Brand-new lovely studio apartment features a double-bed, table, flat-screen TV and a small kitchen equipped with new appliances to prepare your own meals. The separate bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower.
A large double window provides an abundance of light and air throughout. The apartment has free wireless access to the internet.
This studio belongs to a set of 5 holiday flats in a recently built house. All are decorated simply in a classic contemporary style. The central location of Feria Street, next to the Alameda de Hércules and only 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral, makes this apartment a great starting point to explore the city of Seville.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville’s ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hércules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafés, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

El apartamento no diferia de las fotos vistas, todo correcto. Tuve un problema con internet i todo fueron facilidades por parte de Veoapartament. Bien situado, limpio, eso sí, dificultat de aparcar en la zona.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, great value for money.
We loved the area, we spent a lot of time wandering around Sevilla but found that exploring La Macarena area our favorite experience.

I was busy for the last couple of days and just today I´m back to my routine life in Bombay.
First, I must thank each one of you for making my stay at Feria 2B in Sevilla most enjoyable and comfortable. Next, let me give you guys my feedback
As far as the location is concerned, I couldn´t have asked for anything better
I wanted to stay in the Macarena district for personal reasons to visit the Basilica of Macarena daily, so this was very convenient, just 5-7 mins walking distance!!! The tips given in the sheet of papers kept in the apartment was absolutely useful. In fact, I followed it very closely
especially on the supermarkets, Feria open market, etc as well as the instructions to use the stove, washing machine, etc. was useful.
Talking about the apartment. To me it was just perfect, had the right kind of utensils, cutlery, well maintained bathroom, perfect lighting, spacious wardrobe, a nice little balcony
Some suggestions for further enhancement
maybe you could have a full length dressing mirror in the passage (on the wall opposite the bathroom door) as well as a focus mirror in the bathroom. You see, the only mirror in the apartment was inside the bathroom. After dressing, one doesn´t prefer usually to step inside the bathroom to brush your hair. Again, the focus mirror inside the bathroom would help guys for shaving and ladies for their make-up.
On the whole, my experience has been delightful and has made my third visit to Sevilla very special! I did every little thing I had planned to do
thanks to a comfortable stay at Feria 2B!!!

Love the apartment and everything inside. It feels like a 4.5 star hotel suite with a good-sized bathroom. Tiny but very usable kitchenette, wish there's more counter space though. Very comfortable, very welcoming after an exhausted day of sightseeing. A bit of a walk to the nearest the bus stop and other sights, not really within walking distance. Very clean. Shared laundry facility well-arranged. Helpful office downstairs. Price very reasonable. Great for 2 persons. Feria market is great to visit.
