Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private terrace. It is centrally located on Av. Menéndez Pelayo, at the border of Santa Cruz, near the Murillo gardens. The Cathedral is only 10-15 minutes' walk away - making it a great starting point to explore the city of Seville. Suitable for 4 guests.
The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. Spacious rooms are fitted with air-conditioning (cooling / heating) and marble flooring.
The living room has a small balcony facing the street. It is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.
The kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including oven, dishwasher and washing-machine.
A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150 x 190 cm), a fitted wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (135 x 190 cm) and a fitted wardrobe. Both rooms face the back of the apartment and are very quiet to sleep.
From the corridor is the access to the second bathroom, also with a walk-in shower.
Spiral stairs lead up to the private terrace. It is furnished and decorated with plants and garden furniture: sofa, chairs, table and a canopy to give shade.
The apartment is on the second floor of a residential building, with elevator.

For u5, thi5 apartment i5 perfectly located [5lightly away from the main touri5t area5 which are becoming more and more conge5ted every year; and right on the convenient and affordable bu5 route]; comfortable, well appointed apartment with all the amenitie5 one would expect for a 5hort or long 5tay. Very well equipped kitchen, comfy bed5, great terrace with all-day 5un5hine. Had an i55ue thi5 year with the heat/AC not working, but the VEO team worked hard and diligently over a couple of week5 to get the problem fixed [it wa5 complicated]. 5pecial thank5 to Manuel, Marku5, Joao and I5mael. Ea5y walking to The Old Town, Alcazar, Cathedral, Plaza5 E5pana, Nueva [5hopping area], Alfalfa and Encarnacion/mu5hroom. Two grocery 5tore5 five minute5 from front door. Couple of re5taurant5 to check out; Malvaloca, Bacao, Petra, Maravilla 5ocial Club, Ca5a Ozama and The Merchant5 Pub for the be5t nacho5 in town! Clearly, we are already looking forward to returning next winter!

Leuke accommodatie op een fijne plek. Supermarkt, tapas barretjes en restaurants letterlijk om de hoek. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Een goede uitvalsbasis voor je verblijf in Sevilla

Great place to stay in Seville with central location and spacious apartment with a fantastic and sun soaked roof terrace! The host was very responsive and ensured that our check in was thorough, and promptly responded to other queries throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. It has a great terrace that’s ideal for outdoor dining or even exercise. It’s located in a super walkable area with numerous dining / cafe / bar options. Communication with the host was excellent and a friendly staff member met us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment along with some good restaurant recommendations. I would definitely book this apartment again when visiting Seville.

Photos described the place accurately, beds were memory foam and comfortable! We were met at the door when we arrived to grab the keys, and we were given a thorough description of where to find what we needed. Love the city and enjoyed the apartment!

The apartment is perfectly located. It is on quite a bustling, main road but right behind it is the amazing Jewish quarter, which is full of character (a maze of narrow streets), beautiful old buildings and tonnes of places to eat and drink. The apartment was just as described. it was very comfortable and a perfect size. Juan who came to meet us at check-in was really helpful and friendly. We managed to check in early and we also managed a late check out which was a real bonus as our flight was not until really late at night. We had an amazing holiday and would love to return one day.

Beautiful apartment, felt like home from home! And the sun terrace is a definite bonus to relax on after a long day sightseeing! Perfectly placed on the edge of the main tourist area but near enough to walk to everything. Well equipped, didn’t want for anything. Hosts very responsive and extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

位置太好了，性价比非常高。公寓位于塞维利亚的老城区和新城区交界的地方，楼下是条大道，出门拐弯就进入老城区，老城区的旅行地点都可以不行抵达，并且拖着行李箱来到这里不需要经过老城区的宅路和石板路，到火车站步行十五分钟，位置十分方便。另外，所有的房间，包括两个卫生间和厨房，都有窗户。总之，非常棒！

This apartment was great .It had everything we needed ..great aircon .. quiet bedrooms … we loved the roof terrace great for pre and post dinner drinks we walked to some fabulous restaurants and all the sights from here. Joao was great.. we would highly recommend coming here.We had a fabulous time. Loved it

This apartment was large and comfortable and had a well equiped kitchen . Lots of room to spread out. Really appreciated the washing machine ! The apartment was quiet and had AC and fans in the bedrooms as well. Easy communication with the host and met us at the apartment. Roof top deck was a nice extra. We used it early in morning or late at night due to visiting in July (very hot) . The bathrooms (2)were fine , just a couple design flaws, tight space to close the door when getting to the toilet And water can get on the floor as the shower does not have a full enclosure. A litle water damage on door and around shower. Location was great, we were able to walk to sites easily . Convenience store close by as well as restaurants. Try the good Moroccan restaurant (Fez)around the corner . Host

This was a great base for exploring Seville. Really comfortable beds for good nights sleep in very quiet rooms and air con to keep you cool in the heat of the day. Really well equipped apartment. Everywhere we wanted to go was easily walkable. We found the place really homely. I’d chosen the apartment thinking we’d use the roof space but actually the road noise made it unappealing and besides the cool interior was way more appealing after being out in the sun.

This is a great apartment, I would not hesitate to recommend, it has everything you would need, 2 bathrooms great, air con was excellent, roof terrace lovely. Walking distance to all main attractions and local bars/cafes & supermarket. Had the benefit of early check in and late check out very flexible. Would love to come back!

Great location... in essence, it's all a 20 min walk to Cathedral, Alcazar and old Town. we came for Semana Santa and the processions passed a few blocks behind the apartment (others we saw from the balcony). Taxis pass by all day. uber is easy to use. kitchen is well supplied, washer (no dryer), beds were comfortable (pillows need improvement). the terrace is a great bonus to relax (and hang up clothes to dry.) great hosts.

The team at VEO are consistently courteous, helpful and just a fun group to deal with. Well done as always. The apartment is spacious, well designed to accommodate two couples, fully equipped, offers comfy beds, amazing terrace, and great location close to main attractions, restaurants/cafes, shopping -- yet enough away from the core to provide a less-touristy feel. This was our second stay at Menendez Terrace, been home just one day, and already we're looking forward to returning next year.

Great spacious apartment in a perfect location for exploring all of the central Seville neighbourhoods. Everything is in reach in a 15 minute walk. We arrived late but found a local bar serving beers and snacks until 1am and the neighbourhood around the apartment has lots of options for cafes for breakfast. Personally find being just outside of the more touristic centre is preferable for getting a taste of the real Seville. Walking through Alfafalfa neighbourhood and the maze of alleys on the way into the centre was fun.

Apartment was nice and cosy. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom worked out very well for my traveling party. It's not right in the middle of the old town but location was 15 mins walk to everything we needed to see in Seville. Loads of great cafe and restaurant in that walking range too. Only issue I had was the low water pressure in the main bathroom. It took a long time for me to wash my hair. I solved that problem by getting a hair wash at the Luigi salon nearby. Friendly and economical. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Exceeded all expectations. While slightly away from the tourist centre, nothing was ever more than a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away. The apartment was extremely comfortable (photos accurate), attractively appointed, and spacious. The owner has paid extra attention to small decorative details which makes the apartment feel like a home away from home. The terrace, accessed by a spiral staircase, gets sun all day and is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating and an umbrella for shade. The kitchen was very well equipped, the internet worked well, the bedrooms, at the back of the unit, were comfortable and very quiet. Lots of excellent restaurants in both directions from the front door. Five-star ratings in all categories, and the Team at Veo outdid themselves, as always. Looking forward to returning next year !

A nice appartement on a nice location nearby everything. Everything worked well, only the warmwater to shower was not enough to get a quick shower everyday for four people, the rooftop terrace was nice, but the Sun is not long there in the afternoon

Great position, comfortable apartment with a terrace which is a great asset especially as we were there for 5 weeks. Veoapartments were very efficient. Hopefully we will be back to stunning Sevilla and Menendez Terrace.
