Ático con 2 dormitorios y terraza privada. Situado en el corazón de Triana, en la calle Pelay Correa, cerca del río y a 15 minutos a pie del centro histórico, pero fuera de las zonas de bares y ruidos.
El apartamento tiene 65m² útiles y 30m² de espacio exterior.
El salón está amueblado con un sofá, mesa de centro y TV con Netflix. Mesa comedor con 4 sillas. Internet wifi de alta velocidad por fibra óptica y aire acondicionado con refrigeración y calefacción.
La cocina americana está equipada con los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales: horno, lavavajillas y lavadora incluido.
El dormitorio 1 tiene dos camas individuales juntas (0.90 x 200cm), mesa escritorio y armario. El dormitorio 2 tiene una cama doble (1.35x190cm) y armario. Ambas habitaciones son muy tranquilas para dormir, con ventanas al patio interior del edificio.
Cuarto de baño completo con lavabo, váter y ducha.
La terraza aparece como una extensión del salón. Es muy amplia y está amueblada con una mesa de exterior, sillas, sofás de exterior, toldo y ducha. Un lugar ideal para preparar una comida al aire libre, tomar el sol y relajarse.
El apartamento fue totalmente reformado en Febrero 2018. Está en la 3ª planta de un edificio residencial, sin ascensor.

En Triana, tradicionalmente el barrio de pescadores, marineros y artesanos, se saborea la auténtica cultura andaluza. Aquí están situados los famosos talleres de cerámica y alfarerías de Sevilla y es una de las cunas más importantes del arte flamenco.
A orillas del río se encuentra la pintoresca calle Betis, con unas magníficas vistas sobre el río y el casco antiguo, tanto de día como de noche. En la calle Betis encontrará una amplia oferta de bares, restaurantes y discotecas. Junto al puente de Triana se sitúa su antiguo mercado de abastos, construido hace 150 años sobre las ruinas del Castillo de San Jorge, convertido recientemente en museo de la Inquisición.

Location is superb, near Isabel & Tormeo bridges into town. Bed was comfortable. Heat & a/c worked well. Private roof terrace was a welcome feature. A couple of things to note for other guests: the lobby of the building frequently smelled of cigarettes (some are allergic) and there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment, so guests should be well-conditioned. We love the Triana neighborhood and the nearby tavernas, pubs & cafes are delightfully welcoming, tasty & convenient!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment which was situated in a quiet area. The agency representatives were responsive and friendly. The apartment was quite modern with great kitchen facilities (although some of the crockery needs to be replaced as there were some cracked plates), two good size bedrooms, although we only required one and a lovely terrace with modern furniture, which we made good use of when the sun was shining. The bathroom was a good size, however it does require some work, especially to the tiling. We had an issue with the TV, however Daniel from the agency was very responsive and helped us to fix this. An enjoyable two weeks in the apartment.

Perfekte Wohnung mit Terrasse, um tolle Tage in Sevilla zu verbringen. Wir waren 6 Tage da und liebten das Viertel Triana. Supermarkt, Bars Restaurants, Müll, schnell zu erreichen. Die Lage fanden wir ruhig zum Schlafen. In 10- 15 Gehminuten ist man an der Kathedrale. Wir empfehlen das App. unbedingt.

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. Nette Kneipen in direkter Umgebung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung hat zwei separate Schlafzimmer, eine Küche (für 4 Personen ausreichend ausgestattet) und eine tolle Dachterrasse!

Rue très très tranquille . Très grande terrasse, très appréciée, mais la vue sur tous les toits n'est pas super jolie. On voit quand même un peu la Giralda et une autre église. Situé tout près de la rue Betis où il y a beaucoup de restos avec terrasse sur le bord de l'eau très agréable le midi et le soir. À 10 minutes à pied de la Giralda. Dépanneur à côté de l'appartement très pratique. En général, l'appartement avec air climatisé et cuisine rénovée était bien, le seul bémol, ce n'était pas hyper propre, les murs devraient être nettoyés ou repeints et la salle de bain nettoyée a fond. Aussi, l'hôte devrait mettre plus de serviettes et un linge à vaisselle.

Appartement bien situé, au calme, avec une grande terrasse et un beau point de vue. Le quartier plutôt résidentiel, est agréable et offre de nombreuses possibilités de restauration. Le centre historique à visiter est proche.

This apartment was wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the shower was big (which is uncommon for most places in Spain we’ve visited) Wish we had more time to spend on the private terrace! There was plenty in walking distance for food, drinks, views, etc. would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans ce super appartement, idéalement placé. Nuits très calmes et terrasse au niveau du logement absolument géniale. Accueil parfait avec beaucoup de renseignements fournis. 3ème étage sans ascenseur mais ça vaut le détour !

We loved this apartment, the Tirana Market is close by as are a Supermercado and other shops, bars and restaurants. The Cathedral, Alcazar and other tourist sites are all within walking distance, we used the Puente de San Telmo to cross, for those who don’t like to walk too far there is a metro station a few metres from the Plaza de Cuba. The large terrace was excellent for unwinding with a glass of wine at the end of the day. The storage in both bedrooms and the kitchen was excellent with all the utensils we required from a toaster to scissors provided. When we return to Seville, we would definitely rebook this apartment.

Apartamento precioso, muy bien equipado. Bomba de calor muy necesaria en otoño/invierno. Ubicación estupenda, a 10-15’ del centro y con supermercados muy próximos.. Muy recomendable.

The apartment was exactly as per the photos and description. It is very well appointed. It's in a great location in a quiet street but close to bars and eateries. Our first 3 evening meals were in different places but all less than 5 minutes walk. The roof terrace is excellent and a joy to have breakfast on. Our dealings with veoapartment were first rate, prompt, pleasant and efficient. I won't hesitate to book through them on my next visit to Sevilla which I hope will be soon.

This is a great apartment and especially the large private roof terrace,its is well situated for bars,resteraunts etc.its on the 3rd floor with no lift so that might bother some people but highly recomend it and will definately use it again.

This apartment is well-located in the Triana barrio, surrounded by lots of restaurants and in a scenic area, very near the river. It's comfortable with two-bedrooms (one small queen, and one slightly larger twin). The terrace is spacious and is linked to the living room. The place is clean and maintained. The bathroom is also clean with hot water. Importantly, the internet works well. One thing to note is that this is an attic located on the 3rd floor. There is no lift, so if you have heavy luggage, you'd have to consider this point. Also, we had tremendous difficulty in opening the main door (the neighbours themselves too, have difficulty). On our first attempt, the key twisted out of shape and on our second attempt, the key broke, and still the main door could not open. Left with no more functioning keys, we had to seek the help of the neighbour. So make sure the person receiving you shows you how to open the the main door, and that you have practice, before s/he leaves you. On this occasion, the managing office, Veo Apartment, does not answer on weekends, when we arrived on a weekend and needed to confirm the hour of arrival; and also when we ran into those key problems. It would be better if they were able to provide a Whatsapp number, and be contactable for arrival purposes and also on weekends (in case of problems). The following work day, they fortunately replaced the two keys, which I appreciated. Overall though, a good apartment to reside in.
