A great space amazingly located in the centre of the old town. Highly recommend! We also got given some great restaurant recommendations from the host which were brilliant. Only downside was one of the sun lounges had a rip in the material rendering it unusable, but that is easily fixed!

Very nice stay in this accommodation, well-equipped and located in the center of Seville and near tourist attractions. The basic amenities were perfect, and there were very good restaurants nearby. The host was available even though I had no issues during my stay. I really enjoyed the terrace. I recommend this place for a short vacation in Sevilla.

The location was fabulous but stairs difficult for seniors (45 steps). Bathtub shower doors in bad shape and dangerous to get in and out of shower/tub without any handholds or non slip mat. Furniture inside and out not comfortable and in bad shape. Cover on the sofa smelled and needed to be cleaned. Outside chairs torn and cushions were dirty and torn. With minimal effort would be lovely

Ubicación fantástica: todo a poca distancia. Y con una gran terraza. Habíamos aparcado el coche en otro lugar y luego cogimos un autobús. Después de eso, fueron 7 minutos a pie.

Nous avons passé un super séjour malgré la pluie. L’appartement est très bien situé, l’alcazar et la cathédrale sont à moins de 5 minutes de l’appartement. Nous avons grandement apprécié l’espace dans l’appartement. Le seul bémol mais cela dépend des personnes, est le bruit. L’appartement est mal isolé. Des travaux ont eu lieu tout notre séjour de 9h jusqu’à 18h tout les jours. En plus de la rue que nous entendons de manière importante. Excepté ceci, l’appartement est de bon rapport qualité prix et très fonctionnel.

l appartement est idéalement placé. à 2 pas de la Giralda, dans des rues calmes et très proches des restaurants et bars du centre. la terrasse est formidable avec une jolie vue. les équipements sont parfaits quoiqu un peu vétusté pour la salle de bain,l ensemble convient parfaitement pour des voyageurs comme nous ! petit bémol sur la 2nde terrasse dont nœud n avons pas eu la clef, mais en janvier nous n avions pas tellement besoin de 2 terrasses. je recommande!

The check-in process was smooth, with good instructions. On the most part the apartment looked like the photos, but there needs to be more attention to cleaning the bathroom. The floor wasn't clean around the bidet and toilet and there is mold growing on the wall tiles/grout by the bidet and up on the wall paint. It wouldn't take much time to clean this off since I could wipe it with my finger. Also the mattress is old and stained and should be replaced and should have a waterproof mattress cover put on it. There was no dish soap or sponge for doing dishes when I arrived, but the housekeeper brought some by the day after I sent a message. The hot pot provided should be cleaned inside and out and the glassware should be checked for cleanliness. I had to 'wash' glasses I pulled out of the cabinet before I used them because they still had lip and finger marks on them. The location is great! Right in the heart of the Jewish Quarter and lots of attractions and great restaurants close by.

Absolute perfect location, Santa Cruz is ideal for a first trip to Seville. The apartment is 2 mins walk from the Cathedral! You must pre book trips to the Alcazar Gardens well before your trip or you will have to wait hours for a ticket on the day! The terrace is a massive bonus with beds, table and shaded area and a view of the cathedral. Our host was very friendly and always quick to respond. Our stay was perfect, thank you!

The location was excellent, very walkable to the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Great neighborhood with many shops and places to eat. The flat was great, quiet and we enjoyed the terrace. I would recommend this flat to family and friends!

This apartment was good for our needs. It was on the top floor, with no elevator, so be prepared for lots of stairs to get in and to carry your luggage up. It’s a great location to walk around in in the Santa Cruz area of Seville, but hard to get to or from by taxi from the airport. We eventually figured things out. We appreciated having a deck and the A/C worked great. It was also nice to have a washing machine and drying rack to clean our clothes. The bed was very firm, so not comfortable for us, but perhaps others are ok with that. The lighting was sparse in the bathroom, so if you need light for makeup, you’ll have to do that in the hallway or the bedroom. All in all a good place location wise and some nice amenities, for the few days we were there.

La localisation de cet appartement est probablement sa seule qualité. L’appartement n’avait pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée (et vu l’état des lieux, je crois qu’il y a longtemps qu’un ménage a été fait dans cet appartement). Les draps et serviettes étaient changés, un ménage rapide de la salle de bain mais c’est tout. C’était tellement sale que j’ai dû moi-même nettoyer en arrivant, en plus ils ne laissent même pas de linges de cuisine, j’ai dû en acheter pour nettoyer les surfaces de comptoir, les chaises, poignées de portes sales, etc. J’ai passé le balai sur le plancher, il y avait tellement de sable et saletés, je crois que les rues de seville sont plus propres. J’ai dû laver les couvertures recouvrant les fauteuils, c’était degeulasse. Il y avait même des coquerelles mortes au plancher… soyez avisés.

We had a stunning 5-day stay in May. The apartment is in a perfect location for the central sites and finding places to drink and eat. The balcony is a real plus. Very quiet and private whilst enjoying a view of the cathedral. We would definitely recommend a stay.

Content de notre séjour. Il y a qqs différences entre les photos et la réalité en ce moi de mai 2024. L'emplacement est idéal en plein centre. Le prix est en relation avec le logement. La plus value de ce logement est la terrasse. Par contre la paillasse qui protège du soleil est très abîmée Un bon coup de peinture sur les murs intérieurs et extérieurs serait le bienvenu. Un bien meilleur lit également, un canapé et des fauteuils plus propres. De plus bon contact avec veoappartement soit par mail et à la remise des clés.

Located right in the heart of Santa Cruz area, this well-appointed apartment is steps away from the Cathedral and surrounding attractions/restaurants, yet feel private enough that you can get away from the crowds. It's very spacious for 2 guests and has everything needed for a short stay. The only thing to note is that, if you bring a lot of luggage or have mobility issues, this apartment is located on 2nd (US 3rd) floor without an elevator. I would definitely stay here again!

A fantastic apartment in a perfect location. As shown in the photos in the advertisement. Located in the historic part of the city. There are more than enough restaurants within a radius of 100 meters. All sights are within walking distance. The roof terrace is a wonderful place to relax. Although the apartment is located in a busy area, it is quiet. I would recommend it to everyone

Fantástico apartamento en Santa Cruz. Excelentes vistas a la Catedral desde el balcón. Fácil acceso a pie a todas partes. Solo difícil de encontrar, como en medio del casco antiguo, que es una de las razones por las que es un gran lugar para alojarse (pero todos tenemos teléfonos inteligentes ;-).

Appartement parfait ! ???????? Avec tout à côté il n’y a pas besoin d’aller loin pour manger, voir un show de flamenco ou encore en prendre plein la vue avec ce qui entoure le logement ! ???? Nous avons passé un super séjour, l’appartement était impeccable comme dans la description et calme. La terrasse est un vrai plus ! Les hôtes sont disponible et très gentils merci à vous ☺️ Nous pourrions revenir passer un séjour ici sans problème !

The apartment is well located in the center of the historic district, restaurants, shops and main visitor attractions. However, some renovations to the apartment would be required to make it more functional (i.e.: bathroom, furniture, etc). Kitchen should be more equipped as some people like doing their own cooking, but it was pretty limited in terms of accessories.

Super location close to the cathedral, but quiet. Several tapas bars outside with great food. The agent who showed us the flat was very thorough and informative. The flat itself had a spacious balcony. It served us very well. The bathroom was very small and could do with some updating. However, this wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Absolutely fantastic location - could not be more perfect! Worth staying here for that alone. The apartment met our needs well. It was in keeping with the local style and we found the bed comfortable and the outdoor terrace was a big bonus. Check in was smooth and we were met promptly and given plenty of recommendations. A couple of tips for people staying. Due to the apartments location, a taxi won’t be able to drop you directly at the property. It is only a 3/4 minute walk from the nearest road though but just something to know in advance. It is worth trying the keys to the property when you check in with the owner present as they were initially quite difficult to use. Someone who lived in the building was luckily around the first time we went out and gave us a couple of helpful tips!

The description mentions “recently refurbished “ this clearly not the case. The location is superb the terrace is great, it is comfortable, the heating worked and there was hot water but the actual accommodation is dark and in need of a total refurb including replacing the sofa and an upgrade to the bathroom

Lovely apartment right in the heart of the old town close to the Giralda, and although in the central touristy area, was good and also quite quiet. Light and airy on the second (top) floor with the veranda being a lovely bonus- probably even more so in the summer when it will have even more sun.

Great location and views, especially from the terrace. The gated door was an extreme pain to get in and out of. Twice the delivery person had to hand us our food through the gate because we were stuck.
