Sevillan town-house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, patio and terrace. Suitable for up to 10 guests. The use of the terrace is prohibited from 00:00 to 9:00AM, in order to not disturb the neighbours rest at night. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties.
Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features of Sevillian craftsmanship such as exposed brick walls, wood beamed ceilings and ceramic tile work.
150m² are distributed over three floors. On the ground floor, the entrance gives on to a central patio with a skylight, decorated with tiles made by the historic Mensaque company to half height. There is a a seating area, pleasant for summer days.
On the first floor is the living room with 2 large windows facing Quintana street. It is elegantly furnished with a large sofa, 3 armchairs, central table and TV. Dining table and chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.
The modern kitchen has independent access and is well equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including: fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a kitchen table and a set of chairs.
The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are arranged over the three floors of the house and comprise: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. There is a sofa-bed for 1 additional person, completing the house capacity for up to 10.
The first bathroom features a large bathtub, and is opposite bedroom 1, on the first floor. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and is on the second floor with bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower and is on the ground floor across the patio with bedroom 4 and bedroom 5.
The house has an exceptionally sunny terrace with rooftop views on the second floor. It is decorated with plants, and furnished with a large dining table, chairs, canopy and an outdoor shower. The terrace is south facing and therefore has plenty of sun throughout the day - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. There is a small cupboard kitchen with a fridge next to the terrace.
Observations: Each room of the house is provided with heating and air-conditioning (except one of the bedrooms on the ground floor).
Location: Quintana street, close to Alameda de Hércules, and 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Macarena quarter.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

It is strictly forbidden to celebrate parties, play music, speak loudly or carry out any activity that may interrupt the rest of the other neighbors. When signing the present document the guest accepts the conditions, exonerating the legal owner of the apartment of all responsibility.

El apartamento está bellamente decorado y cualquier problema se resolvió rápidamente y de una manera amable. Las toallas más grandes habrían sido agradables y es necesario revisar los utensilios de cocina (¡había 2 sacacorchos rotos!) El apartamento se distribuye en 3 plantas con escaleras empinadas que podrían resultar complicadas para personas con problemas de movilidad o niños pequeños. En general, fue una estancia maravillosa y definitivamente volveríamos.

Great location - more of a local feel which was really nice with great restaurants and bars and all the sites within walking distance. Check in and check out was very smooth, and the host was very responsive. Lovely rooftop terrace and cozy living room. Can imagine it’s nice and cool in the summer but winter was a bit cold, especially if you’re on the ground floor as one room didn’t have a heater. Could’ve been cleaned a bit more thoroughly before our arrival.

magnifique petit hôtel particulier que nous avons apprécié durant ces 5 jours à Séville dans une rue calme et néanmoins animée de Séville. proche de toutes les commodités, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse encore agréable fin octobre et le petit salon. la literie est très bonne, ferme, et de qualité. bien insonorisé. les salles de bain sont très jolies et agréables. bref c'était top pour se retrouver entre amis.

Nous avons passé en famille 4 jours formidables dans cette belle maison ancienne au charme sévillan ( carreaux aux murs dans le hall) située dans un quartier sympathique. Les salles de bains et la cuisine ont été bien modernisées , la terrasse a été très appréciée de tous malgré un temps mitigé. À pied , Il faut compter un bon 1/4 heure pour se rendre dans le quartier touristique à travers les ruelles typiques de la ville.

Siamo stati in 9 (5 adulti e 4 ragazzi) e ci siamo trovati molto bene. In 15-20 minuti a piedi si arriva alla Cattedrale ed all'Alcazar. Nei dintorni bei locali sia per fare colazione che per cenare o bere qualcosa. La casa è molto bella, su tre livelli. Per il caldo non abbiamo goduto troppo della terrazza ma è un bello spazio con doccia esterna e tavolo. Un po' difficile trovare parcheggio nei dintorni, qualche volta ho parcheggiato più lontano e poi sono tornato con un monopattino in sharing, soluzione fattibile. Manuel è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato anche suggerimenti per la nostra tappa successiva. Nel complesso esperienza assolutamente positiva, lo consiglio.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Quintana Terrace in Seville, Spain. My husband and I enjoyed a vacation with our adult children (all 30+ years old). The house was incredible! Everyone had their own bed. We utilized the house to its fullest. The shared spaces (kitchen, TV room, and terrace) were all wonderful. We loved the neighborhood. Food, shopping and entertainment were all within walking distance. Hopefully we will be able to stay at Quintana Terrace again.

We found Quintana Terrace to have a lot of character and charm. The apartment was conveniently located allowing us to explore different parts of Seville. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was well maintained with a lot of character and charm. Traveling as a group of two families with 7 people we were able to spread out comfortably and have our own space. Finally, the property manager was readily available and helpful.

Our group of 6 absolutely loved this house! It was exactly as described and suited all our needs well. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable to a grocery store and fantastic restaurants and bars are minutes away. The hosts are very communicative and even helped us locate a nearby parking garage for our rental car. Overall a fantastic experience, highly recommend!

Nous étions 10 amies, pour des retrouvailles en solo. La maison est magnifique (à l’image de cette belle ville). Nombre de chambres et de salles de bain parfait, terrasse au top. À proximité de restaurants, bars à tapas et autres commerces. Je recommande à 100%.

Fuimos un grupo de amigas a pasar el fin de semana a Sevilla e inicio de Feria. La comunicación con ellos fue perfecta, pudimos entrar antes a la casa ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba temprano. Excelente ubicación, cerca hay un supermercado DIA, y está en muy buena zona. La casa es espectacular, no le faltaba detalle. Lo único que podríamos decir, es que la plancha de la ropa no funcionaba, por el resto, excelente. Muchísimas gracias ☺️

I stayed as family of 9 with my senior parents and my 5 year old niece and nephew. The place is over 3 floors so may be a challenge if you have small kids & parents. The place has lots of character and close to all the main areas as well as local bars n restaurants. I would here again.

Our family of 5 stayed in this charming apartment over Christmas. We loved all of the art and decor, and little festive holiday touches that were added throughout. The apartment was clean, comfortable and safe, and the multi level layout worked well for our family with older teen/young adult kids. The terrace looked inviting but unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to use it. The location is convenient; about a 20-30 minute pleasant walk into the main tourist area, with a market, groceries and restaurants nearby. Check in and all communication with Veo apartments were great.

Questa casa è spettacolare! Tantissimo spazio. Bagni molto ampi. Spazi comuni (soggiorno e terrazza) organizzati molto bene. Tante camere. Ideale per due famiglie numerose. Cucina moderna e accessoriata di tutto. Ottima posizione. Servizio di prenotazione e accoglienza perfetto. Arredi e asciugamani un po' vecchiotti, ma la casa è talmente bella e particolare (stile andaluso) che questo dettaglio diventa trascurabile. Respuesta: Estimado Stefano. Muchas gracias por su valoración, esperemos que esta bonita experiencia se repita en un futuro breve. Con respecto a las toallas, lamentamos que les hayan tocado las más antiguas, pues estamos en un constante proceso de renovación de nuestra ropa de hogar. En relación a los muebles antiguos, comentar que forman parte del proyecto integral de reforma de casa y que imprimen a la misma ese estilo Andaluz. Tenemos piezas que proceden de la Guerra Civil española, y otras están publicadas en revistas de decoración como Harpers' Bazaar. Todos ellos han sido tratados contra carcomas para su correcta conservación. No obstante tanto colchones, como almohadas, como sofás son totalmente actuales. También la cocina y los baños.

This house surpassed all our expectations. Only five minutes from Alameda de Hercules with all the bars and restaurants, this property was exceedingly quiet. The bedrooms were very comfortable,the kitchen well equipped and the sitting rooms had plenty of Spanish atmosphere with the interesting furnishings and paintings.
