bathroom and living-dining area.
Santa Clara is a ground floor apartment with a surface area of 55sqm. It includes free wifi internet connection and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.

San Vicente ist das Stadtviertel im Nordwesten der Altstadt, zwischen dem Guadalquivir Fluss und dem Alameda de Hercules Platz. Es gibt dort viele Kirchen und kleine Plätze und manche der besten Tapasbars Sevillas.
Die sehenswertesten Kirchen sind San Vicente - ein schönes Exemplar des Gothisch-Mudejar Stils, im 15. Jhdt. erbaut - und die Basilica del Gran Poder, die Kirche einer der am meisten verehrten Christusfiguren Sevillas. Die Prozession des "Cristo del Gran Poder" ist ein emblematischer Bestandteil der Semana Santa Sevillas.
Das Flussufer des Guadalquivir Flusses im Westen des Stadtteils ist bekannt zum Spazierengehen, Fahradfahren und Joggen. Die "Plaza de Armas", der ehemalige Hauptbahnhof Sevillas, erbaut im Jahr 1901 als eine Eisenkonstruktion mit Neo-Mudejar Elementen, ist heute ein modernes Einkaufszentrum.

El apartamento en sí era encantador, con una decoración acogedora y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable. Situado a unos minutos a pie del centro histórico y los principales monumentos. La cama es cómoda, lo cual se agradece después de un largo día recorriendo la ciudad. Amabilidad en el check-in, proporcionándonos recomendaciones locales. Sin duda, recomendaría este apartamento a cualquiera que visite Sevilla.

L'équipe qui gère l'appartement est très réactif et professionnel. Malheureusement le logement est accolé à un gros chantier et à partir de 8h les camions, marteaux et ouvriers sont à l'œuvre, impossible de dormir au delà. Le logement souffre également d'un problème d'humidité du à une vmc dans la salle de bain peu efficace. Le logement reste néanmoins très bien placé et agréable.

The apartment was beautiful, it matched our expectations and even more! It has all needed necessaries that makes you feel at home. It’s located perfectly in alameda, on walking distance from most of Sevillas musts. Our host has been very friendly and helpful during the whole stay. A big recommendation for a visit! Thank you for great hospitality.

We stayed 1 week in this apartment and overall we are happy. The wifi was ok for working from home. The location is good enough, the neighbourhood is nice and safe. There are some things to improve but not essential (I comunicated them to the owner). The apartment is not soundproofed and there are no non transparent curtains so not really suitable for light sleepers.

This apartment is really large and cozy，though it is extremely hot outside, the appartment remains cool somhow，even if you turn off the air conditioning. Damián was very friendly and quick in response，everything went smoothly.
