A través de su distribuidor, llegamos al dormitorio, donde podrá descansar en una amplia cama de matrimonio de 150 x 200 cm., con un armario empotrado de 3 módulos dobles para guardar sus pertenencias, caja de seguridad, sillas y una ventana que da a un tranquilo patio de la casa.
Cuarto de baño de primera calidad revestido en piedra natural gris macael. Con plato de ducha lluvia, toallas de mano y baño para dos personas, secador y cesta para la ropa.
Desde el salón interiormente, se accede a la segunda planta con una terraza privada que invita a tomar el sol y a disfrutar de las noches cálidas de Sevilla, junto con unas vistas excepcionales de la Giralda y la Catedral.
Terraza perfectamente equipada y decorada con plantas, toldo extensible, tumbonas y sofás-asientos de exterior en ratán - un lugar ideal para relajarse disfrutando de una cena o tomando una copa.
Otras características: aire acondicionado centralizado (frío / calor), acceso gratuito a Internet WIFI, equipo de música, caja fuerte, suelos de tarima maciza cumarú y obras de arte originales.
"Corral Rey Terraza 1" está situado en la segunda planta de un moderno edificio residencial construido en 2008, con ascensor, patio principal adoquinado y decorado con plantas, iluminación nocturna programada y video portero.

El Centro es el núcleo geográfico de la Sevilla histórica. Junto a la impresionante Catedral, el centro empieza en la Plaza de San Francisco, donde se encuentra situado el ayuntamiento, edificio histórico que representa la arquitectura plateresca de Sevilla.
Desde el ayuntamiento llegará directamente a la principal zona comercial entre la Calle Sierpes, Tetuán y Velázquez. Aquí encontrará una gran oferta en tiendas de ropa, artículos de deporte, joyas o moda para la Feria de Abril: mantones, trajes de flamenca, castañuelas, abanicos... El Palacio de la Condesa de Lebrija, ubicado en una de las calles cercanas, destaca por su impresionante colección de mosaicos romanos.
En dirección noroeste se sitúa el Museo de Bellas Artes, segunda pinacoteca de España, después del Museo del Prado de Madrid.

Fantastic terrace which gets sun all day. There is an extendable sun shade which makes it very comfortable. The apartment was well kitted out and as we don’t cook the absence of an oven was not a problem. The only downside was a continual sound of water coming from a jacuzzi in an adjacent building - this was particularly noticeable in the middle of the night. The apartment managers did not respond to my query about this and whether it could be remedied.

Appartement bien situé, à 30 minutes de l'aéroport en taxi, et à 20 minutes maximum à pieds de tous les sites à visiter, dans une petite rue peu passagère, avec tous les commerces et restaurants à proximité immédiate. 2ème étage avec ascenseur, et 1 escalier intérieur pour atteindre la belle terrasse, de laquelle on peut apercevoir la Giralda, qui compense l'absence de vue des fenêtres de l'appartement donnant sur le mur de l'impasse d'accès à l'immeuble. Intérieur et mobilier bien entretenus et conformes aux photos, avec vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge appréciables. Le calme de l'immeuble dépend de la plus ou moins grande discrétion des occupants des appartements et des terrasses voisins. Accueil sympathique par un hôte ponctuel.

This is a great apartment. Comfortable and spacious with everything you need for your stay. It's in a lively area though the apartment itself was quiet. Supermarket is within walking distance and as you're in the heart of the old town lots of sights are also walkable. The roof terrace was a great addition even though the stairs were a bit alarming!

We had a great stay at this apartment! They were very communicative prior to our stay, and I appreciated that they met us there to show us how to get in, use the keys, etc. The location was perfect and easy to access many things on foot.

A lovely apartment that kept cool without having to havevthe a/c running all the time even in 40 plus degrees. Lovely terrace with a view of the Giralda. Close to great bars, restaurants and sites. Lots of cupboard space, well equipped clean kitchen comfortable bed and lovely sitting room. We had a fantastic stay. Just to note the stairs to the terrace might not suit older people or those nervous of heights.

The liveliness of the city is evident as you drive through the neighborhood to get to the property. You're living among the top tourist spots in the city. Markets are nearby, laundries, too, if you have more to do than the apartment washer can handle. Great eateries are aims the corner. And if you want to savor the city from the rooftop terrazzo, but enjoy some quiet as you do, it's right upstairs. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely apartment, centrally located. We stayed for 4 nights in March, on a winter break from UK. Especially loved the roof terrace! Would highly recommend.

Big enough for two and well appointed. The rooftop terrace is the major selling point, and it’s very nice - but potential renters should understand the stairs are not for anyone with balance or mobility issues. Also, Seville is very intimate - you are next to a hostel and a hotel, and you will hear the other guests.

loved this apartment especially the terrace very peaceful location but so close to all necessities including supermarket , bars cafes etc had everything needed in apartment and shower was powerful lots hot water comfy bed lots spare blankets etc tv had radio channel also sights in easy walking distance

Everything was appointed perfectly! The terrace is private and lovely though the steps to the terrace are aesthetically appealing, might be difficult to navigate for the elderly. I would definitely stay at this apartment again!

This apartment has everything a couple could want or need for a great time in Seville. Clean, peaceful, tastefully furnished and the rooftop terrace with the view of the Cathedral is simply wonderful. Being air conditioned really helped too. We loved it and loved Seville.

We really enjoyed our week in Seville and were very happy that we chose to rent this excellent apartment. It is centrally located with all Seville's attractions right on the doorstep. It was quiet too, with no traffic noise or noisy neighbours! It had all the modern conveniences and facilities we needed. The space inside the apartment is quite compact, but comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the private roof top terrace, and used it more than the living space inside. The terrace was great because we could watch the sunrise and sunset, and hear the sunday brass band as it marched through the nearby streets. We could also see the top of the cathedral from the terrace and see the swifts darting about. The apartment might be tricky for anyone unsteady on their feet because the stairs leading to the terrace are steep and the handrail doesn't go all the way. Staff at the Veoapartment were excellent, responding quickly to communications and arranging transfers for us. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Loved this apartment. Great location (take a cab, don’t even think about driving to it-the streets are narrow), fantastic roof terrace with great views and comfy sofa type seating, comfy bed, great shower (lots of hot water and pressure). Lots of attention to detail, eg throws for cooler nights on the terrace, lanterns for atmosphere (add your own tea lights). Easy to walk to all the sites in only a few minutes. Sunrise from the terrace. Very clean, lovely wood floors. Kitchen is well equipped with nice dishes, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, stove top espresso maker etc. Veoapartments has a few other apartments in this building, each as wonderful as this, with independent decor so it feels like home. Last time we visited, we stayed in an hotel. As we had longer this time and more experience with online apartment bookings, we were recommended to try Veo and the range of properties was excellent. Our final choice of Corral del Rey16 was very good: convenient but very quiet location, comfortable property and excellent reception for the managers. The choice of places is difficult as there are so many good ones. The terrace on this property was a significant advantage and afforded great views. It had some shade but on the hot days one had to retreat to the comfort of the airconditioning. Would be happy to return there.

We very much enjoyed the roof terrace and all the facilities at the apartment were great. We loved the feel of the local area around Plaza Alfafa and were ideally located for exploring the sights and fun of Seville. The staff were also extremely helpful, and we feel we would book again through Veo if we come back to the area. Only thing is the cleanliness could have been slightly better in the apartment - particularly the kitchen cupboards. Nous sommes restés 3 jours dans cet appartement idéalement placé (5 min de la cathédrale) et très joliment décoré ! nous avions l'impression d'être comme la maison, avec une superbe terrasse. Petit bémol, l'appartement n'a pas de table pour déjeuner (table basse de salon uniquement) ; les restaurants sont très nombreux dans le quartier et invitent à sortir.

This small apartment is perfectly placed to visit some the main attractions of Seville quite easily. It is within a few minutes walk of the Real Alcazar, Cathedral and La Giralda, together with the many bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you could need. The bed and sofas are very comfortable, and the terrace is magnificent.

The apartment was very nice and the person that meet us there was very professional. It is just very hard to find due to the nature of Seville's streets and alley ways. I would recommend making sure renters understand the challenges of finding this apartment. Veoapartment: Thank you very much for your nice comments. If you arrive by car, we highly recommend to use a GPS, as it is very difficult to drive in the historical center (one-way streets, pedestrian areas). Wonderful modern apartment with all the amenities. One bedroom suitable for a couple. Maybe a small child or two in the livingroom, but it would be cramped. However, the rooftop patio makes up for it all. Stunning views of the surrounding cathedrals. Unbelievably quiet at night. Could sit out all morning with coffee and listen to the bells. Location is a bit tricky to get to. Driving very difficult for North Americans used to driving F150s. I now know exactly how wide an A1 is. Parking is about a 12 minute walk away. For those of nervous about narrow back alley driving. Park your car and taxi in. It is possible to drive in - but stopping and unloading is difficult. That is the only negative. But as I said, easily worked around with a 5 euro local professional to bring you in. Once you are in. This is the best place. Walking distance to everything. Alcazar and cathedral, both short steps away. Dining options are overly abundant. Grocery store with wine & beer two short blocks away. Flat is on the second floor, secure, with brand new elevator. Roll your bags right in. The rooftop patio is huge. We kept wanting to invite people up. We could have spent everynight up there if it wasn't for the weather. Everything was new and tastefully decorated. Check in and check out was a breeze.

This was my second stay at this apartment,reasons for my return, great location,well appointed apartment with all cooking and cleaning facilities.Very secure and easily accessed.The sun terrace is fantastic with two sun beds and all weather seating.I had a great location, the only adverse comment I have that to activate the hot water, the tap has to be turned on and pilot light button pressed on boiler,minor really just a bit inconvenient when running shower.I hope to return to this apartment.

Superbe appartement situé dans le centre de Séville. Simple d'accès et à une vingtaine de minutes de l'aéroport en taxi, ce logement est le lieu parfait pour passer quelques jours à Séville. La terrasse est vraiment agréable, grande, donnant sur les toits de la ville, et très discrète, excellent pour passer ses soirées. Je ne peux que recommander cette location que l'on a trouvé superbe ! Merci !
