
Duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fantastic terrace with a private pool. The use of the terrace and pool is prohibited from 00:00 to 8:00AM, in order to not disturb the neighbours rest at night. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties.
The living room features a sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Smart TV and high speed fiber optic internet connection (100 Mbps). The modern kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances: microwave, oven and dishwasher included. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a drying area, on the terrace.
A short corridor leads to the first two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, and bedroom 2 a double bed. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, between both rooms.
From the living room, spiral stairs lead up to the top floor, which comprises bedroom 3 with a double bed, and the second bathroom (en-suite) with a walk-in shower.
The upper bedroom gives access to the spacious and sunny private terrace of 80 square meters. Terrace with a chill out area furnished and decorated with a wooden pergola, sofas, table, outdoor shower, sun loungers, plants, and a private pool with 6 square meters (available all year-round / unheated). Enjoy a quiet and cozy atmosphere, ideal for sunbathing, resting, and relaxing.
The apartment has central air conditioning in all rooms (with cooling and heating). It is located on the second and top floors of a quiet residential building, with elevator.
San Lorenzo is one of the most authentic and popular areas of the historic centre, just a short walk from the main monuments and sights. There are shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.

We were a group of 5 friends and loved our stay here. Everything is walking distance which made it easy to explore and the private terrace area was great for chilling out during the daytime. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. The apartment had everything you would need especially the kitchen. Would 100% recommend.

Efficient use of space and nicely fit our group of 4 adults and 2 kids (5 yrs and 8 yrs). It was very clean with a new kitchen. The seating area out on the deck was lovely. The private pool is very tiny, the kids were happy to have it. there is a building pool also but not open during siesta. Good location to walk to plazas with great restaurants and bars nearby. Note, there is no coffee maker and the nearest coffee shop was about a 5 min walk.

Bel appartement dans une résidence très récente, appartement très propre, dans un quartier calme, à 15 20 minutes de marche du centre et tout près de restaurants et d'un marché local " la feria". Literie très confortable, mais effectivement, il vaut mieux peut être n'être qu'une seule personne dans le lit de la chambre mezzanine du haut. Séville est une ville magnifique. la terrasse est fantastique et elle est couverte. la météo n'était pas excellente en cette fin mai, donc nous n'avons pas pu trop utiliser la petite piscine, qui doit être bien rafraîchissante lorsqu'il fait chaud. Si vous êtes fatigués de vos visites à pieds de la journée, vous pouvez rentrer avec un taxi ou un Uber pour 5 à 6 EUR. Nous reviendrons. Merci

The apartment was great for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and the outdoor space was lovely. We could walk everywhere although by the end of a long day, we would take a quick taxi or Uber back because it was a bit too long to walk after walking all day. Great restaurants and tapas bars in the area and you can easily walk along the river. We loved it.

A fantastic little apartment, extremely well equipped with everything we needed as a family. Easy to walk to the main tourist sites, but also to the conference venue my husband was working at for the first half of our stay, as well as nice bars and restaurants and several play areas for our toddler.

Très correctement équipé même si la plaque de cuisson est un peu petite (2 feux).
Pièces lumineuses. Literie confortable même si le matelas de la chambre du haut peut être un peu désagéable à 2 si vous bougez beaucoup.

Perfect apartment in a great location close to alameda de hercules and surrounding streets which are great for a relaxed, more local, time.
Very cute and well kept with a great rooftop to relax on. Several supermarkets dotted around to buy essentials like shampoo and body wash. Overall zero complaints here.

A very clean and modern apartment within 20-30 minutes walking distance to the Alcazar, the Flamenco Dance Museum and other Sevilla attractions. The terrace and the view from it are awesome. Joao was very friendly and helpful at check in. All around a great place to stay when visiting Sevilla and all it has to offer.

A great stay at San Lorenzo. We could easily walk to local restaurants, with some great recommendations from the Veoapartment’s team (Duo Tapas, El Rinconcillo). The pool and outdoor area was great (super clean) and we certainly enjoyed this on the sunny days during our visit. I’d happily recommend a stay.

Really lovely, modern place out of the town center/tourist spots. The pool is small (as advertised) but perfect for dipping in to get cool. The outdoor upstairs space is what makes this place, so beautiful and cool on hot afternoons. The shower is small, but very nice. Lovely, firm mattresses. My main criticisms are that parking is advertised as on site, but not actually available, and check in requires coordination. Based on their availability, not the guests.

This is a lovely apartment in a good location, about a 20 minute or so walk to the cathedral. It is clean and well equipped, and has a great roof terrace. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. This new apartment has everything you need to enjoy Seville. The location was near many restaurants and within walking distance to major attractions. We enjoyed a cool dip in the pool and especially relaxing in the outside rooftop shaded area. The beds were comfortable downstairs and bathrooms had plenty of space for your personal belongings. The apartment was safe and we liked that the location was away from tourists. Highly recommended.

L'appartement est propre, dans un quartier chouette. Peut être un peu "loin" de l'hyper centre, mais on s'y sent bien. L'espace intérieur est un peu petit pour 6 (notamment la cuisine et la table pour manger), les salles de bains suffisent, même si une troisième aurait été plus que parfait. La terrasse est vraiment son atout principal, elle est juste géniale avec sa piscine, idéale pour se rafraichir avec la chaleur ! Merci on a passé un super séjour !

The apartment was comfortable, quiet and well equipped. The location was good for getting around on foot and we also used the sight seeing bus. We loved the rooftop space and pool! There are bars and small supermarkets nearby as is the river.

The location was fabulous. About a 20 minute walk to the cathedral, with lots of things to see nearby. Supermarkets were within easy reach and there was a fantastic little tapas bar about a 5 minute walk away called San Lorenzo, which we loved!
The air conditioning and the outside plunge pool made a July trip very manageable despite the 40C heat, and the terrace made the long evenings really lovely. The pool isn't really for swimming in so much as just sitting, but there is a communal pool in the apartment complex which you can use, albeit with stricter rules of use.
Beds were really comfy and the apartment was perfect for a 5 day trip. It's worth noting that the upstairs room doesn't have a door, so if you're in the upstairs room you can hear what's going on in the living room. This wasn't a problem for us as we all went to bed at around the same time, but might be useful to know for another group!

We (family of four with two teenagers) enjoyed a fabulous stay here. The apartment is beautiful and very well maintained. The roof terrace and plunge pool were a real asset and we enjoyed spending time in this space. There are plenty of lovely bars and restaurants nearby and we found the main historic centre to be an easy walk away.

Stayed with my mother, my wife and three kids aged 9 to 14. Outside deck was so relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Location was close to everywhere but not right in the middle of tourist area. Local supermarket was within 5 minute walk with nice wine selection. Quite local neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend.

We loved the little squares nearby, lots of play areas for little ones and great restaurants in the proximity.
The main draw for us was the terrace which is amazing but unfortunately it was too cold for the pool (the terrace is east facing so it’s in the shade after lunch - probably a bonus in the summer).
We found the living space a bit too crammed and small for us (2 adults and 2 kids). Cooking facilities are good but again, not much space so we decided not to bother.
Overall would recommend as a base if you’re mostly looking to eat out.

Communication was good and the rooms/kitchen were very clean. However the terrace was still very sandy after a recent storm which was annoying and the pool would not have been usable (although it was too cold for this during out stay anyway).

This is an extremely rare climate phenomenon also characterized by the changes in the usual climate of the planet. We've spent several days to get the terrace and pool cleaned. The space was lovely, comfortable, clean and modern - perfect for our few days in Seville. We just noted that the rooftop pool was smaller than it looks in photos (really just a plunge pool, not big enough for swimming) and it can be tricky to get suitcases up and down the spiral staircase for the upper bedroom, and wouldn't be a suitable room for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that, it's a great spot.

San Lorenzo is a lovely area with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close to the apartment. It about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Seville. Seville is a wonderful city and a great location to visit.
