Apartment with 1-bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. It is centrally located on calle Niño Ricardo, close to Santa Catalina church, and 10-15 minutes walk from the Cathedral.
The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs. There is a small balcony facing the street, with a table and a chair. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances, washing machine included.
The bedroom has a double bed (135x190cm) and a large fitted wardrobe. The window faces a quiet patio, without exterior noises.
Full bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower.
Other features: TV, free wireless internet connection and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
The apartment is on the first floor of a quiet residential building, without elevator.
Supermarkets
There is a MAS supermarket at Plaza Padre Jerónimo de Córdoba, at 2 min walking from the apartment.
Parking
Street parking is difficult to find in the area. There is a public car park very close, at 2 min walking, on calle Escuelas Pías.
Bycicles
It is not allowed to take bycicles to the apartment, since the staircase is narrow and there is no lift.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Pasamos la Semana Santa de este 2024 y la verdad que la experiencia ha sido muy buena. La zona excelente, muy centrica, limpio y con todo lo necesario, el dormitorio como se indica da a un patio interior muy tranquilo. Un alojamiento totalmente recomendable

Incredible spot to stay, very walking accessible to all the highlights of old town Seville without the hustle and bustle of being too in the mix. Also very walkable from the train station, just a great spot to have as your base as you explore the city!

La ubicación es inmejorable y Joao se mostró muy atento. Llegamos antes de lo previsto y se acercó a recibirnos. La ducha tenía una pequeña fuga en el modo lluvia y el agua salía hacía el techo, pero era funcional y no supuso un problema en absoluto.

Muy buena ubicación, precio razonable, apartamento pequeño pero completo (a falta de lavavajillas, y el extractor de humo no funcionaba), silencioso en horas no lectivas, trato cordial (dispuse de menaje extra), wifi ok, limpio a la llegada.

Idéalement situé c'était très agréable de tout faire dans Séville à Pied. Nombreux commerces autour, quartier vivant. Appartement très propre, très bien équipé. L'équipe de Veoapartement ont été d'un bon contact et réactif. Bel accueil avec conseils et recommandations. Pour faire suite a d'autres commentaires, oui il y a une école à proximité mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé outre mesure. On recommande :)

Idéalement placé. A moins de 10 min à pied du centre de Séville. Très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous recommandons cet appartement !

Quite well situated to explore Sevilla and Andalucia. Close to buses and trains, plus shopping and open air markets. Could be a bit cleaner and I recommend a more comfortable couch and bigger screen TV.

I was pleased with my entire stay. The management personnel were all pleasant and helpful. The location is especially handy, being off the main streets, and therefore quiet at night. Yet it is close enough to the city center that it is no problem to walk anywhere you wish to go.

Appartement inadapté pour les mois froids, car le chauffage est une soufflerie désagréable... Par contre, idéal pour les chaleurs, sols en marbre, air conditionné efficace! La salle de bain étant très petite, j'enlèverai le bidet qui n'est pas utile, car il y a une douche et mettrait ainsi un tabouret et un crochet pour les habits et les linges de bain. La terrasse sur le toit jouit d'une belle vue et est très agréable, lorsque le soleil n'est pas trop chaud. Etant donné le prix de l'appartement relativement élevé, il faudrait l'aménager pour la rendre plus accueillante J'ai beaucoup apprécier avoir un Wi-Fi qui fonctionne très bien ! Le seul point négatif : le prix est surélevé, par rapport à l'offre locale !

It was nice and nothing was broken. Nice to have hair dryer and such. The binder with info was very helpful as well. But the dishes and cutlery that were in the drawers were dirty and you could tell the glasses were not washed, just put away. Other than that it was fine. On my check out day the cleaning lady came an hour early and it was a bit confusing. I was in the middle of packing my stuff..I had to rush and leave cause she didn't go away, just stood outside waiting for me to finish. Was not very organized. Owner's reply: Thanks for your comments. We're happy you enjoyed the apartment. We're going to take care of checking the dish cleanliness. Sorry for the confusion about your check-out time, we understood you wanted to leave the apartment at 10am (it was written on your receipt), that's why the cleaning lady came at this time. Regards.
