Modern studio apartment in a traditional Sevillian house, set around a plant-filled courtyard. Located in the historic centre on Jesús del Gran Poder street, next to Alameda de Hércules, and 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral.
The interiors are characterised by contemporary furnishings, wooden flooring and exposed ceiling beams - creating a stylish and comfortable space.
The apartment is separated into 2 different zones. The modern kitchen is equipped with the main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a dining table with four chairs. Adjacent to the dining area is the sitting area, which features a sofa, coffee table and a Smart TV (the small tv shown in the pictures has been replaced).
At the back of the apartment is the sleeping area with a double bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin, and there is a separate toilet.
The apartment has direct access to the house courtyard, and has its own designated outdoor seating area with table and chairs.
Other features: free WIFI internet access and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
Esquivel is a ground floor apartment fully refurbished in 2016, with a surface area of 50m². The apartment is set up on a XVIII century building totally renewed.

San Vicente ist das Stadtviertel im Nordwesten der Altstadt, zwischen dem Guadalquivir Fluss und dem Alameda de Hercules Platz. Es gibt dort viele Kirchen und kleine Plätze und manche der besten Tapasbars Sevillas.
Die sehenswertesten Kirchen sind San Vicente - ein schönes Exemplar des Gothisch-Mudejar Stils, im 15. Jhdt. erbaut - und die Basilica del Gran Poder, die Kirche einer der am meisten verehrten Christusfiguren Sevillas. Die Prozession des "Cristo del Gran Poder" ist ein emblematischer Bestandteil der Semana Santa Sevillas.
Das Flussufer des Guadalquivir Flusses im Westen des Stadtteils ist bekannt zum Spazierengehen, Fahradfahren und Joggen. Die "Plaza de Armas", der ehemalige Hauptbahnhof Sevillas, erbaut im Jahr 1901 als eine Eisenkonstruktion mit Neo-Mudejar Elementen, ist heute ein modernes Einkaufszentrum.

Apartamento agradable en buena ubicación. Acogedor barrio. Río (ciclismo, jogging, canoa) cerca. Sin embargo, el apartamento está oscuro. Las fotos del anuncio dan una imagen equivocada. El equipo de cocina era bastante limitado si quieres cocinar tú mismo (estuvimos allí durante un mes). El anfitrión respondió rápidamente y adecuadamente a las solicitudes o preguntas.

Muy bonito apartamento, bastante bien localizado y se puede llegar al centro y a las atracciones turísticas caminando 15-20 minutos. La estancia fue bastante cómoda y agradable para pasar la noche aunque a veces se podía escuchar ruido de vecinos y personas caminando. Aparte de eso, todo muy bien! Manuel nos dio recomendaciones para cosas que ver y donde comer en la ciudad y siempre respondía a nuestras dudas o mensajes!

We love this location, just off the Alameda de Hercules. It's only a short walk to the centre and all of the attractions, and the local area is buzzing at night, a fantastic atmosphere. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Whilst the bedroom area is only divided from the living area by a dividing wall, it feels very cosy and comfortable. We found the bed very comfortable, but a few extra pillow would be welcome. This was our second stay in this apartment and we are sure to choose it again.

L’appartamento è perfetto, molto comodo, zona ottima e perfetto anche per lunghi soggiorni. Unica pecca è il rumore la sera, soprattutto il week end, visto che l’appartamento è a piano terra e da sulla strada è difficile dormire presto. Consiglio di portarsi dei tappi per le orecchie. Per il resto, soggiorno perfetto!

Overall, it was a great stay. The apartment is clean and tidy, with a nice open style. The location is fantastic, right beside La Alameda de Hercules, and a short walk from the city centre. For me there were just a couple of annoyances: 1. There is a store room that adjoins the rear of the apartment, which is where the bed is. Some neighbour goes in there literally every 10-15 mins throughout the day, and even when I have headphones on, I can hear them moving glass bottles (lots of them!) around. Annoying during the day, but even worse during the night - the latest I heard this happening was midnight. 2. There is also some weird tube coming through the ceiling above the shower that frequently drips into the shower. Not only is the drip annoying but the fact that dirty water is dripping into the shower means you have to clean the shower every time you want to use it, and you have to hope nothing drips on to you while using the shower.

L'appartamento è molto silenzioso, luminoso, spazioso, con una buona dotazione anche per quanto riguarda la cucina. E' assai gradevole anche per la presenza di un patio interno, in cui si può fruire di un piccolo tavolino. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione molto interessante, proprio a ridosso del centro storico e nelle sue prossimità si trovano diversi locali in cui poter fare colazione, pranzi e cene.

Had an amazing stay in this apartment. Great location, quiet at night but still very close to everything I wanted to see and do. The apartment is spacious. Communication with the host was also great. The patio I haven't actually used, because I preferred the privacy of the indoors when it was hot, and I went out in the mornings and evenings to explore the beautiful city.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce petit appartement, vraiment à notre goût et bien situé dans un quartier convivial et vivant. Juste dommage que le logement manque un peu de luminosité. À part ce point, parfait je recommande.

Comfortable and stylish Studio apartment in the central district of La Alameda just a few minutes walk to the main touristic sites, new and high quality furniture, very comfy bed, excellent Wi-Fi, I definitely recommend it.
