Enjoying a privileged position just set back from the Guadalquivir River, Trianamirador is a wonderful town-house with a lovely terrace. The house has unparalleled panoramic city views, which include some of Seville's most famous landmarks: Triana Bridge, La Maestranza Bullring, the Cathedral and the River. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and is suitable for up to 9 guests.
The house is unusually bright, due to the 58 windows that line the exterior, giving magnificent views of the city, and allowing light to pour in. Its central location makes it ideal for visiting Seville, and its welcoming atmosphere for relaxing afterwards.
The open-plan living room and dining space is on the first floor. It is furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. There is a smart TV and free WIFI internet access. The dining area has a large table with seating for 9.
The kitchen is well-equipped, and appliances include a washing-machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
The five bedrooms are arranged over the three floors of the house and comprise of three double-bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. 1 double bed measures 150x200 cm; 2 double beds measure 135x190cm; and the 3 single beds measure 105x200 cm.
The bathrooms are likewise arranged over three floors. There is 2 en-suite and 2 family bathrooms.
Access to the terrace is from the third floor, which includes an additional seating area with 2 sofas. The terrace is furnished with seating and a table - perfect for enjoying an unrivalled view of Cathedral across the Guadalquivir River and the splendours of the city.
The interiors are modern, but in keeping with the Regionalist traditional style of building and decoration found in Seville. The house itself dates from the beginning of the 20th century. It was designed by one of Seville's foremost architects José Espiau y Muñoz. Another of its famous works in the city is the grand Alfonso XIII Hotel.
There is elevator access from the first floor to the upper floors. The access to the first floor is via stairs.

Triana est l'un des quartiers les plus autentiques de Séville. C'était autrefois le quartier des pêcheurs, des marins et des artisans. Il se trouve à l'ouest du Guadalquivir. On y trouve les célèbres ateliers de céramique et de poterie de Séville. C'est aussi le berceau du flamenco.
Depuis la rue Betis, qui longe le fleuve, on peut profiter d'une vue magnifique sur le Guadalquivir et la vieille ville. Vous y trouverez aussi une grande variété de bars, de restaurants et de discothèques. À côté du pont de Triana se trouve un ancien marché aux produits frais, édifié il y a 150 ans sur une partie des ruines du Château de San Jorge, autrefois siège de l´Inquisition.

Incredible house with fantastic views in a convenient location. House was extremely spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Location could not have been better. The best part is the amazing view from the 4th floor of the bridge and the Cathedral. Close to may good restaurants and right above the Triana Market. I would return and would highly recommend. Location is central but quiet enough and out of the way. Check in was easy and communication with the property company was great. Note - there is a parking garage next door but the car entrance/exit is on the other side of the street - we had a little confusion when we first got there. Not a big deal as there are plenty of garages on the other side of the bridge as well and it is an easy walk if you don't have a lot of luggage. We have rented many VRBOs, this is in our top 3. You won't regret it.

Wonderful stay in a central location. We felt so lucky to find such a great place for our 3 days of sightseeing. Apartment had all we could need and fantastic views from the terrace. Only downside is that it is over 3 floors. It wasn’t a problem for our group but may be something people need to think about if they have limited mobility. Good communication and check in process.

Cette maison est magnifique, la vue de la terrasse du 2ème étage sur le Guadalquivir et les monuments qui le bordent est incroyable, et elle est idéalement située pour explorer à pied cette très belle ville. La maison est très agréable à vivre, tout est pensé pour la rendre très confortable, la climatisation efficace et silencieuse et l'ascenseur intérieur a été très utile. De plus elle est située juste au dessus d'un grand marché dont les produits sont très frais et délicieux. C'est une maison unique, qui a un charme fou, et elle a toutes les qualités que l'on attend pour un séjour parfait! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes. Merci à Pablo pour son accueil chaleureux et professionnel, et merci à Manuel pour son excellente réactivité. Nous étions un groupe de 7 amis, et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se présente!

Absolutely stunning place, in an incredible location. The house was exactly what we were looking for as a group of University friends who wanted to be able to hang out together and have a few drinks on a balcony. The facilities were excellent and it is perfectly positioned to access the centre of the city or the main tourist places.

If you’re thinking of booking, you should. The location is unmatched. It’s walkable to everything you could want. You are literally right outside the door to the Mercado de Triana, across the bridge from the bustling centro, within steps of shopping and all sorts of food and coffee shops. Check in was flexible and allowed my family who was traveling with kids, to get in and settled much earlier. 20 min drive from the airport. 15 from the train station. Whenever I had a question or a small bump arose, the managing company took care of everything so fast. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for everyone. I cannot thank the owner enough for opening up her home to allow us to experience Seville in this way.

This is an amazing property! Views and location were fantastic! Very safe area with many walkable restaurants nearby. The market next to the property was a great place to grab coffee, breakfast or lunch however it is closed on Sundays. Host was immediately reponsive to minor issue with a/c. While this property has a dedicated elevator that works wonderfully inside the unit for floors 2-4, the elevator does not go to the ground level. 14 steps are required to access the unit from outside which includes carrying of luggage. Overall would highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful, clean and homely apartment for our group of 8. It’s split on 3 floors so you have the whole building. Great views from the terrace and overlooking the river. AC worked well as it was 41 degrees outside. There is a fruit market next door and we walked to all the local sights easily. A big thank you to Manuel who greeted us to check in. He was really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us out with a separate issue which was unrelated to the apartment. We all enjoyed our stay, thank you.

We had the most amazing stay! The location of this Airbnb is perfect, right on the canal and in such a convinient and beautiful area. We felt so lucky to be there. The balcony upstairs was our favorite place to enjoy a glass of wine and look at the view. There is a farmers type market right downstairs with delicious food and produce. This was our favorite place we stayed in Spain by far!

Sevilla is one of my favorite cities in the world. Being right at the end of the Triana bridge was amazing. The market downstairs has great spots for a quick breakfast or lunch and fresh fruits and vegetables to bring back to the house. I loved staying there and will plan on booking again for our next trip to Sevilla.

This home is beautiful and well equipped. Each of us was able to have a lovely bedroom, while we were able to come together comfortably in the public spaces. There are beautiful views from many the windows and the enclosed terrace was a particular treat. The location of the home is perfect for exploring both the Triana neighborhood and the old city just across the bridge. We enjoyed having the Triana food market, with all of its delicious treats, right downstairs. Highly recommend this rental for anyone coming to Sevilla!

Great place to stay in the Trianda area of Seville. There is beautiful large third floor balcony which has great views of the River and Cathedral. We were able to walk everywhere. The beautuful accommodation is arranged over three levels which suited us well. We couldn't believe we had the whole accommodation to ourselves. The house has good quality furnishings and is really special. All the showers and toilets worked well. The kitchen is well equipped. Check in was easy. We were met in person which was great as we're given a full tour of the house on arrival. We had a great time and there was nothing nicer than sitting on the balcony at the end of the day watching the world go by.

We had a wonderful stay in Triana at this home. The location couldn’t be more ideal- with easy access to bars, restaurants, the river, the sites, and in the heart of the Triana neighborhood and all it has to offer. We’d stay here again and recommend it in a heartbeat. One thing to note that I didn’t realize from the photos is that the large river view balcony is off of a third floor bedroom and not on the main living area.

Geweldig huis met genoeg ruimte voor 9 man. Goede, schone badkamers en goede bedden. In de keuken was genoeg uitrusting aanwezig om te koken voor zo'n grote groep en waren er genoeg borden, glazen, bestek etc. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras op de brug en de stad. Contact met de host verliep goed en toen we wat kleine dingetjes hadden hebben ze ons perfect geholpen. Aanrader!

Our best apartment in our trips - amazing location, beautiful views and a very comfortable setting. Great beds and plenty of private spaces for our whole family of 7. Appliances are great and the kitchen was stocked. Market is right downstairs so easy to grab some supplies and cook a meal to enjoy on the patio.

¡Excelente departamento! Amplio, con todas las comodidades para una buena estancia. Muy bien decorado y acogedor: se sentía como en casa. Una sola observación es que el ascensor está solo en el segundo piso, es decir, hay un tramo de escaleras para subir. Te recomiendo tu estancia!

We were met by Marcus at a time convenient to us. He explained everything clearly and in detail so we were comfortable from beginning to end. Everything we needed was provided here from bedding and towels to spices, paper goods, soaps, etc. and even some guide books. The casa was very well kept and clean. We all felt very safe in the casa and the neighborhood. The location was fantastic with beautiful views of the city from the open air veranda on the top level. A food hall across the canal, the mercado downstairs and two grocery stores within walking distance were so convenient too! The elevator came in handy when toting luggage or after a long day of touring the city.

We loved this house. Tons of space in an amazing location. The patio is perfect for people watching on the street and rowers on the river no matter what the weather. Well equipped kitchen and well equipped household. Tons of restaurants, food shopping and bars just outside the door!
