House with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and private terrace. It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and less than 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral. There is parking available nearby - see conditions.
From the entrance door, stairs lead up to the living area on the first floor. It is furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Two windows face a quiet street. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is equipped with utensils for cooking and appliances - washing machine included. Bathroom with shower.
On the second floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower.
On the third floor is the third bedroom, with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Terrace: The access to the private terrace is from bedroom No.3. It is decorated with plants and equipped with outdoor seating and a parasol. The terrace is south facing and therefore has plenty of sun throughout the day.
Other features: Free WIFI internet, TV and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.
Note: The house is distributed over three main floors, with access via stairs. We don't recommend this property for people with reduced mobility.

El Arenal is one of the most vibrant areas of Seville, centrally located between the palm-lined eastern shore of the Guadalquivir River and the historic district of Santa Cruz.
Here you will find many of Seville´s attractions - all at your doorstep. Catch a bullfight at the internationally renowned arena of La Maestranza, or a concert at the Maestranza Theatre. Visit the Naval History Museum of Seville, housed in the landmark Torre Del Oro (Tower of Gold), or take a city boat cruise on the Guadalquivir. The Cathedral of Seville and the Alcázar Royal Palace are in the neighbouring district of Santa Cruz and a short walk away.

Location was fantastic, lots of restaurants around, market close to apartment, and close to taxis. Appreciated the windows and the roof top patio. Be ware there are many stairs on the floors. Furniture could use a little updating.

ottima posizione, ci si arriva velocemente con l'autobus dell'aeroporto e a piedi si arriva tranquillamente dappertutto, comunicazioni con l'host perfette. appartamento non adatto a persone con disabilità perché si sviluppa di 3 piani. noi lo abbiamo usato solo per dormire e fare la doccia in quanto eravamo totalmente rapiti dalla città....ma lo consiglio e ci tornerei

La localización del apartamento está genial, cerca de todo. Da mucha privacidad ya que las habitaciones están en una planta distinta al salón y cocina. Tener tres baños nos resultó muy práctico. las habitaciones de la segunda planta bien pero la de la tercera el colchón no es muy cómodo. Necesita un tostador nuevo, el resto bien. La terraza un plus!!! Estuvimos muy a gusto, tiene variedad de menaje.

Appartement très bien situé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Manuel qui nous a conseillé de nombreux restaurants autour de la maison. Nous étions 3 couples pendant ce séjour et chacun avait sa chambre et sa salle de bain. L'appartement est bien équipé et la terrasse est vraiment très agréable pour se reposer ou prendre l'apéro. Nous recommandons vraiment cette adresse.

The best things about this apartment are the location and the fact that there are 3 bathrooms and that the rooms are separated on different floors. One of the things we didn't like as much is that you hear a bit of street noise despite there being no bars or restaurants on the street. The windows in the apartment are not sound-proof and so you hear people shouting on the street.

Déçus par notre expérience. Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité : appartement assez triste et sombre, décoration obsolète, chambres très petites et sans rangements, équipement cuisine très rudimentaire, terrasse mal entretenue, store séjour défectueux, la chambre et la salle de bain du troisième étage sont limites acceptables. Par contre, emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville.

It was great to have the roof terrace and the apartment is centrally located - handy for the cathedral and real alcazar. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot and the air-conditioning and WiFi worked. The apartment dropped a few points on details eg: there were no wine or juice glasses, not enough coathangers, a broken socket and toilet roll holder ect. Having said that, there was plenty of shampoo and soap and the host was thougtful in providing umberellas

We are so pleased with Veopartment. It was beautiful and clean and situated in a very convenient part of town with lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of central sights that were only a few minutes away on foot. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and we would happily stay there again - highly recommend!

Sanitaires et cuisine très propre, manque juste un peu d'entretien sur les murs de l'escalier. (on voit où les gens se tienne après le mur quand on tourne dans l'escalier, c'est sale) et manque de rangement dans les douches, on doit mettre nos bouteilles par terre. Un peu bruyant comme quartier, fenêtres pas insonorisées, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans la rue. Sinon, tout a été parfait!

Hemos estado un fin de semana en el apartamento. Está en una muy buena zona, a 5 minutos catedral, 2 puente de Triana y muy cerca de bares, restaurantes... Es toda una casa para ti solo, que eso te da mucha intimidad, pero para las personas de poca movilidad, hay una habitación en la 3a planta, donde está la terraza, es decir, que para salir a la terraza, se ha de pasar por la habitación. La recomiendo, pero sobre todo para personas o familias no mayores, ya que las habitaciones etan en la 2n y 3a planta

L’accueil a été fait par Damian qui a été extrêmement gentil et flexible. Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que prévu et il nous a attendu à l’appartement avec un accueil très chaleureux. Damian nous a également donné de bonnes adresses pour manger. Le toit terrasse est très agréable. L’appartement est calme et entre les différents étages le bruit ne se diffuse pas. Ce qui permet de laisser certains dormir quand d’autres sont dans le salon. Superbe séjour avec un emplacement vraiment idéal !

L'appartamento è molto pulito e curato. L'impianto di condizionamento funziona molto bene e si sta bene. Il terrazzino è molto comodo soprattutto per la sera. L'Host è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per visitare la città.
