Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, for up to 4 people. Located in the Triana neighbourhood of Seville, a 10 minutes walk from the historical centre. On the 7th floor of a high building, with rooftop views from the living room.

There is a comfortable sitting area with a large window, which offers views on the Triana neighbourhood. At the other end is the dining table with seating for 4 guests.

The large kitchen is separated from the living area by a sliding door. It is well equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering. With oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

Other features include a large-screen TV, DVD, air conditioning (hot/cold), ceiling fans and wireless internet.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features two single beds. There is a second family bathroom available, with access from the corridor.

The apartment is on the 7th floor of a residential building, with an elevator. Located at the corner of Esperanza de Triana street with San Jacinto street. Both streets cross at the very centre of Triana.

Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.

Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.

Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

Minimum stay:

3 nights.

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment:

The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The other option is to pay the balance by bank transfer, at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Please request account details by email.

Electricity (only for stays of 2+ weeks):

The electricity consumption is billed extra, according to the original supplier invoice, or, if not available, according to the counters (0,25 EUR /kWh).
For this purpose, a deposit of 150 EUR is required for each reserved month. The deposit has to be paid in addition to the rent amount, and will be refunded on your second last day, discounted the electricity consumption.
Other utilities, as water and gas, are included in the rental price.


Check-in time:
15:00 to 20:00h. Supplement for late check-in from 20:00 to 23:00h: 20€ (to be paid in cash, on arrival).
Supplement for late check-in from 23:00 to 02:00h: 30€ (to be paid in cash, on arrival).
Early check-in is possible, but subject to availability.

Parking:
Daily rate: EUR 13. Reduced price at car park "Mercado de Triana". Located at 600 m from the apartment. Reservation by email required.

Additional services:
Internet: Free! Wireless internet.
Baby cot: 25 EUR. (1-7 nights). Please request on your booking form.
Airport transfer: 35 EUR (1-4 pax); 65 EUR (5-7 pax). 5 EUR extra for late transfers from 10PM to 8AM. Reservation required.

Cancellation policy:
The 20% reservation deposit is completely non-refundable.

Nous avons été entièrement satisfait par cet appartement de Triana. Il offre tout le confort recherché et sa situation est idéale pour visiter Séville. Nous avons réalisé toutes nos visites à Séville à pieds et le quartier de Triana est idéalement situé car il est facile de s'approvionner à proximité (marché de Triana, boulangerie, boucherie, fruiteries etc) sans compter les nombreux et excellents bars à tapas. Tout le Séville historique est à votre portée. C'est un appartement que nous recommandons sans hésitations : il a une vraie cuisine où rien ne manque ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas des locations. Il offre tout le confort désiré avec ses 2 chambres, ses 2 salles de bain complètes, son salon (TV, DVD, bibliothèque etc), sa salle à manger, ses trois unités de climatisation/chauffage. Nous y avons passé deux semaines, en ce début novembre et nous avons été choyés par une météo idéale. Esperanza Triana est une référence que nous conserverons précieusement afin d'en faire profiter nos amis. Enfin, nous devons aussi préciser que nous avons été très satisfaits des prestations offertes par VEO Apartment que nous avons découvert : un service professionnel, impeccable et efficace ! Bravo

We were 4 people. 2 around 50 years old and 2 around 80 years old. It's modern, bright, smaller than it looks in the photos, but we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were all very happy there. The flat is in a great location. Triana itself is a lovely place to be and the flat is only a 7 minute walk to the Triana bridge. Across the bridge is the centre of Seville and from there it's only a 7 minute walk to the Cathedral. Throughout the whole 15 to 20 minute walk from the flat to the Cathedral there are lots of places to stop for drinks and tapas. It was perfect and next time we're in Seville, we'll book again. Thanks.

Schönes Apartment mit sehr umfangreicher Ausstattung. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Lage ist zwar nicht ganz so zentral, aber mit den Bussen ist das alles kein Problem. Es gibt Haltestellen gleich um die Ecke, bzw. ganz in der Nähe, mit denen man ohne umzusteigen bis ins Zentrum ( Pza. Magdalena, Puerta Jerez, Prado ) gelangt. Es empfiehlt sich eine Tarjeta turistica für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung und für uns in perfekter Lage. Sauber und ruhig. Geschäfte und gute preiswerte Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Wir können den Service von Veoapartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
