1-bedroom apartment with a large private terrace, located in the historic centre of Seville. San Vicente neighbourhood. It is very close to Alameda de Hércules - a popular square with many terrace bars and pubs.
The apartment features a living room with sofa, desk and TV. There is a kitchen equipped for self-catering and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom with a double bed of 140x200cm.
The apartment's large terrace is equipped with outdoor seating and fitted with a watering system for the plants. Due to its L-shape, there is direct sun, and also shade, for most of the day.
The property is situated in a small street with very little car traffic, which leads from the lively Alameda de Hercules towards the river. The apartment itself is extremely quiet, as the building is set back from the street by a large interior courtyard.

San Vicente is a residential neighbourhood notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Minutes from the major sights and attractions, it makes an ideal base to explore an authentic part of the city and enjoy some of Seville's most renowned local tapas bars.
Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.
San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. "Plaza de Armas" (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.

Having stayed in Seville over a number of years I can safely say that Alameda Terrace 2 is a fantastic apartment. The location of the apartment is excellent. The amenities are excellent, comfortable & clean, whether your stay is long or short. The terrace is superb, with plenty of outdoor furniture which is a must during the hot days in Seville! The apartment has excellent air con & is very quiet day & evening. Contact with the property throughout our stay was excellent.

A 5 day city break in the amazing area of Alameda De Hercules with outstanding facilities in every corner. After breakfast in the amazing cafe La Colluminus every morning we set off sight seeing which were maximum 25 mins walk being the furthest point. Always returned to the fabulous apartment to get washed, changed and ready for yet another fantastic culinary experience at any of the amazing restaurants 5 mins from our door.

This is a lovely apartment situated in a great area of Seville! Just perfect for spending time here and the highlight is definitely the rooftop area which gets lots of sunlight throughout the day! We would definitely recommend this stay and Paula is a wonderful host.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Marcus nous a réservé un très bon accueil (avec des explications claires, des recommandations). Des documents explicatifs étaient également à disposition. L’appartement était propre, bien situé et nous a permis de visiter la ville entièrement à pied. Bien que le logement soit à proximité des restaurants ou encore des supérettes, la résidence reste très calme et agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement à ceux qui cherchent un endroit paisible, légèrement en retrait du centre mais proche de toutes les animations. À bientôt !

The apartment was perfect for our 4 day trip to Seville. We particularly liked having a rooftop terrace all to ourselves. Markus was very helpful, both as we arrived, and on the day we left - being able to leave our luggage at the office so that we could enjoy our last day unencumbered by suitcases made such a difference.

We had a lovely week in Seville, visiting for Semana Santa. The apartment was very comfy and perfectly situated for walking into Seville centre and to the Alameda de Hercules, which had loads of delicious restaurants. We were also well situated to see many of the parades at the Alameda or nearby streets and to get public transport all over Seville. The terrace is in the sun for a lot of the day and we are breakfast outside most of the time. We hope to return to the apartment for another holiday.

Si tienes suerte, podrás encontrarte con alguno de los negociadores en las principales vías de acceso (:-)) conseguir. Pero tenga cuidado de no aparcar donde haya líneas azules. Si utilizas los aparcamientos ¡te robarán!

Apartamento realmente genial en una ubicación increíble: la terraza es fantástica. Cómoda cama y almohadas, cocina decente y accesorios de baño con algunos servicios básicos. Hay mucho espacio para un viajero solo o para una pareja para unos días o una estancia un poco más larga. Volvería con mucho gusto!!

This place is a hidden gem. The host is the best, she received us personally and gave us local recommendations of restaurants and local falmeco shows. The apartment is in a great location close to everything but also quiet at night. Area felt really safe and the host made herself available if we needed anything. overall 100% recommend this airbnb.

The host was very responsive and was waiting for us on our arrival. Location was great as very close to restaurants and bars and walking distance to all the attractions. There were three flights of stairs to get to the apartment so not ideal if you have mobility issues.

Parfait pour un séjour à deux (ou trois maximum). Bien localisé proche de la plaza d’hercules. Très calme. La terrasse est grande mais peu utile quoique bien abrité du soleil direct ce qui autorise des dîners intimistes si l’on ne sort pas.

The apartment is in a great location for restaurants and bars and seeing more of the local life rather than being in the centre of the tourist area. The courtyard makes the accomodation quiet. The large roof terrace is lovely, just not much sun on it in February. The communication with the letting company was good and a minor issue was sorted out promptly.

When you stay in this apartment it is very hard to believe you are in a city. It is so quiet and peaceful. Woke the first morning to the sound of birds singing. The bed is very comfortable. We visited many areas of the city and were glad we picked this area to stay in. Very vibrant area, with fabulous restaurants and bars. One of our favourite bars was Bicicleteria, a 5 minute walk away. Very small cosy bar with lots of different music and where the locals love to dance and wow they really know how to dance.

The apartment was just as described but was even nicer in-person than the pictures, located in a very nice neighborhood that's near tourist attractions but not touristy. I had flight delay issues and the management was very accommodating and communicative about my check-in. I was sad that my stay was cut more than a day short due to the delay. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Sevilla!

what an amazing apartment in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. everything is within walking distance. The roof terrace was a fantastic size. communication was first class. we were allowed to stay on until 7pm as we had a late flight which was much appreciated. will definitely be back in Seville and will definitely stay here again

Fantastisch verblijf. Voor de tweede keer geboekt. Manuel en Paula zijn zeer vriendelijk en flexibel. Manuel spreekt zeer goed Engels dus makkelijke communicatie. Ligging van het appartementis rustig maar desondanks zeer dicht bij een heel gezellig plein. Tevens zitten de restaurants Eslava en Duo Tapas op 300 meter. Centrum is ook zeer dichtbij. Prima appartment met een groot terras. Zeker de moeite waard.

We hebben met 30 graden volop gebruik gemaakt van het grote terras. Het appartement ligt vlak aan een bruisend plein maar hier merkte je niets van, het was er ontzettend rustig. Enig minpuntje, het bed is maar 1m40 breed en de kussens waar veel te zacht. Dit laatst hebben we opgelost door dekens in de kussensloop te steken. Veoapartment is vlot bereikbaar en doordat we er een week verbleven kregen we na een paar dagen propere handdoeken en lakens. Op onze vraag ook keukenhanddoeken.

The apartment, although being a bit tired, was still very very good and the location was ideal. The balcony is huge and given good weather is a major asset. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Seville. Being right next to Alameda De Hercules is great, lots of bars and restaurants but clear of the tourist masses and major traffic, but still easy walking distance to the Central areas. Could do with the TV being updated to one that allows HDMI connections. Check in, airport transfer all went smoothly, well done Veo Apartments.

Appartement COMPLETEMENT au calme. Un Carrefour Express à 400 m où vous avez tout pour manger ... ou un Dia pluspetit Le Corte Ingles et un Aldi (grand) en face à 15 minutes à pied. Pour Mesdames, des rues piétonnes shopping à 15/20 minutes Bon air conditionné, (à Séville ça compte !!!) Attention soleil que le matin, (orienté EST) jusque 16h / 4 PM environ debut septembre Taxi bon marché. BON SEJOUR !!!

Exactly what we wanted for a 4 day visit to Seville. 15 minute walk to the centre but in a very nice area itself next to restaurants, bars etc. The apartment has a huge terrace which is great for sitting out when not exploring the city.

Lovely apartment unfortunately marred by building works taking place in the complex. The apartment is in a great location just off the Alameda de Hercules but on a small quiet road. Definitely got a feel for local living but only a 10 minute walk to the busy tourist areas near the cathedral as well. The flat has everything you need (hairdryer, iron, washing machine, hob, fridge) including towels, linen and extra blankets. A lovely relaxed way of seeing Seville.

Undoubtedly the best holiday apartment I have stayed in anywhere. Utterly tranquil setting and only steps away from the buzz of the Alameda. It is not especially luxurious but I would love to own it. It is a great space with the terrace and patio and light from all directions.

schönes Appartment mit toller Terasse prima um abends essen zu gehen . keine 100 Meter zum Alameda Platz mit Bars und Restaurants, überwiegend, aber nicht nur, junges Publikum. Zur Kathedrale knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß, wenn man sich durch Shopping nicht ablenken lässt... Im Appartment ist alles vorhanden , was man braucht. TV Programm allerdings nur spanisch, dafür aber freies Wlan... Wohnung und Haus waren sauber Klimaanlage funktioniert auch als Heizung ( wir waren im Februar da)

Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die zentrale aber ruhige Lage nahe der Alameda und vor allem die riesige, private Terasse verleiht ein totales Urlaubsflair. Der eizige Vermuthstropfen war die sehr geringe Anzahl an Hadtüchern (nur 2 pro Person + 1 Duschvorleger) - eine Anfrage über den Erhalt eines zweiten Handtüchersets wurde vom Wohnungseigentümer nur wiederwillig und nur zur Hälfte ermöglicht. Ansonsten würde ich die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
