En la planta inferior se encuentra el salón. Amueblado con sofá, mesa de centro, mesa-comedor y sillas. Con aire acondicionado centralizado (frío / calor), TV, acceso gratuito a internet Wi-Fi, suelo de parquet y obras de arte originales.
Junto al salón está la cocina, separada por puertas de cristal correderas. Muy bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios necesarios. Con lavavajillas y lavadora.
Dormitorio 1 tiene una cama de matrimonio (150x190 cm) y un amplio armario empotrado. Junto al dormitorio se encuentra el cuarto de baño principal, revestido en mármol y con bañera. Dormitorio 2 tiene una cama doble (135x190 cm), armario empotrado y cuarto de baño privado con plato de ducha.
El apartamento está orientado hacia un balcón privado, que da al patio interior del edificio. Balcón cubierto y amueblado con mesa y sillas.
Desde el salón, las escaleras suben a la planta superior con una terraza soleada y vistas de la Giralda - Catedral de Sevilla.
La terraza tiene 40m² y está decorada con plantas y muebles de jardín: 2 tumbonas, mesa, sofás-asientos de exterior y parasol - un lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del sol de Sevilla.
Este apartamento está en la segunda planta de un moderno edificio residencial construido en 2008, con ascensor.

El Centro es el núcleo geográfico de la Sevilla histórica. Junto a la impresionante Catedral, el centro empieza en la Plaza de San Francisco, donde se encuentra situado el ayuntamiento, edificio histórico que representa la arquitectura plateresca de Sevilla.
Desde el ayuntamiento llegará directamente a la principal zona comercial entre la Calle Sierpes, Tetuán y Velázquez. Aquí encontrará una gran oferta en tiendas de ropa, artículos de deporte, joyas o moda para la Feria de Abril: mantones, trajes de flamenca, castañuelas, abanicos... Excelente apartamento en una ubicación céntrica en el casco antiguo. Cerca de buenos restaurantes y vida nocturna. Un gran lugar para alojarse con un maravilloso patio en la azotea. El apartamento era muy cómodo y limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tu estancia en Sevilla.

It was perfect! The flat was amazing and very central! I 100% recommend staying there. I will definitely stay here again when I come back. The host was kind and was able to adapt to my time of arrival. Staying in this clean, and spacious flat really made the stay exceptional.

Very much appreciated the in- person introduction at the apartment upon arrival. We were given excellent recommendations regarding restaurants which are all nearby. In a fabulous location and very comfortable. Due to the rain we were not able to enjoy the terrace but it would be amazing.

The guys at the letting agency were great at responding and answering questions and suggestions when we arrived, really easy check-in with Ismael. We enjoyed our stay in Seville, it’s a lovely city and the apartment was well located to enjoy it.

Our family of three very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Communication with Ismael and Manuel was prompt and easy, with very helpful suggestions for good restaurants and neighborhoods to visit. The apartment had everything we needed, a nice separate second bedroom and bath for our teenager, and we loved the upstairs patio and view especially! Quiet neighborhood within very easy walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

My Husband and I rented for three weeks. We absolutely loved the location…quite, walkable to everything, fabulous restaurants with five minutes walks, three minute walk to the Cathedral, shopping, etc.. Every morning we had breakfast on the very private expansive rooftop. I enjoyed reading and drawing in the glass cover outdoor patio. Kitchen was small, but had everything one needs. Washer was in the kitchen. Loved this place. Will definitely stay again was visiting Sevilla.

Mittendrin und doch ruhig und sicher. Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Bars und Restaurants gibt es unzählige in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, kleiner und dunkler als erwartet, aber dafür entschädigt die schöne Dachterrasse, wo man perfekt den Kaffee am Morgen oder das Glas Wein am Abend genießen. kann. Manuel vom Servicebüro war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so dass das Buchen und der Check-In bestens geklappt haben.

This lovely cool and comfortable apartment is perfectly located for discovering all of Seville on foot. The descriptions of rooms and facilities, and the photos, are representative (with the exceptions of the previously mentioned photos of the terrace areas, where the furniture is different – the new items are very comfortable, just no eating table on the upper terrace whilst we were there). One window in each bedroom opens to the internal terrace - totally secure but open-air to the walkway where the elevator is and other apartments are accessed. The roof terrace is a wonderful space in the cool of the morning and atmospheric at night, with all the church towers and bells (gently striking the hours). The agency provided very personal service throughout the process of booking, arrival and checking in and during our stay. The area is full of character, places to eat and shop. So ideal for comfort, peace and convenience and we would love to stay here again.

A spectacular space with a fantastic, private rooftop terrace. It is very secure and quiet, except for the church bells, those church bells... The unit is well appointed and clean. Plenty of bath and bed linens. Great water pressure as well. We would definitely stay at this location again.

This flat is very centrally located close to bars, restaurants and a lot of sites. It is well equipped for a very comfortable short stay. The rooftop terrace is stunning and a great place to relax. I enjoyed my morning coffee there each day listening to the church bells. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms mean it's comfortable for everyone and has lots of space. Kitchen is a bit small but fully equipped and suitable for a holiday stay. There is a lift in the building which makes it easy to get cases up and down. The building is secure and has a lovely central garden. There is a carrefour supermarket nearby but I would opt for one a bit further out to find a better selection of items. But the flat is walking distance to everywhere in the centre of the city. I would recommend this comfortable flat to anyone travelling to Seville. It is the perfect base.

Great apartment in the center of Sevilla. Easily walkable to everywhere you'd want to go. The apartment was great. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace on the rooftop was incredible!

Great location. Fabulous private terrace. Quiet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was great with Nespresso machine plus capsules and other basic foodstuffs. Lucas checked us in promptly and easily. Very central location with good building and apartment security. Totally recommended.

Excellent location close to all amenities in Old Seville. Apartment lovely with rooftop terrace a highlight. First world problem, but could do with a few wine and champagne glasses! But seriously, would be hard pressed to find a better location in the heart of Santa Cruz.

Very good apartment for our small family. Bedrooms very good . Living area and kitchen a bit small. Big plus was large and nice terrace with seating where we could enjoy outdoor space in sunshine. Surprisingly quiet, given its central location.

The apartment was clean and well supplied. The strawberries and oranges and bottle of sherry was a lovely welcoming gift! Lola provided a wonderful orientation. The only thing I would suggest is the following fir the shower in the second bedroom: the floor of the shower is very very slippery when wet, therefore either a grab bar be installed or a non slip rubber mat be provided. As a senior I was very concerned about falling and breaking a bone or two! The apartment was an excellent choice for us, plenty of hot water, close to all stores, grocery, and cultural areas, excellent security, an elevator, and the air conditioning was wonderful! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Corral Rey Terrace 5 so much! The apartment is lovely - very clean, comfortable, well-decorated, centrally located, and with a terrific rooftop terrace. The location was perfect. It was a quiet street but very close to everything we wanted to see. We walked everywhere; even the walk to the river was an easy one. And we found many great restaurants within steps from the apartment. Lola was wonderful! She was so nice and helpful to us in getting us settled and oriented. I only wish I had had more time there.

This apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay.It is well situated for all the major tourist sites and you have a great view of the Giralda from the terrace. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet and secure.The terrace is a perfect space to enjoy the sunshine,relax, eat and drink - in fact its what makes the flat special.We were warmly welcomed and the team were responsive to any queries. Highly recommend this flat and Veo apartments. I we will certainly be booking with them again.

Perfect location, modern apartment with an excellent roof terrace. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Enough room for four people. Everything was as it should be, the help with booking parking was appreciated, we were met when we should have been and the explanation and tour of the apartment was good.

This apartment is so perfect and is situated right in the centre of Seville. We were immediately welcomed at the gates and felt very settled in. The apartment was easy to find and because of its location in Alfalfa, bars and restaurants are just a short 2 minute walk away, the apartment is on a quiet back street meaning that you get to be in the heart of it all without the noise in the evenings. The apartment is stunning, minimalistic but so beautiful and has everything one could possibly need and a view on the rooftop terrace to die for. I will definitely look to stay in this apartment when I am next back in Sevilla. Thank you so much for providing us with such a great place to stay.

Corral Rey terrace was everything we had hoped for. We were met by Rosa who was really helpful. The apartment is spotlessly clean, really well equipped and has a fantastic roof terrace. This was our first time in Seville and the location could not be better for exploring this amazing city. There are loads of great tapas bars as well as a well stocked little supermarket just yards away. We could not fault anything about our stay.

Stayed at this apartment for three nights in July 2016.Was met by apartment manager Lola Rodriguez who was extremely helpful. The apartment is fully equipped and was ideal accommodation for our trip. I would recommend this apartment for either short or longer stay.The roof top terrace is excellent. I have rented via Veoapartments on numerous occasions and have always found the standard of accommodation and service to be excellent.

I would highly recommend this apartment. It is modern and stylish, as well as being comfortable. It is clean and has great facilities. The roof terrace is such a bonus. 2 minute walk from the cathedral and alcazar. Superb value for money.

Corral Rey Terrace 5 was the perfect apartment to use as a base to explore the wonderful city of Seville! The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with fabulous rooftop terrace to enjoy the November sunshine and the views of the rooftops and Cathedral. Lola, the manager, couldn't have been more helpful and we will be returning for a second visit!

A large, modern and tastefully decorated apartment. Two bedrooms/baths, large sitting room and well-equipped kitched (all even nicer than in the photos). But the icing on the cake is the gigantic rooftop terrace or, if the weather is too hot or too cold to be outside, the glassed-in terrace overlooking the courtyard. Perfectly situated - less than two minutes walk to Alfalfa. Aside from the apartment itself, we were overwhelmed by the service. We (very stupidly) locked ourselves out (and our tickets, money, passports etc all inside) - in the late evening the day before our (very early) morning flight - we were in total despair. Half an hour later the door was opened and when we wanted to pay for all the trouble we had caused, were told 'of course not. It's just normal - a part of our service' We stayed in three different Veo Apartments during a months holiday in Andalusia - two in Seville, but also in Grenada. All were good, but this was our favourite of the three.

Appartement très bien, chose tout de même à savoir, il n'y a pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur. Toutes les fenêtres ouvrent sur la cour intérieure, avantage, en été cela réduit la chaleur, par contre, ce n'est pas très lumineux. Le Corral Rey Terrasse 5 avait 2 terrasses, une intérieure devant l'entrée de l'appartement et l'autre sur le toît. Nous avons bien profité de celle sur le toît, très bien exposée, grande, avec une table basse, une table bistrot, 2 chaises longues. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir en profiter fin septembre, température idéale. Il y a des commerces à proximité, tout est relativement proche puisque l'appartement se situe dans la vieille ville. Très bonne adresse au calme, aucun bruit de la rue.

We had a great time at the Corral del Rey apartment. The terrace is gorgeous with nice views of the Giralda and other Seville churches. The apartment is well equipped with everything you may need for a short stay. It seems recently remodeled and is very clean. The location cannot be better, a short walk to most major sites, reataurants and shopping
