There are three bedrooms with a total of 5 single beds. The living room, including two sofas (1 sofa-bed), features two large french windows which offer views towards the river and provide plenty of natural light.
There is a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one en-suite to one of the double bedrooms.
This is a great family flat ideal for both short stays and long term rentals, with plenty of space, open views and natural light. Easy access to the centre of Seville by foot and excellent connections by bus. There is free parking in the apartment building.

San Vicente est un quartier résidentiel, reputé pour ses nombreuses places et églises. Au nord-ouest du centre ville et à quelques minutes des monuments et des sites les plus importants de la ville, il constitue une base idéale pour découvrir la Séville la plus authéntique et les bars à tapas les plus célèbres de la ville.
L´eglise de Saint Vincent est un exemple d´architecture gothique-mudéjar du Siècle XV. Nous pouvons aussi voir la basilique du Gran Poder, qui abrite l'une des images du Christ les plus vénérées de la ville. La procession du Christ du Gran Poder est l'une des plus importantes de la Semana Santa.
Le quartier est délimité par une allée qui longe le fleuve Guadalquivir, un espace où ville et nature se rencontrent, idéal pour marcher, courir ou se balader à vélo. Plaza de Armas est une ancienne gare qui a été transformée en centre commercial, mais sa façade et la structure architecturale d'origine néomudejar de 1901 ont été conservés.

Es la segunda vez que vemos al Apartamento. Esta muy bien. 3 habitaciones, un salon comedor muy amplio y separado del resto de la casa. La cocina es apañada, y en general la casa está bien mantenida. Tiene parking que en Sevilla es un lujo.

We had a fantastic stay in the apartment on Torneo. It was easy to get to by taxi from the airport and to leave by taxi to the train station. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. While you could hear the traffic in the living room, the back of the apartment was quiet for sleeping (only downside for us was that the beds are on the hard side). Being in Sevilla for the annual blooming of the orange trees (Azahar) was fabulous as was experiencing the many outdoor cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed being on the edge of the old city where we were 20 minutes walk away from the Cathedral, the Real Alcazar, many churches, the old city walls, and the fine art museum in an old convent which was a highlight. We also enjoyed walking many times along the river and across to Triana and exploring the contemporary art museum in an old ceramics factory.

Arrival was well organized and easy. We stayed in the apartment for four weeks, and would happily come back next year. Great location on the canal. Only 15 minutes walk from Triana,the bus station, and the fun Hercules neighborhood. The apartment is large and well-equipped. The master bed is large and the mattress is firm. Kitchen, living room, and dining room are separate - a rare find for rental apartments!

Het appartement zag er goed uit. Lekker ruim met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers. De douche was wel erg klein en de straal water uit beide wat minimaal. Wel waren er voldoende handdoeken voor iedereen. Ook de keuken was goed uitgerust. In de winter zijn de vloeren zonder vloerverwarming wel echt steenkoud. Het uitzicht was zalig vrij op de rivier. In de buurt voldoende supermarkten en ook leuke zalige restaurants. Tip: ga een keer eten bij Azotea. Wel zit je wat verder weg van de oude bezienswaardigheden maar lekker wandelen of met een e bike prima te doen. De host is vriendelijk en reageert snel en goed.

Appartement très spacieux et bien équipé. Parking en sous-sol très pratique. Chambres très silencieuses. Impeccablement situé pour visiter Séville (20 mn à pied du centre). Proche du canal, très bien pour s’y promener ou faire son jogging. Bref, un sans faute !

Intelligent room layout allowed all 5 of us to be comfortably together and to have privacy as well. On a key highway alongside the beautiful river, the bus stopped right at the apartment allowing access to the city, and the windows kept the place quiet. The parking space is a real bonus in this city too. Every amenity has been provided. We can't recommend this place too highly.

We enjoyed our stay in Sevilla and the location of the apartment. The car stayed parked in the garage and we walked to lots of attractions. We were fortunate to come across a ceremony for the police of Sevilla, very interesting! Temperatures were over 100 degrees for most of our days in the city but the air conditioning kept the apartment very comfortable. The apartment was clean and well maintained.

El apartamento es muy amplio. Muy bonito y perfectamente decorado. El equipamiento esta completo. No le falta de nada. El aparcamiento esta en la misma casa y dispone de ascensor. Nos recibieron personalmente para entregarnos las llaves y darnos instrucciones sobre el aparcamiento.

We stayed 3 nights in this phenomenal 3 BR apartment overlooking the Guadalquivir River. Communication with the owner's agents was amazing. They are extremely professional and promptly answered every inquiry we had, before, during and after our stay. We needed parking for our rental car, a dishwasher, an elevator and a great location. This place checked all of those boxes and more. The agent met us at the apartment and showed us the parking space which is underneath the building. Lots of room and it was easy to park. The elevator goes from the parking level to the 2nd floor. We could not believe the size of the apartment and the cleanliness. It has everything you could need. Dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc and a great view. It was extremely quiet even though there is a dance club next door. We were there Thurs-Sun and could not hear a thing when we went to sleep. There is an Express market about a 4 minute walk away on Santa Ana. Eslava Restaurant and Tapa bar is about 5 minutes away. I can highly recommend it. If you walk out the front door, take your first right at Santa Ana and walk about 7 minutes it will take you to a huge plaza with about 100 bars, restaurants and cafes. We walked to all of the sites we wanted to see in Seville including the Royal Alcazar, the Seville Cathedral, Plaza de Espana, Torre del Oro, etc. I have stayed in about 20 VRBO rentals and this was one of the best.

L'appartement est très bien situé : il donne sur le Canal, qui a une longue promenade piétonne, il est proche des principaux accès routiers et il est à 15mn à pied des lieux animés (bars, restaurants, commerces..) en passant par des rues agréables, sans circulation. A l'intérieur tout est impeccable, mention spéciale pour la propreté. Un seul petit défaut, heureusement mineur : la télévision n'a pas le câble ni de chaînes étrangères.

Ontvangst door beheerder was uitstekend. Comfortabele bedden. Supermarkt op een paar minuten loopafstand. Taxi’s zijn erg goedkoop dus die namen wij vaak. Je bent dan heel snel op de bekende plekken in Sevilla. In het appartement is het stil, je hoort de weg niet. Vanuit het appartement leuk uitzicht.

El piso es amplio, con dos zonas muy diferenciadas, cuarto de estar/cocina y dormitorios. En general muy correcto. Tal vez un poco viejito de muebles. La plaza de garaje es cómoda y de fácil acceso.

The apartment is very big and in a nice position facing the river. Clean and with 3 large bedrooms. Have free parking in the same building so very convenient. Only one thing I will suggest the owner to do some renovation about the home decor, since the decor is very old style.

The location was very nice. View of the river and within easy walking distance to shopping and sights like the Real Alcázar. Was very quiet. Was VERY nice to have a place to park the car since it seems impossible on the streets of Seville.

Muy limpio, bien equipado, cómodo y espacioso. El espacio de aparcamiento es un extra, pero vale la pena teniendo en cuenta lo difícil aparcar en Sevilla. A 20 minutos de la zona turística (Catedral, Giralda y el Alcázar) andando com ninos.

The apartment is great: it's clean, quiet, big enough for 6 people, has a nice decoration, is close enough to the center to go by foot and there are great tapas bars directly in the next street as well as a small supermarket. We loved the view on the river. We didn't hear the noise from the street due to the isolation of the windows.The sleeping rooms are in the back of the apartment and are very quiet. Thank you so much to the tenants for providing us with all the details we needed to have a great time in Sevilla. Thank you also to Veoapartment for the easy booking and communication and the nice transfers from the airport/train station through their partner company.

We have been (7) in the Torneo apt for 3 nights and all went good. Carlos, the owner, welcomed us at the check in and he was very kind and friendly explained us all about the flat and some tips on Sivilla. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Even if it is not 'central central' it is very easy to reach the center with 10 min walking. Very nice view on the river. Recommended!

El apartamento cumplió nuestras expectativas en cuanto a comodidad y relación calidad precio. Está bastante bien equipado y nuevo. La zona es agradable aunque un poco lejos del centro. Carlos fue muy agradable y nos dio bastantes indicaciones para nuestra visita.

Bonnes prestations générales, propriétaire très accueillant et disponible. Appartement dans lequel on peut se reposer car le coin nuit est isolé de l'avenue bruyante qui passe côté salon. Due famiglie, otto persone in totale, non c'è stato nulla che ci sia servito e di cui l'appartamento fosse sprovvisto. Inoltre l'appartamento è molto pulito, ne abbiamo usati altri in altre città, sia in Spagna che altrove è questo è stato il migliore. Complimenti a Carlos e moglie!

The online photographs are a completely true representation. The area is relatively quiet even though it is on a main road and the apartment overlooks the river. I felt happy that the apartment was secure as the front door to the apartment block is also locked. Just a ten minute walk to the main square with numerous restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. I went with 3 friends and would be very happy to return with my family including teenagers. Seville feels a safe environment in which to move around.

Nous avons trouvé un appartement peut-être un peu plus petit que nous imaginions mais très agréable, calme, propre et lumineux. Le risque si les deux douches sont enclenchées au même moment, c'est d'avoir des alternances d'eau froide et d'eau chaude mais avec une bonne pression. La cafetière est un peu petite si l'on est plus de 3 ou 4 à vouloir boire le café du matin en même temps. mais c'est très agréable de trouver un peu d' épicerie sèche (thé, café, cacao, sucre...) en arrivant. Cela dépanne bien. Et la quantité de papier toilette, sopalin, serviettes de bain est vraiment très appréciable. Et pour finir l’équipe de veoapartment ainsi que le propriétaire ont vraiment été sympa.

Excellent stay. The apartment is very spacious, and quite clean. It is also very well equipped with most of what a family would need in a living apartment. The night area windows are on the other side (away from the road) and sleeping rooms are very quiet. The apartment is not in the heart of the touristic area, but it is not too far away. I would return there any time.
