Superbe maison avec terrasse privée et vue exceptionnelle sur le fleuve Guadalquivir et la vieille ville (Plaza de Toros, Torre del Oro et Cathédrale). Située dans la rue Betis, quartier de Triana.
Cette maison de 190 m² est organisée sur 3 étages. Avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Capacité maximale : 6-8 personnes.
Elle a été décorée avec un soin particulier apporté à chaque détail, alliant éléments modernes et traditionnels.
Lors de sa rénovation, une attention particulière a été prêtée à la préservation des éléments architecturaux orginaux : portes en bois sculptées, vitraux, plafonds avec poutres apparentes, fer forgé, murs en brique (17ème siècle) et carreaux en céramique peints à la main.
Rez-de-chaussée : Salle de séjour avec 2 canapés (dont 1 convertible en lit double), 2 fauteuils, une table à manger, ainsi qu'une grande fenêtre avec vue directe sur le fleuve.
La cuisine, entièrement équipée, est ouverte sur le salon - avec four, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge.
Il y a également des toilettes disponibles à cet étage.
Premier étage : Chambre 1 avec lit double, armoire et salle de bains privée avec douche. Chambre 2 avec 2 lits individuels (dont un en mezzanine). Les 2 chambres disposent d'une porte-fenêtre avec vue sur le fleuve.
Il y a une seconde salle de bains avec douche dans le couloir du premier étage.
Deuxième étage : Suite indépendante comprenant la chambre 3 avec 2 lits individuels, une armoire, et une salle de bains avec douche.
On accède à la terrasse privée depuis cet étage. A côté se trouve une deuxième cuisine bien équipée, idéale pour préparer un repas en extérieur.
La terrasse privée est organisée sur 2 niveaux. Avec table basse, chaises et store. C'est un lieu exclusif pour profiter d'une superbe vue sur le fleuve, la Plaza de Toros et la Giralda.
Des escaliers métalliques mènent à la seconde terrasse, équipée d'un baby-foot et de 4 chaises longues.
Accès gratuit à Internet en Wi-Fi, climatisation réversible (chaud/froid) et 2 cheminées. Il y a une télévision dans les chambres 1 et 3 (pas dans le salon).

Triana est l'un des quartiers les plus autentiques de Séville. C'était autrefois le quartier des pêcheurs, des marins et des artisans. Il se trouve à l'ouest du Guadalquivir. On y trouve les célèbres ateliers de céramique et de poterie de Séville. C'est aussi le berceau du flamenco.
Depuis la rue Betis, qui longe le fleuve, on peut profiter d'une vue magnifique sur le Guadalquivir et la vieille ville. Vous y trouverez aussi une grande variété de bars, de restaurants et de discothèques. À côté du pont de Triana se trouve un ancien marché aux produits frais, édifié il y a 150 ans sur une partie des ruines du Château de San Jorge, autrefois siège de l´Inquisition.

This place is a historical gem. You will feel like a genuine Sevillana. We were able to navigate and walk everywhere! There are a lot of steps, and you will need to haul your luggage up the stairs. But it is worth it for the view of the city! I would suggest this place to anyone who can manage a lot of steps.

The house is in a fantastic spot close to restaurants, bars, and the riverfront. It's an old-fashioned Andalucian-style house, which has a certain charm if you like traditional designs. However, we found it a bit old-fashioned and not very convenient because of the multiple levels and staircases. The rooftop and furniture were also not well-kept, which was disappointing. The cleanliness was also not up to par.

Lovely traditional sevillian home ,very spacious for families and friends. Comfy beds and furnishings, lovely kitchens although we only really used the upstairs one as we spent most of our time on the balcony/terrace with absolutely stunning views .the location is great everything is walkable we were lucky enough to be there for the Triana fair which was right outside the house . Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Also communicated was very good

Casa Betis is a spectacular, atmospheric property in the wonderful barrio of Triana. The house is beautiful, the views from all rooms out over the river are spectacular and time spent on the room terrace watching Sevillan life pass by was a joy. I couldn't recommend Casa Betis highly enough.

We loved our Vrbo rental in Sevilla! It was exactly the kind of home we wanted to rent, rustic, roomy, filled with character, and with a terrace overlooking the river. Ismael was extremely accommodating, giving us recommendations for sites in the city. We took the bedroom on the highest level to sleep in, as there was a lot of city life happening at all hours, and that was the ticket! If you sleep on the second level, I imagine there will be a certain amount of night noise, but that is to be expected. It's Spain, after all! Sevilla is a beautiful city and I would highly recommend this house!

This has by far been one of my favorite airbnb's I've stayed in. The pictures don't do justice for how beautiful the place is, adding an authentic touch to our trip in Sevilla. The four people in my group had more than enough space and our only regret was not having more time to enjoy all that the airbnb had to offer. The location was absolutely central and incredible yet it was very peaceful and private away from the bustling street. I would I 1000% recommend staying at this airbnb and hope to book it many times in the future!

We loved our stay at Calle Betis. The location was fabulous, right on the river front, the water based sports provided plenty of entertainment. The surrounding restaurants created a great atmosphere too. Our favourite place in the apartment was on the kitchen terrace overlooking the river. We were ideally placed for all the major attractions which were within walking distance.

Best part about this place was the view, location, and responsiveness of the property manager. For the price (which was very expensive), we thought the property would be better equipped. We stayed a month in Spain at much more affordable and better equipped homes. The rooftop terrace was dirty, the washing machine was moldy and the kitchens weren’t that well equipped (no oven mits, hot pads, or trash can downstairs). Honestly we thought for what we were paying there would be more attention to detail. The furniture in the house was randomly put together and didn’t feel purposeful. We had a nice time in spite of all of that.

Lovely space-doors, shutters and tile work seemed reflective of old Triana. Modern stove, washer & dryer made stay easier for our family of 4 adults & 2 young children. Highlights are third floor sunroom, and roof deck w amazing view of River & old Seville. A bit noisy on Saturday night. Walkable location to sites and markets. Hosts responded quickly to request for additional towels. We’d definitely stay here again.

A brilliant apartment let down by poor maintenance and attention to small details. Details that meant you didn’t need to take all dishes up and down 50 stairs to the one working dishwasher because there was no plug in either sink that worked. Details that meant the upstairs bedroom was cold because the air conditioning didn’t work. Details like a bottle of dishwasher liquid that isn’t watered down and down. Details like well stocked kitchen utensils etc. Veoapartment need to do their job and pay attention to a high cost, valuable asset.

I have lived in Sevilla/Triana and visited numerous times. For views and location, this apartment can't be beat. All of our Sevillano friends wanted to visit to see the place and the views from the upper terraces. The bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful. The only two issues for some are street noise on late weekend nights (which is part of the charm to us) and the split kitchens -- one on the third floor and one on the first floor. The first floor kitchen has little to no plate ware, cooking ware etc., so don't plan on cooking and eating inside.

Great location, easy access to all the sights and many restaurants, bars, churches, markets. River is right out the front door. Beautiful old apartment, many stairs, slight dark. Bull fighting arena is directly across the river.

The apartment was spacious and charming. The location is lively (especially the day of the Scotland-Spain qualifying football match) and walkable to many sites, restaurants, and shops. The view of the river and city from the upstairs room was excellent. The hosts were responsive and helpful. An all-around good experience.

World class views of a beautiful city from the terraces. Great location of the house in a vibrant area. Management company was very responsive and went the extra mile. The owner maybe needs to think about revamping/redecoration as some bits rather tired, but the views made up for it.

We loved our stay at Casa Betis, with its magnificent outlook and location. We loved watching the river at all times of the day and night, and the outlook was really magical. The house suited our party, with the three bathrooms for the three sleeping areas. Hosts helpful and responsive to our feedback on a couple of items that needed attention. All in all, a great stay.

Love the decor, the location and the view of the bull fighting ring. Next to a flamenco show, which we went to and enjoyed, restaurants and bars, all in walking distance. Enjoyed.

We are a family of 4 and we absolutely loved our stay at Casa Betis! It is full of historic charm, super clean, has beautiful views of the water from the bedrooms and balconies and the location is perfect—it is centrally located and was close to everything we wanted to see! We walked everywhere we wanted to go and never had to look hard for great cafés—they are all around. We appreciated the warm welcome we received upon arrival and we are so grateful to Joao for his help in reconnecting us with a bag we left behind. We hope to return to Casa Betis again soon. Thank you for a truly unique and memorable stay!

.... it had not been cleaned properly when I arrived with two friends on a Saturday. The air conditioning and the main lights on the third floor were not working either. However, every cloud has a silver lining and I WAS impressed by the reactiveness of the Veoapartment team who sent a cleaning lady on the day after my arrival (a Sunday!) and soon sorted out the lighting and airconditioning issues. On further inspection I noticed that a lot of areas had not been cleaned thoroughly and were covered in dust. However, this too was soon remedied by the arrival of a cleaning lady. I also appreciated the fact that the two threadbare and dirty rugs on the third floor were replaced by new ones. But should the old ones have been there in the first place? I would like to add that I think these problems were due to questions of internal organization. Casa Betis is quite a large property and should not be rented out the day after the departure of other clients. Several hours of thorough cleaning are necessary before somebody else steps in. However, the house itself was wonderful. My area on the third floor with its large table and wonderful views was perfect for writing. In fact, I would like to return next year!

A wonderful Christmas spent at Casa Betis! The house is so beautiful, and the location was perfect… the view from the terrace was spellbinding especially as the sun went down and the lights twinkled! Triana is a very interesting area with great bars and restaurants, and it was lovely to be just a few steps away from the fabulous Triana market by the bridge… Didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return!!

We loved the apartment so much we stayed an extra week! Excellent location with lots of great spaces in the home and great wi-fi. We were both working and sight seeing and it was a fantastic place for both! The decor and design is fantastic with exposed brick, interesting antique doors and beautifully tiled bathrooms. The view from the upstairs dining table was amazing! Would highly recommend.

Having used Veoapartment several times over the years they have surpassed my expectations again and again. Abweichend von den Bildern wurde auf der Terrasse eine Überdachung gebaut, die so groß ist, dass sie fast alles überschattet. Im Sommer sehr sinnvoll. Wir wollten dort allerdings im November Sonnenbaden um dem schlechten Wetter in Deutschland zu entkommen. Daher im Winter nicht empfehlenswert. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr traditionell mit wunderbaren Türen und verziertem Glas. 2 Holz-Feuerstätten sorgen für gemütliche Wärme und Veo hat es sogar geschafft, dass noch Holz geliefert wurde bevor wir eintrafen. Alle Klimaanlagen wurden auf Heizen gestellt und funktionierten. Veoapartment: Dear Hans-Jürgen. Thank you very much for your feedback. We installed the pergola recently to make the terrace more comfortable. Seville is sunny and hot most part of the year and there is a second terrace on the roof where you can sunbath. The flat was very comfortable with most facilities available. There were three maintenance issues only: (a) bottom floor sink had no plug (b) door handle on bottom toilet was broken and (c) slight smell of drains in the top floor flat. Other than that, the facilities provided were excellent. The location was excellent, with most things within walking distance and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The river ran by just in front which gave the place a very open appeal. Loved the upstairs landing for relaxing in the evening. Nous avons profité a fond du dernier étage et de la terrasse. La proximité du marché couvert de Triana pour acheter les produits frais est génial! L'apéro sur le muret de la terrasse avec le soleil couchant sur la Tore del Oro, la Giralda et les Arènes de la Real Maestranza juste de l'autre coté du Guadalquivir. c'etait top!

We liked the house overall it was well furnished and decorated but would not recommend it for more than 5 people. The double bed in the loft would not be viable if you have mobility issues or small children. Veoapartment's reply: Dear Phil, Thanks for choosing Betis Terrace. I hope you enjoy it. Betis Terrace is an XVIII century house (1760), we have tried to preserve the old elements at most. Among them is the bunk bed. It is the original way the bedroom was concieved.
